Let us have a look at the Foundation chart of China of the 1st Oct. 1949 15.15 hrs

The Theory

Eclipses falling on the 1/7 axis of the Ascendant, Sun and Moon close to their Degrees may prove fatal if the following Parameters are fulfilled 

Dasha of a Major Planet and Sub dasha of a Planet who is malefic and has the potentiality to kill, what can happen is—-

The Native may fall from power

If this Point is the 10th house , the native may fall and if the life span  has come to its terminal point , die

If the Major or Sub Period happens to be that of Rahu-Ketu, then such a Fall is inevitable .

The Eclipse Nakshatra Falling in the 3rd, 5th, 7th  from the natal Moon nakshatra could be most venomous provided they are also activating the other parameters as mentioned above , for others the effect may not be phenomenal. Those Countries and Natives who have a Rajyoga in the Chart formed by the Eclipses may not be bad for them provided the Eclipses are taking place in good houses . In Case of China it is falling on the Janam Nakshatra and in the case of India 6th Nakshatra which is not that bad , but definitely not good for China in terms for the Natural and Unnatural disasters and Brawl between the Countries and since the Planetary positions are similair to that of 20th Oct. 1962

Such Planetary combinations were occurring on the 20th Oct. 1962 when we had the Indo -China War . The Point here to be noted is the 28th July Lunar Eclipse in the 1/7 axis of the Foundation chart of India and For India  Total Lunar Eclipse is occurring over the natal Sun and Moon in the 7th house from the Capricorn sign and in the 3rd house of Boarder of the Foundation chart of the Country and both are most sensitive houses . Hence For the US it may Prove to be a disaster since the houses 6th as per the Lunar Eclipse and 8th as per Varahimihra and US may Suffer more then China it so seems as per the Signs alloted By Varahamihra . China may suffer from Natural Disasters and Foreign Relations and Trade ,both will suffer puting the economy to slide it so seems and a time frame from April to July 2019 may be the time parallel to the Great Recession of the world which took place on the 24th Oct 1929 and the seeds of the same may be sown now during the Eclipses in July 2018

The Dasha Running for US is Mars -Moon till 14th Oct. 2018 and Since the Mars connection with the house which makes the Country war mongering hence till the Dasha of Mars Moon which is also a chidra dasha will be the Country will be involved in War Mongering activities either with other countries or there could also be war with in the Country may be by Terrorism , Political Tug of War . Moon Placed in the 7th house  the focus will be on the wars and International Trade and Buisness. Trandit Mars and Ketu over the natal Ketu in the 6th house could  prove most malefic since Mars will be Stationary  between the 24th August to 31st August  and then activate the Natal Rahu- Ketu the third time in close degrees .  As per the above analysis US  being a War mongering Country and a Chidra dasha in operation will be the first to take aggressive steps for Wars of all kind , may be it is Trade ,or any Escalation of Brawl with other countries. Terrorism is not ruled   and since Rahu dasha is on the Brink US  seems to suffer the most since as per Varahamihra the Sign for Mundane events is Gemini sign and the Eclipses are taking place in the 8th house as per Gemini sign and in the 6th house over the natal Ketu as per the Foundation chart. It seems US is Trapped from all sides and may be the main reason for Crisis in the Financial and Stosk Markets . China will be aggressive but he anter dasha of Jupiter is not of an Aggressive planet , but may be involved in Wars and Untoward happenings  specially the Natural Disasters since the Eclipse is taking place on the Janam Nakshatra at exact degrees in the Lagna hence the Nation as a whole could be influenced . The Nakshatra is not 3.5 or 7th which are worst hence the Untoward happenings also may not be of the worst kind , but could definitely there . For US the Eclipse is also in the 12th house from the Natal Moon and in the Atimitra Tara which is supposed to be neutral and not good as the Mitra Tara , It could behave like 2 people fighting  and no help but when some is injured he is taken to the Hospital and till then they are spectators , unlike the Mitra Tara who also joins the fight and helps the native to fight against all ods and helps in every respect . Now Have a look at the Present Lunar Eclipse on the 28th July 2018  at 01-51 hrs IST  

I need not explain the chart since it is self explanting, For India since the sign rising at the time of the Eclipse is Taurus and the same as the Lagna of the Foundation chart may spell evil  more so  since Retrograde Mars and Ketu almost degree conjunct and Mars also activating the Eclipse point at this time. The Placement of the dispositor of Mars, Moon and Ketu in the 8th house is another parameter which cannot be ignored . The Mercury getting Retrograde on the 26th July 2018 and with Rahu till 2nd Sept. 2018 is another Parameter which is getting afflicted at the time of the Eclipse and will therefore influence the weather, stock markets and also give birth to Earthquakes of intensity

From the Above research it seems that a Parallel planetary positions as far as the Mars-Ketu and the Eclipse on the 27th July 1813 and even the Eclipse point almost the same degrees  on the 28th July 2018, the only difference is in the year 1813 it was a Solar Eclipse and Now Lunar Eclipse  and the effects of the Lunar Eclipse are immediate in the Present scenario.

The Stationary dates 24th June to 2nd July 2018 and then 23rd August to 31st Aug. 2018 of Mars will be most sensitive and Venomous. The day when Mars is closest to earth and 180 degrees from Sun on the 27th July 2018 and we all know what Mars is cabale of when nearest to Earth . Till  6th nov. 2018 most crucial for Political Tug of war, Brawl between the nations, weather changes, Earthquakes, Storms, Fire and Bloodshed not ruled out and violence of every kind. For India the Nakshatra is Shravana for Capricorn Lagna and as per the Foundation chart it is Pushya
