In this article I will be discussing the Foundation chart of ISIS and the Celestial Drama of the Planets in 2017.

The Lagna Lord is Exhalted and placed in the 8th house with Moon who is also the 8th lord , indicative of Secret Mission , The Conjunction is also aspected by Saturn from the 11th house who is in Retrograde Motion with Rahu. Saturn is also Marak and Connected to 8th house and the Lagna Lord Jupiter along with 8th Lord Moon is a Malefic combination for the Longevity of the Organisation. Jupiter is Exhalted and also vargottam and is stronger then the 8th Lord , hence the ISIS group may sustain for some time frame . The aspect of Mars and Saturn on the Lagna is showing the struggles and Pains what the Founder and the organisation will face due to militancy and the Karmas since connected to the 10th house . There is a strong Rajyoga of the 9th and the 10th Lord in the 7th house which aspects the Lagna and makes the organization strong for Terrorism. Fallen Mars is sufficient to Prove that the Organisation is involved in Terrorism by its Placement in the 10th house.
Mars as 5th and the 12th Lord the planet of Wars is Digbali and Placed in the 10th house in its own nakshatra aspects the Lagna gives strength to Fight makes it war mongering as 12th lord and very close to the MEP of the 10th house . 5th house has Ketu aspected by Saturn retrograde a marak. Ketu is also aspected by Mars by 8th aspect, hence Ketu is badly afflicted in the 5th house of Thought Process. Saturn also aspects the Lagna along with Mars makes the ISIS a war prone Organisation . Lagna is also aspected by 9th Lord Sun and 7th Lord Mercury in Retrogression who is about to fall back in Taurus sign the 6th house of the chart . Sun and Mercury is a Rajyoga, but since Mercury is weak and about to fall is also showing the weakness. the 4th Lord in the 8th house and movable sign shows , the Founder will change his working place and Residence as time passes and is subject to Attacks. 4th Lord is also with 8th Lord Moon . All the 4 Parameter Lagna Lord , Moon, Mercury and the 5th house are aflicted badly shows the mental condition of Abu-Baker-Al- Bagdadi at the time of announcement . . Mars and Saturn aspecting the Lagna and Mars aspect on Herchel in the 4th house makes Mars Explosive for Wars, hence bloodshed is inevitable .
The Transit of Mars after 11th Dec. 2016 and degree 8th aspect on the Natal Mars around the 7th Jan 2017 could be explosive for Wars, Blasts and Bloodshed. Mars ingress in Pieces on the 20th Jan 2017 and Saturn ingress in Sagitarius on the 26th Jan 2017 will further escalate the Terrorism in the Globe, since then the Natal Mars and Saturn will be connected to the Transit Mars and Saturn
The Most Critical factor in the chart of the ISIS foundation chart is that Mars is a fallen Planet in the 10th house Digbali and Most Malefic being the 12th and the 5th Lord It has the Capability to bring about warlike conditions for the Group itself and for the World , But it has been observed that such a Planet causes more harm to others , Mars was in Airy sign and has fallen in Earthy sign , hence It will create war on the Earth and Air. In Libra it was with Rahu and Saturn . Hence Mars will create havoc when it joins Aquarius and aspects the Transit Rahu in Leo the 5th house of the chart.
Navamsha and Dashamsha Jupiter lagna Lord of Rashi Chart is strong in both the charts , 10th Lord of Foundation chart is strong in Dashamsha along with 10th lord od Dashamsha , hecne the ISIS will fight with Strength , irrespective of the Outcome, Since they will produce disasterous conditions in the globe and Financial Recession, Escalation in the Prices of Petrolium Products and Blood shed is on the Cards .The 1/7 axis of the Navamsha with 8th Lord Moon of the Rashi chart opens the mission the ISIS may have .
The Dasha at the time of Formation of the Organisation is of Saturn who is Exhalted, Retrograde, Marak and with Rahu indicates the Future and their mission. The Dasha at the time of Foundation is Saturn-Venus-Mercury, Mercury the Sub Sub Dasha Lord Mercury with Sun the 9th Lord shows the Mission for the War . Dasha of Sat-Sun, Sat-Moon, Sat-Mars and Sar-Rahu and then Sat-Jup till 24-12-2023 .We have already seen the effects till date . At Present The Organization is running the dasha of Sat-Moon from 27th Nov. 2015 will be crucial for the Globe since there will be Bloodshed in this Period , which is likely to be continued till 6-8-2018. Period of Sat-Mars from 27-6-2017 to 6-8-2018 will be worst. In fact when Mars Transits Gemini on the 29th May 2017 could bring about more terrorist activities by the Group for Shia -Sunni Countries and the Globe . Needless to mention the Countries .

