TWO  OF  THE  DEADLIEST TSUNAMIS  IN  HISTORY  occurred in the 21^stcentury – in Indonesia in 2004 and in Japan in 2011. Thousands of people lost their lives and many more have been left homeless and destitute. In Vedic Hindu Astrology “Maha Rishi Garga” has given us the principals of forecasting the earthquakes. These thousands years old aphorisms hold good ever today and some new modern researches have also been done in this field. In this write-up first I am giving you the some parameters which are commonly found in the astrological chart cast at the time of earthquake and than an example of Indian Ocean tsunami and Japan tsunami has been given to show how they apply.

EARTHQUAKES ASTROLOGICAL PRINCLIPLES

1) Earthquakes generally follow the eclipses they happen near about the time of eclipse. The country/place in which the eclipse occurs may not be free from danger.

2) At the time of earth-quakes, adverse connections between Mars and Saturn (conjunction, opposition, aspect etc.) have been noted. At present Mars and Sat are in opposition and all most same degrees on the 17th april 2011

3) Earthy signs (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn) (some refer to fixed signs i.e. Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) and the planets therein also matter with regard to occurrence of earth-quakes. Saturn in a fixed sign at the distance of 45 degrees from meridian, it is stated that the earthquake will occur in that part of the world which is at the same distance from Green which, east or west-depending on the position of Saturn.

4) The timing of occurrence of earthquakes has been noticed between mid-day and sunset or between midnight and sunrise.

5) A major planet has been noted to be ‘Retrograde’ at the time of earthquake. Saturn is Retrograde. In the Present Context Saturn will go in retrogression on the 9th April 2017

6) The Ruling Nakshtra has been found to be in earth or air.

7) Moon and Mercury must conjunct and come in the same nakshtra. . I shall write shortly as per the Paksha Kundalis the Results for the same .

8) Earth-quakes generally happen when there are many planets in or near the movable (Cardinal signs) i.e. Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. In the Present Context Mars in Aries , Sun, Ketu and Mercury in Aquarius.

PARAMETERS in the TSUNAMI on 26th Dec 2004 and on 11th March 2011
1.SATURN Retrograde in both the cases. Influencing Luminary signs , Cancer and Leo respectively. In 2004 in the nakshatra of JUPITER and in 2011 in the nakshatra of MOON Haste, In both cases in the 4th Charan.. after 21st June 2017 Saturn will be in the 4th Charan in Jyestha Nakshatra and will be a fallen planet and aspect the Earthy sign Capricorn

2. In 2004 it was aspecting RAHU whose nakshatra was KETU. In the Present Scenerio Saturn is in Ketu nakshatra and aspects Ketu, Sun and Mercury . After 21st June 2017 Saturn will aspect Rahu who will be in Ketu nakshatra.

3. KETU is like MARS. In 2004 it was aspecting JUPITER 3rd aspect , in the present context it is in Rahu nakshatra and with Sun and Mercury and aspected by Saturn who is also in Ketu nakshatra .

4. In 2004 SATURN was in JUPITER nakshatra and nowin the present context Saturn aspects Jupiter who is Retrograde  and Jupiter is in Mars Nakshatra .

5. In 2004 JUPITER was in Haste nakshatra now SATURN is in Haste nakshatra. . In the Present context Saturn will be aspected by Mars after 12th April 2017 , in fact both are in Aries Navamsha Now .

6.Earlier JUPITER was in 4th charan and now SATURN  will be in 4th charan after 21st June 2017 and Jupiter is also in the 4th Charan.

7. JUPITER was 22.45 Degree. In the Near future Saturn and Jupiter will be at the same degeees and both will be in the 4th charan after 21st June 2017. Even Now Jupiter is in the 4th Charan.

8. SATURN AND SUN In both cases 6/8 axis in 2004 and 2011. SATURN AND VENUS In both cases 5/9 axis. SATURN AND MERCURY In Trikona in 2004 and now will be in Kendra from 10th March 2017 and Mercury will also be debilitated . SATURN AND JUPITER 3/11 axis and Presently in 4/10 axis and will be in 3/11 axis after 21st June 2017 . 9.SATURN aspecting it in both cases. RAHU in nakshatra of KETU in both cases.. Presently the Same scenario and when Mars goes in Taurus Earthy sign on the 12th April 2017  then it will aspect Rahu.

