The Day is Tuesday and the Lord is Mars badly afflicted with Ketu in the 4th house . The affliction to the Day Lord is not a good indication for this ingress of Sun.
The Nakshatra is Anuradha and the Lord is Saturn placed in the 8th house as the 8th lord and aspects the 10th house,2nd house and also the 5th house. The connection of Moon with 8th Lord is explosive for the ingress of Sun in Libra.
The Tithi is SP-4 a rikta tithi is not good for ewealth related matters.
The Karna is Connected to 8th Lord hence no Karya siddhi will take place in this ingress of the Sun in Libra.
Lagna is Prishtodayo and also adhomukh is not good at all when the Lagna Lord Moon is also debilitated and having aspect of the 8th Lord Saturn.
The 5 Limbs of the Day are in affliction hence the Ingress of the Sun in Libra is not a good one.

Lagna
Lagna has no aspect of a benefic and the Lord Moon is afflicted badly . The Lagna is also the 3rd house of the Foundation chart of India hence the significations of the 3rd house will also be prominant and hence clashes at the boarder are not ruled out along with terrorism.
2nd House
2nd house has Venus is veery good but having aspect of Saturn as the 8th Lord is not good , this may not bring increased revenue in the next 3 months , there can be break in the Stock Markets and Bank Failures , Expenditure will be out of control. the 2nd Lord is afflicted badly by Rahu-Ketu axis and also debilitated and also vargottam some grace is also there but fall of revenue is there.
3rd House
Mercury in Exaltation is very good for communications News Papers Publishing and writers.
4th House
Land Agriculture, Mines , Minerals, Earthquakes of Intensity along with volcanos are on the Cards. Opposition Party suffers the most. Prestige of the Govt. also suffers.
Mars placement is most explosive Fire Explosions, Terrorism, Earthquakes, trouble to Govt. bad for the Property Market. Ketu and Sun also not good since in affliction and gives the worst terrorism and chemical weapons used by Terrorists, Mining Disasters.
5th House
Lord is also afflicted and the Moon in Debilitation Rapes of women , trouble to women, Entertainment Industry suffers the most , Bollywood also suffers, Schools and Children also suffer. Diplomats and Ambassadors also suffer the most.
8th House
Most evil house and Saturn placed there Mass Tragedies , Underground wealth will be found by the Income Tax authorities and lot of Rich people may be under the shadow of the Tax authorities . Dis comfort to Govt. aspect of Saturn will spoil every thing in the Ingress. Death of Important Celebrities and Politicians and elderly people. Epidemics are also not ruled out.
10th House
The 10th house is the most afflicted house since Jupiter a, Rahu are placed there and aspect of Mars and Saturn on the 10th house and Lunar Eclipse falling on the 10th house in the Star of Ashvini and Rahu in this star and like a snake bite. Head of the States and the Head of the Country suffers, Disasters and even defeat of the ruling Parties in case of Elections they may lose the Elections which are carried out till Jan 2024. Rahu Stationary and in the 10th house having aspect of Mars and Saturn will prove like a snake bite. Health of the Prime Minister may be a cause of Concern.

- Sensex Tanks 450 points and Nifty 120 points at 09-45 hrs 21st Sept. 2023. It seems the Market will tank till the 24th Sept. 2023 along with Crude oil prices may go up .
