The Time when the Verdict will be announced will be with Cancer Lagna the same as at the time of the Rape and Mars in similar positions about to enetr the 7th house for Hanging just about the same position of Mars from the 19th to 22nd March 2020
Have a look at the Chart you will find the Lagna Lord in the 12th house with Planet Rahu for death by chooking and 12th house is jail
the 8th Lord from the Lagna is placed in the 8th from Moon , hence death is certain.
Gulika Lord is Mars has to Join Saturn the 8th Lord and also the Karka for Longevity

Nirbhaya Case: On Monday, a Delhi court had refused to hold, yet again, the execution of the four Nirbhaya case convicts, who were to be hanged at 6 am on Tuesday.
Read the last Para “Earlier on Monday, Pawan’s curative petition was rejected by the Supreme Court, which marked the end of all legal options before the convicts. Pawan promptly filed the mercy petition with the President; even though it has been rejected, the law says the convict can be hanged only after 14 days.”
Hence after 18th March the Date could be decided for the ultimate which has been predicted well in advance