10. KETU In nakshatra of MARS in both cases.In the Present Scenerio Ketu in Rahu Nakshatra and aspected by Saturn .

In 2004 RAHU-KETU at 6.6 degrees and now 9 degrees, they will reach 6.6 degrees in April 2017 .

11.SATURN aspect on RAHU in 2004 and In the Present Context Saturn aspects Ketu till 21st June 2017 and then on the 22nd June Saturn will aspect Rahu.

12. MOON In 2004 in MARS nakshatra in 6/8 axis and aspected by it.  Moon Can be as explained afflicted at the Time of Earth quake related to Mercury in Aquarius or In Pieces  or be with Mercury in same Nakshatra.. Today Moon is with Mars and Sun,Mercury and Ketu in Rahu Nakshatra .

13. JUPITER was in the sign of MERCURY and now with In the Present Context Jupiter Retrograde and in the sign of Mercury and Mercury  will reach Jupiter sign on the 10th March 2017.

14.MERCURY. VENUS was in inimical sign in 2004 and afflicted by the sign lord MARS. In the Present Context mercury is in Paap kartari yoga and aspected by Saturn in Aquarius.

15. VENUS close to same degrees 17.51 and 16.48. MARS was in SATURN nakshatra in 2004 and now after 1st March 2017 in the nakshatra of Ketu .

16. MERCURY was in own nakshatra and now after 10th March 2017 it will aspect its own sign .

17.MOON was in Shukla Paksh in both cases . From MARS ,RAHU in 6th in 2004 and at the time of writing the Article Moon is with Mars in Aries and when Reaches Leo and Rahu on the 11th Could Sprout an Earth quake of Intensity.

18. Jupiter in Earthy sign in Stationary mode and aspected by Mars and Saturn after after 5th June to 13th June could prove disasterous  and even after 15th June and 21st June 2017 for Earthquakes, Tsuamis, Tornados around the Coastal Areas of the world where People go for marry making 

From the above Parameters we can reach a conclusion that an Earth quake is on the Cards and any time around the 11th March 2017 9th April, 2nd to 9th May ,21st June 2017  specially for Japan .

ANALYSIS OF THE TRAGIC TSNUMI —— Japan has SAGITARIUS Lagna. 4th Jan 2011 eclipse took place in SAGITARIUS very close to Asc degrees. RAHU-KETU very close to Lagna degrees. They are approaching the MEP difference of approx 2.20 degrees and both approaching the MEP in Retrograde path.

At the time of Writing the Article on the 1st March 2017 Rahu and Ketu are Transitting over the Natal Ketu and Rahu and close to the Lagna Degrees , These Nodes will be exactly on the MEP on the April 25th But presently also the Navamsha is influenced by Rahu and Ketu in Transit. This Parameter makes Japan Prone to an Earthquake in the Present Scenerio 

