As per Garbshishta Planets Ketu Promises 80 % which indicates that the native is born to Rich, Strong and Parents having a high status as per the D12 Dwadamsha chart . He is born on the Friday and the Day Lord is Venus placed in the Yama of Virgo its debilitation sign and the Yama Lord Mercury is placed in the 8th house shows the weakness of Day Lord and the Venus in his chart. Placement of Venus in the 10th house again shows High status but since the depositor is placed in the 6/8 axis there may be loss of the Power and Prestige as times passes by specially after the 48th .and 56th year of his life. He has already completed 54 years of his life and running the 55th year. Hence next year for him will be most crucial for him in the Politics and Career. Venus is debilitated in the Progression charts adds fuel to the fire for his career.
Transit Saturn over the Natal Rahu and aspect on the Debilitated Saturn at 24 degrees in the 7th house degree-wise opens what is the Status on the 4th June 2024. His image will tarnish and head for a status fall .
Jupiter the malefic planet for Libra asd and also retrograde, how can he be honest specially in the Dasha of Rahu-Saturn. Transit Jupiter in the 8th from Lagna and in the 6th from Natal Moon. Saturn over Rahu and aspects the natal Debilitated Saturn who aspects the Jupiter in Lagna. Jupiter in Libra cannot be exalted in navamsha hence weak for Libra asd.. He will have to the hobbit of arguing for even petty matters which are not significant.

- 4 Planets in Debilitation is very bad for Rahul Gandhi.
- Moon and Mercury are in 4/10 axis some rise in Status but Mercury being the 8th Lord and the 11th Lord he would try to gain mileage through hook or crook and get into hot waters
- 10th Lord of the Natal Chart is Debilitated and 10th Lord from Lagna is Sun who is also with Debilitated is again not very good .
- Moon is debilitated and also in Vishghati.
- Mars is combusted and also in Mrityu bhag. .
- Saturn close to Mrityu Bhag.
- Dasha in operation of Rahu Saturn 28-3-2027 not very good dasha. Transit over the natal Rahu and aspect on the natal Saturn will put him in hot waters.
- Next year from the June 2025 to June 2026 not very good either
Hence from the above it seems that although he may acquire a higher status after 2024 elections will also face issues of all kinds. There will not be any smooth journey in his political career. He may be put in Hot Waters in Sept.-Oct. 2024 and after Transit Mars travels over the natal Mars and Sun around the Eclipses time after 29th March 2025 till 2nd July 2025