- Dec. 25-26th 2016 Mars will be degree conjunct with Ketu and Neptune in Aquarius in Transit can unfold many miseries . Being a Christmas Eve it is Crucial for the Globe for Terrorism

- 20th Jan Mars Ingresses in Pieces and activates the Natal Mars of the ISIS by 7th aspect and Saturn in Transit ingresses in the Lagna on the 26th Jan. 2017. This date could also be crucial for India . Hence 25th Dec. 1st Jan. 2017 and 20th- 26th Jan. 2017 Dates could be explosive in the Present Scenerio for the Globe and the Countries mentioned above and my earlier Article
- Ingress of Sun In Capricorn on the 14th Jan 2017 and then Saturn aspect on Sun till 26th Jan. 2017 and the then again when Sun ingresses in Aquarius and Joins Ketu in will again be aspected By Saturn from Sagitarius sign and will be in Ketu Nakshatra can also be explosive specially on the 14th Feb. 2017 and then the Solar Eclipse of the 26th Feb. 2017. - After 26th Oct. 2017 Saturn will cross the gandantha points the 3rd time and will aspect Mercury and Sun in the 7th house . Mercury will join Saturn on the 24th Nov. 2017 and Sun will join Saturn Transit on the 15th Dec. 2017, at this point in Transit Mercury the 7th Lord and the 10th Lord will be fallen, hence this Time will be most Crucial for the ISIS. Natal Saturn will activate the Transit Saturn in the Lagna .

Rahu in Leo is the most Crucial Parameter in the Eclipses in 2017 as we have seen the Effects of the Eclipse of the 1st Sept. 2016 in which Rahu occupied the Leo sign . Since Rahu Continues to be in Leo till 12th Sept. 2017 , the eclipses in 2017 could also sprout the most malefic affects when The Dispositor of Rahu Sun and the Navamsha Lord of Rahu is afflicted in such Eclipses .
Penumbral Lunar Eclipse on the 11th Feb. 2017 06-02 am The Affliction to Rahu is there but not as much as at the time of the 8th to 10th Nov. 2016 and the Eclipse of the 1st Sept. 2016, although there is affliction to Rahu in navamsha by Mars and Saturn. The dispositor of Rahu in Rashi and Navamsha chart are also afflicted badly .but Rahu is not afflicted in Rashi Chart . I would Rate this Eclipse as 70-80 % of the Eclipse of the 1st Sept. 2016.

- 7th to 11th March 2017 will be crucial for Activities with Neighboring Countries and Rahu Becoming very strong and Kngly Persons being influenced along with all Happenings taking a greater dimension which happened on the 8th to 10th Nov. 2016
- The Dates when Saturn will be in Stationary Position in April 2017 from 1st April to 11th April 2017 will also be Crucial , April month when Ever Rahu will be adverse there could be Terrorism around the 5th to 7th April and after 20th April 2017

We have already seen the effects of Moon-Mars and the Eclipse of the 1st Sept. 2016 , In case of India Varahamihra says we should consider Capricorn Lagna for the ill happenings and hence the Eclipse over the 8th house of Black Money and 8 types of Humiliations the People will face .

Lot of Changes in the Legislations specially till 17th Sept. 2017 till Jupiter is in Virgo.

It has been Observed that when Mars and Saturn are in Dual Signs it is not good and Specially when Saturn is with Ketu. Ketu Joins Saturn on the 24th March 2019 and Mars Joins Rahu on the 7th May 2019 and 6th June 2019 most crucial date.
