Adding the Predictions as per the 25th Nov. 2019 10-30 Court Verdict
The Day is Monday and the Lord is Moon placed in the Yama of Taurus the 6th house of the chart and the Lord is placed in the Lagna with Lagna Lord is powerful yoga for the Plaintiff, more so the Lagna Lord Jupiter is stronger than the 7th Lord Mercury who is still in fallen state and debilitated in navsmsha. The Lagna Lord and the 11th Lord are together in the Prashna chart, Navamsha and Dreshkanne chart shows the success of the Plaintiff. I had mentioned in the Analysis of the 23rd Nov. 2019 11.30 hrs if the Results come on that day they may not be favourable for the Plaintiff but since the dispute prolonged and the results will be announced today the results may be in favour of the plaintiff and the Trio may get a chance to prove the Majority on the floor it so seems from the Planetary positions Jupiter in the Lagna and Mars in the 11th house gives success to the Querist and the Plaintiff.
Asper the Yama chart both Jupiter and Venus are strong and placed together in the Lagna
Lagna is also vargottam . Arudha Lagna Lord Jupiter in Navamsha is in the Sign Taurus which is the Exhaltation sign of the Day Lord , hence the Planetary positions may favour the Querist.
Note here the Oath Chart of Devendra Fadnavis is not at all healthy one as mentioned above and the Day when the Verdict will be announced is most important
The Court has ordered ” Produce Ajit Pawar’s and Devendra Fadnavis Letters by 10-30 am which seems to be difficult in the Present Scenario, but not ruled out till 5th Dec. 2019 there could be many changes also

Sagitrius sign is the 12th house of the Chart when the Hearing took place on the 23rd Nov. 2019 at 11.30 hrs , this may please be noted even if the Plaintiff gains the ultimate winner will be who proves the majority on the Floor and these predictions will be made as per the Date and time stipulated . The Day is Tuesday and the Lord is Mars with Fallen Mercury the most Venomous conjunction in the 11th house. The Day Lord Mars is placed in the Yama of Gemini the 7th house of the Chart and the Yama Lord Forms the most mmalefic combination with the Day Lord Mars in the 11th house of gains. The Yama Lord and the Day lord are ill placed from ther Lagna and the Lagna Lord is the most malefic parameter here . No clear verdict since the Moon and the Lagna Lord are not connected . Moon and Lagna Lord Jupiter and if the Lagna is Capricorn then Saturn will combine on the 28th Nov. 2019 hence no clear verdict is expected before the 28th Nov. 2019 as per Astrology . The Karna Lord most malefic is Naga the 7th Lord with the Day Lord is anothjer most malefic for the good verdict for the plaintiff.The Twists and Twirls as Mercury the Most Venomous planet in transit in Fallen state and acquires the Status of the Karna Lord add fuel to the fire as most Venomous.Since the Lagna Lord and the Moon are not connected there will be no clear verdict on the formation of the Magharashtra Govt. till the 28th Nov. 2019 . The Lagna Rising on the 28th Nov. 2019 after 10-30 am will be Capricorn and the Lagna Lord will be in the 12th house with Moon and the 12th Lord similar combinations as the 23rd Nov. 2019 hearing at 11.30 am which may favour the Opposition and hence the BJP with Ajit Pawar Govt. to Prove their Majority on the Floor. Now due to Twists and Twirls of the Planet Mercury I would only Predict the Outcome of the Floor Test by either of the Parties by the time and date stipulated for the Floor Test.
