CBI director and other officials have arrived at the CBI office. P Chidambaram is likely to be brought there for questioning in INX Media case.

Amazingly the Arrest Shield has gone after the 8th Lord Jupiter has become direct and on its way to the 8th house as the 8th Lord .. The Eclipses in the 1/7 axis of the Moon as per the Theory of Inevitability of K N Rao and Dasha and Anter dasha of a Planet who has the Capacity to Bring danmage then a Native falls from Position specially when the Eclipse Point is activated by Mars which shall take place shortly.

Hence the Transit from the 11th August when Jupiter becomes direct and starts it journey to the 8th house and till Saturn is in Sagitarius till 24th Jan. 2019 may prove most Venomous for him and may be trapped in Some Scams. Since his 3rd Sadesati is in operation his health may also become an issue it so seems

The Day is wednasday and the Lord is Mercury placed in the yama of Sagitarius the 9th house of the chart and the yama Lord Jupiter is placed in the 8th house is Most malefic Parameter at the time of Arrest . The Yama Moon and the Prashna Moon are also in 2/12 axis is another Parameters which is malefic at the time of Arrest The Lagna is also Dagdha
Mars the Lagna Lord is Placed in the yama of Vurgo the 6th house of the chart and the Yama Lord is placed in the 4th JhOuse having Poorna Ithasla with 12th Lord Jupiter placed in the 8th house. See the degrees of Mercury and Jupiter 20.59 and 20.32. Rahu is Jail and is placed in the sign of Gemini and the Lord is placed in the Kendra and having Poorna ithasla with Jupiter the 12th Lord placed in the 8th house again
In the above chart Lagnesh and Moon are not related hence dispute will prolong.
Lagna and Moon are in movable sign another date will be given for hearing in the court.
Querist will not get Bail since Lagnesh and Moon both are not in movable signs
DBA planets are Ketu-Mer-Mer. Mercury has Poorna ithasal with 12th Lord Jupiter for Jail hence he may not get a Bail as per the Time of Arrest
23RD AUGUST 2019 THE DAY OF HEARING
Let us also see the 23rd August what the Planetary positions have up their sleeves
The Day is friday and the Lord is Venus, Till 12.29 Hrs there are no chances of Bail since also Rahu-Kaal from the 10.47 hrs to 12.24 Hrs , Hence if the hearing takes place after 12.29 then there are bleek chances of getting a bail since then Lagna Lord and the Moon will be in Kendra in fixed signs till 14.45 hrs .Abhijit Muhurat from the 11.58 to 12.49 hrs and over lapping with Rahu-Kaal is not good and very short period of Abhijit Muhurat which is good

The Scorpio lagna rising having Jupiter, Lagnesh and Moon in Kendra but in fixed signs. For Bail both should in kendra are parameters which can grant Bail
The DBA planets are Sun-Jup-Mer , Sun and Mercury are the Lords of the 10th and the 11th house respectively are good but Sub and Sub-Sub lords of Sun are Ketu and Rahu
Sub-Sub Lords of Mercury are Mer and Mars
Sub -Sub Lords of Jupiter are Mercury and Venus
At least 2 out of the DBA plants should be related to the 6,10 and 11th house, hence a Possibility of bail weak one and cannot be ruled out.
After 14.45 hrs Sagitarius sign will be rising and after this there are no chances for him getting a bail till 16-49 hrs
After this Capricorn Sign will be rising and there are no chances of Getting sa bail till 18.49 Hrs and then Rahu the Karka for Jail will become Direct
Taking a Positive stance for Bail Although weak chances
Hence from the above we can make out that there are weak chances of Chidarabaram Getting a Bail. The Only Possibility he may be granted Bail is the Period between 12.29 to 14.45 hrs on the Friday Lagnesh and Moon are not related and also not in movable signs hence the Dispute will prolong , during this time Jupiter is in the 10th house the Hearing will be Decisive it so seems. Bleek chances but cannot be ruled out. Natal Moon and Moon on the 23rd August is in 6/8 axis and Transit Ketu over the Natal Moon in the 8th house at the same degrees iare parameters which are indicative of weak Results for Chidrambaram