On the day of the 11th March both these RAHU and KETU were on the exact natal degrees and also very close to Asc degrees, less then 2 degrees.. This situation will be exactly same in the Early May 2017  and Dates 4th to 7th May 2017 could sprout an Earthquake with intensity . THe Dasha running was SATURN-VENUS-RAHU. RAHU the culprit of the situation had eclipsed the Lagna as already explained above , it was with MARS also. IN Chaitra S Prapatipada chart of JAPAN the Lagna is PIECES and the Lagna Lord is in the 12 H. SUN, MOON, MERCURY, and EXHALTED VENUS in Lagna aspected by Retrograde SATURN and Very close to natal ASC degrees from the 7H RAHU-KETU in 10 and 4 H . Natal SATURN is in Haste nakshatra and is at the degrees where again SATURN will become stationary on the 12th JUNE 2011 at 16.25 Degrees. If we analyse the 3 Charts every thing becomes crystal clear of the event. The above parameters explained for the two tsunami also give clear indications . MD SATURN does not own good houses in all the 3 charts AD VENUS also does not own good houses . PD RAHU the worst of all . He has first created an eclipse in the Lagna as already explained and now he is also the PD and has come on the Lagna and almost at Lagna degrees and at their natal degrees. In fact The position of these RAHU-KETU are in 3 and 9 House in natal,10 H and 4 H in the chiatra sukla prapatipada chart and on the Lagna on the eclipsed day. The worst is TRANSIT 8 House is rising at the time of the event. The lagna Lord is exalted and placed in the 11 House Upchaya sthan. VENUS aspecting the Lagna who is the 6 and 11 Lord of the Natal horoscope and 3 and 8 lord of the C S Pratipada chart, at the time of eclipse he was in Lagna . SATURN has also gone in the upchaya sthan , bad . He also owns bad houses in the transit at the time of the event . THE KOORMA CHAKRA Clearly indicates the situation . The ASC, SUN, MARS, SATURN,RAHU and KETU all MALEFIC and 8 House of the natal chart rising at the time of thew event. SATURN-JUPITER CONJUNCTION, OPPOSITION should be studied properly . This conjunction or opposition takes place every 20 years and bring about major changes in the Globe and also on the personal front, depending upon their placement . SATURN- JUPITER degree opposition has already taken place twice on the 23rd May 2010 and 16th Aug 2010 and the third opposition will take place on the 28th of this month.This is very important while doing predictions. this opposition will continue again after 14th Nov 2011.

SAME PLANETARY COMBINATIONS AS ON 9 AUG 1945 KETU AND RAHU IN THE DUAL SIGNS GEMINI AND SAGITARIUS RESPECTIVELY. JUPITER IN VIRGO ANS SATURN IN GEMINI WITH KETU AND VENUS . MARS IN FIXED SIGN. ALL IN DUAL SIGNS During the final stages of World War II in 1945, the United States conducted two atomic bombings against the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan, the first on August 6, 1945 and the second on August 9, 1945. These two events are the only active deployments of nuclear weapons in war to date.[2] Six days after the detonation over Nagasaki, on August 15, Japan announced its surrender to the Allied Powers, signing the Instrument of Surrender on September 2, officially ending the Pacific War and therefore World War II. Germany had signed its Instrument of Surrender on May 7, ending the war in Europe.

For six months, the United States had made use of intense strategic fire-bombing of 67 Japanese cities. Together with the United Kingdom and the Republic of China, the United States called for a surrender of Japan in the Potsdam Declaration on July 26, 1945. The Japanese government ignored this ultimatum. By executive order of President Harry S. Truman, the U.S. dropped the nuclear weapon “Little Boy” on the city of Hiroshima on Monday, August 6, 1945,[3][4] followed by the detonation of “Fat Man” over Nagasaki on August 9.

Within the first two to four months of the bombings, the acute effects killed 90,000–166,000 people in Hiroshima and 60,000–80,000 in Nagasaki,[1] with roughly half of the deaths in each city occurring on the first day. The Hiroshima prefecture health department estimates that, of the people who died on the day of the explosion, 60% died from flash or flame burns, 30% from falling debris and 10% from other causes. During the following months, large numbers died from the effect of burns, radiation sickness, and other injuries, compounded by illness. In a US estimate of the total immediate and short term cause of death

Six days after the detonation over Nagasaki, on August 15, Japan announced its surrender to the Allied Powers, signing the Instrument of Surrender on September 2, officially ending the Pacific War and therefore World War II. Germany had signed its Instrument of Surrender on May 7, ending the war in Europe.

In Aug 1945 Mars was in Taurus and the moment it joined Rahu and Saturn there was officially surrender. Mars is joining SUN, MER,JUPITER on the 25th March 2011. Hence a relief .

The Present Scenerio for Japan

The Transit of Saturn in the Lagna after 26th Jan 2017 may not be a Fortunate one. Please read my Article on the Saturn Transit in Sagitarius which will make the Present Scenerio clear.In the Present Scenerio it will be in the Lagna and the 7th from Moon,therefore the people of the nation may be mentally disturbed during this Transit .Presently  The Country is going through the Dasha of Mercury-Rahu from 9th June 2015 to 26th Dec. 2017

