The Day is Saturday and is placed in the yama of Taurus the 7th house of the Muhurat Chart of Scorpio aspected by Sun from the Lagna and the Yama Lord is in Planetary war with Jupiter is most malefic Parameter. Also the Lagna Lord in the 12th house with Fallen Mercury the Lord of the 11th and the 8th house . The Yama Sign is Taurus and aspected by Sun the Govt. Hence the Supreme Court will come into play for the same. Day Lord Saturn is afflicted in Rahu-Ketu axis also has influence of the 7th Lord Venus and Jupiter.
The Uday Lagna is Scorpio and the Lord in the 1th house hence the Arudha Lagna is Virgo
In the Muhurat Chart the Lord of the Arudha Lagna Mercury is Debilitated in Navamsha
Lord of Ascendant Mars is not Strong in Navamsha

Moon is debilitated hence although the Plaintiff may get some thing and setback also since Moon in the Navamsha is Debilitated
Arudha Lagna Libra happens to be the debilitation sign of the Day Lord Sun the Querist may experience Setbacks in totality

The Day is Monday and the Lord is Moon placed in the Yama of Taurus the 6th house of the chart and the Lord is placed in the Lagna with Lagna Lord is powerful yoga for the Plaintiff, more so the Lagna Lord Jupiter is stronger than the 7th Lord Mercury who is still in fallen state and debilitated in navsmsha. The Lagna Lord and the 11th Lord are together in the Prashna chart, Navamsha and Dreshkanne chart shows the success of the Plaintiff. I had mentioned in the Analysis of the 23rd Nov. 2019 11.30 hrs if the Results come on that day they may not be favourable for the Plaintiff but since the dispute prolonged and the results will be announced today the results may be in favour of the plaintiff and the Trio may get a chance to prove the Majority on the floor it so seems from the Planetary positions Jupiter in the Lagna and Mars in the 11th house gives success to the Querist and the Plaintiff.
Asper the Yama chart both Jupiter and Venus are strong and placed together in the Lagna
