In continuation to my articles for the Politicians for the Lok Sabha Elections.
In this Article I am going to discuss the Chart of Nitesh Kumar Politician born on the 1st
March 1951 at 13-20 Hrs Bihar Longitude 85E31 and Latitude 25N28 Born in Bhakhtiyarpur. The Chart of the Gemini Lagna is below.
The following parameters acquire an important dimension .
- Garbshishta Planets are Mercury and Sun forming a Rajyoga in the 9th house as Budhaditya.
- . This can bring a change Sun the anter dasha Lord is forming a highest rajyoga with Jupiter called the Shivrajyoga, but with Rahu spoils the yoga since Jupiter totally eclipsed by Rahu and may grab some opportunity in the Politics due to the Guru Chandal yoga.
- Rahu is yoga karka in this chart spoils the 10th Lord but gains hence mixed results
- Saturn and Jupiter in 6/8 axis is another
- 5th Lord in the 10th house exalted is another Rajyoga
- Mars in the 10th house digbali extremely good.
- The Dasha in operation is Rahu-Venus from the 31-5-2023 to 31-5-2026
- The Dasha Lords are strong in the D1, D9, D10 and D11
- The MCL of the 10th house is Ketu placed in the sign Leo and has been activated by transit Saturn from the 17th Jan 2023 to 30th March 2025 and will get opportunities in the Career.
- Vivasahaya Saham Capricorn has been activated till 17th Jan 2023 only. Hence in the present status it does not show massive gains
- Shiv Rajyoga has been activated but since Rahu is eclipsing the Jupiter some constraint in the rise in the Present scenario till the 30th March 2025 for a massive rise in the Career.
No doubt there are strong parameters in the Present scenario till 30th March 2025 for Career but nothing substantial to take him at a higher pedestal. Hence what ever may be the conditions he may remain the chief minister of Bihar.
PROGRESSION CHART BY MANU SMRITI AT THE TIME OF 2024 LOK SABHA ELECTIONS AFTER COMLETION OF 73 YEARS IS BELOW.
The following parameters acquire an important dimension
- The 3rd House of the Natal Chart is rising. He has to compete with his other politicians and has to work very hard to achieve the results.
- The Dasha in operation is Rahu-Venus and both are well placed in the Progression chart. in D1, D9, D10 and D11 charts but in D10 Venus is debilitated in the 7th house may not give the rise as per his expectations. He may remain the chief minister of Bihar
- There is Budh aditya yoga in Aries in the 9th house as in the natal chart is good and since Moon is in Mercury nakshatra this yoga will give some rise definitely but the 75th year will be painful since the yoga will break and bring a down fall in the status of the native—— Note this Parameter
- Mars is placed in the 10th house digbali as the 9th lord is also a rajyoga in this year at the time of Lok Sabha 2024 elections.
- 10th house from Moon and 9th house from Lagna is again very strong and a rajyoga
Hence Nitesh Kumar may have fluctuating fortunes as per the past in the Rahu-Venus dasha in operation from the 31-5-2023 to 31-5-2026 , although a rise in the Present Lok Sabha Elections 2024 definitely and may again become the Chief Minister of Bihar.—- Note these Predictions.

et us have a look at the chart below
Lagna is Vargottam in the 4 Charts below and is good . Also Garbshishta Planet Ketu in D12 Promises 80 % which indicates that the native is born to Rich, Strong and Parents having a high status as per the D12 Dwadamsha chart . He is born on the Friday and the Day Lord is Venus placed in the yama of Virgo its debilitation sign and the Yama Lord Mercury is placed in the 8th house shows the weakness of Day Lord and the Venus in his chart. Placement of Venus in the 10th house again shows High status but since the depositor is placed in the 6/8 axis there may be loss of the Power and Prestige as time passes.
The weakness in the Rashi chart is as below
The 10th Lord Moon is ill placed from the Anter dasha at birth and Moon is also ill placed from the anterdasha at birth who is Venus and Debilitated in the navamsha . Normally the Maha dasha at birth is the Promise and the Anter dasha at birth the fructification which is Poor in the chart. The MCL of the 10th house is placed in the 8th house and ill placed from the 10th Lord Moon. All these Parameters indicate very poor Career front for him and a person with no goals, moves here or there the Juniors will overtake him meaning he would not progress in life . Rahu Dasha is again ill placed from Venus the Anterdasha and the Dispositor is Saturn who is debilitated and in the D10 Chart Rahu-Jupiter and Rahu-Saturn both are in 6/8 axis. Hence these Dasha period from the Dec 2021 onwards is time for Trouble till the Rahu-Saturn dasha ends till the 28th March 2027 specially till 2024 it is extremely bad as per the Progression charts by Manu Smriti.
PLANETARY POSITIONS AND CONDUCIVE PARAMETERS FOR RISE
The following parameters are of concern for rise in status and achievement at the time of elections and even now.
- MCL Mercury of the 10th house not activated .
- Vivahasahaya Saham Pisces not activated by Saturn and Jupiter in 2024 and at the time of elections.
- Natal Sun and Jupiter not activated for rise in Career.
- 10th house or the 10th Lord not activated by dual Transit of Saturn and Jupiter.
- Saturn over natal Rahu and Rahu over natal Saturn in transit and dasha of Rahu-Saturn starts from 19-5-2024.
- In D11 Chart no rise is seen in the Rahu-Jupiter or Rahu Saturn dasha since the Planets are not placed well from Sun the Karka for royality and status.
- The only parameter is Rahu and Saturn activated good for Politics and good Since in the birth chart Rahu in Aquarius is rajyogam since the dispositor is debilitated, this makes Rahu very strong, hence this parameter may improve his image in the Rahu-Saturn dasha from June 2024 onwards only.
- Hence no spectacular rise is seen for Rahul Gandhi as per the Birth chart till the Lok Sabha Elections
- Progression charts by Manu Smriti for running year and next year from June 2023 to June 2024 are not conducive and hurdles at every stage . But the year June 2024 to June 2025 will be a better one.

- Mars Debilitated and combusted and in Mrityu Bhag
- Sun 10th Lord in Vish ghati with Mars .—– TROUBLE IN CAREER
- 4 Planets debilitated Saturn, Mars , Moon and Venus—- VERY POOR CHART
- Moon and Saturn in 6/8 axis no concreate results.—— HURDLES AND OBSTACLES IN CAREER AND POLITICS
What can you expect from this kind of Planetary configuration ?
D10 and D11 charts do not bestow any rise in life asper the natal chart of Rahul Gandhi
- As per the Dasha the Rahu-Saturn will be most enigmatic from the 21-5-2024 and with anguish and pain. See the Placement of Rahu and Saturn in the D10 chart shows struggle pain in Career and Politics in the natal chart. Even the Rahu and Jupiter are placed in the 6/8 axis and Rahu in the 8th house of total loss hence the Present and the Future are bleek for Rahul Gandhi till the June 2024. I don’t see him making a major dent in politics. He may do better then before but no substantial achievements.
- HENCE RAHUL GANDHI DOES HAVE CONDUCIVE PLANETARY POSITIONS TO MAKE A DENT IN THE POLITICAL SCENARIO TILL JUNE 2024. HENCE HE MAY NOT BE A THREAT TO BJP OR MODIJI.

Till Now I have discussed the charts of Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal and Nitesh Kumar. The only 2 Charts shows some growth and rise to the occasion at the time of Lok Sabha Elections 2024, how ever Chart of Narendra Modi seems to be the strongest and then Nitesh Kumar but will have fluctuating Fortunes for sure in the future and in 2025.