As Per Tamil Texts when the Kendras are owned by Benefics and specially when the Lagna is Dual  the Chart becomes Critical, since the Benefics as the Kendra Lords Forget their beneficiance  and behave as per their Conjunctions, aspect and the 6 states of the Planet . In the Chart above Rahu will be transiting over the Natal Ketu as mentioned above and since Mercury is Debilitated , it becomes a first rate Marak, due to the fact that, he is the 7th Lord Marak, 7th Lord Bhadak and has Kendradhipati Dosh, here since he is debilitated and placed in the 4th house with Venus the may give strong negatives since Venus is the 11th and the 6th Lord , Venus suffers when with Mercury since he is the Debilitation Lord. Mercury in Transit will enter Pieces on the 10th March and reach the Natal Degrees on the 20-24th March 2017. This Period therefore could be critical for the country in Totality . Untoward happenings, Tsunami, Earthquakes. Govt. may face opposition , Cabinet may be reshuffled, Venus Transit in the 4th house from 27th Jan . to 31st May 2017  for 124 days may prove  most malefic Time frame for Japan, more so Venus has also reached the 4th house as per Declination method. and its stay in Pieces for 124 days may not prove to be a Boon for Japan. I am afraid it may be the most malefic Period for the country. Saturn when Fallen will aspect the Ketu Natal and Rahu in Transit from 21st June to 26th Oct. 2017 may also be a difficult period for Japan .

Period starting from 2nd March and more so after 11th March 2017 to 15th April 2017  and when Venus is about to ingress in Aries after 20th May 2017 to 31st May 2017 could prove disastrous for the countries  mentioned in this Article.Venus will be totally combusted on the 25th March 2017  and most crucial till Venus and Sun in the same navamsha till 26th March in Libra Navamsha  and then Venus will become Debilitated in Navamsha till 1st April 2017 most crucial for Japan and other Countries  as mentioned in this article .Marital Relations will also be subjected to afflictions as per the individual charts where there is affliction to Venus

In Totality the Coastal Areas in the Globe will suffer from Natural Disasters. Tsunami, Earthquakes . Venus is Exhalted and People from Through out the World will visit and make merry at the Beaches and Coastal Areas which may prove disastrous., Venus extended stay may prove most malefic till 31st May 2017. All Countries which are Prone to Earthquakes,Cyclones and Tsunamis may come in the clutches.Those countries where the  Eclipses are taking place in the 1/7 axis . 4/10 axis and 2/8 axis will be critical parameter in the Present Scenerio e.g US has Leo Lagna and India has Taurus Lagna , in nut shell The 2,5,8,11 ascendants will be critical for this Transit . Tornados, Earthquakes, Tsunamis  and Volcanos cannot be ruled out. Countries who are prone are Japan, Indonesia and the Countries in the Coastal belt Philippines, Australia, Coastal Areas of India , Maharastra ,The Coastal line around the Country . Difficult to write all the countries but as a general prediction Coastal Areas around the world. Difficult Periods from 1st April 2017 to 11th April 2017 and then from 20th April to 28th April 2017 crucial for Tsumnami, Earthquakes etc .The other Dates are mentioned below.

From the above Parameters we can reach a conclusion that an Earth quake of Higher intensity and Tsunami near the Coastal Areas is on the Cards and any time around the 11th March 2017, 9th April, 2nd to 9th May then 26th to 31st May ,21st June onwards when Saturn will be in Gandantha Position on the 23rd June  2017  specially for Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia . The point number 18 is most important in the Present Scenerio and the Month of June 2017 is full of malefic combinations in totality .

The time of the twin Eclipses  in August 2017 and when Rahu is in forward motion from the 7th August to 25th August 2017 a Strong Earthquake cannot be ruled out   In the Coastal Areas  and the Countries already mentioned by me are most Prone and specially China the Conjunction of the Rahu and Mars in the 8th house over the natal Saturn  could be explosive from 26th August to 9th Sept. 2017 

A Period from the 29th June to 19th July 2017 will be most Prone specially the dates 5-6th July, 18-19th July 2017 and then When Rahu ingresses in Cancer on the 2nd – 8th -9th Sept. and then 25th to 26th Oct. 2017 when Saturn changes sign to Sagitarius and other Planetary positions are similar as at the time of July 2017. Countries Japan, Indonesia, Britain, Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Morocco, China  and the coastal lines
