In the Timing of marriage an important Parameters Piya Milan signifies the above Statement . Piya Milan is the Meeting of the Lagna Lord and the 7^th Lord in Transit in conjunction or aspecting each other in samsaptak 1/7 axis to eachother  , until they meet in Heaven the Marriage may not take place , their meeting in the heaven is activation of the same .The Primary parameters of Promise, Condusive dasha along with Favourable Transit have to be seen as well to give Marriage , only then this Parameter may be applicable.The Piya Milan could be activated in the following conditions.

1. At the time the boy and Girl meet for the first time .
2. At the time of Engagement of the Marriage.
3. At the time of Marriage
4. Depending upon upon the Dasha and Anter dasha running which ever is favourable for the above.

In this article I will discuss number of Queries raised for marriages and answers on this Parameter.

Case 1

One of my friends in Astrology class in BVB brought  a horoscope of  a female  relative , born in   Oct 1983  with Aries Lagna on the 9th March 2011. He wanted to Match the horoscope  with a Boy who had come from America on the 3rd March 2011. He told me that if the horoscope matches , then the Boy in question will come to see the girl on a day chosen as a good Muhurat .. He also told me that the two families knew each other very well and if the Horoscope matches then the marriage between them could take place. After looking at the Boys horoscope,who was a Virgo Lagna, I told my class mate that the boy had already seen a girl 3 days back on the 6th March 2011 , and the Boy had already decided to Marry that Girl mentally, and hence he will not come to see the Girl in question , in spite of the fact that the two horoscopes are matching.  My classmate was taken aback and did not believe me. After 3 days my classmate called me and told me that the Boy had fixed the Marriage with the girl whom he had seen on the 6th March 2011  , hence he did not come to see the girl in question. I had applied the Timing Parameters and specially the Parameter Piya Milan , in both the horoscopes. In case of the Boy The Double Transit of Saturn and Jupiter activated the 7th house  . The Lagna Lord Mercury and Jupiter were there in the 7th house in Pieces along with Moon. Mercury had entered in Pieces on the 6th March  2011 20-20 hrs.only. See the chart below. In the case of the Girl The Double Transit was not activated ,neither was the Piya Milan parameter activated .The Girl is Aries Lagna and see the position of Mars and Venus in Transit in the below chart they are in 2/12 position. The Condition of the Piya Milan was not satisfied in the case of the girl.

Transit chart of the 6^th March 2011 below . Amazingly it was Virgo Lagna only at the time of Mercury ingressing in Pieces. If we see the Transit as per Jaimini also the Dara Karka is  Mercury  is in the 7^th house .

Case 2.

Another Query Raised by a Querist with Capricorn Lagna in the Birth chart on 1^st Sept. 2014 16-48 hrs . See the chart below.

The chart clearly shows the Lagna Lord and the 7^th Lord going apart after meeting , clearly shows Break in Relationship after fixing of a Marriage . Moon has just changed sign from Libra to Scorpio and getting deblitated. There was break in relationship on the 5^th Sept. 2014 when Mars ingressed in Scorpio , the reasons need not be explained as is crystal clear. The Piya Milan Parameter was activated on 30^th August and showed that Marriage fixation could have been there as the Birth chart also has Capricorn lagna , but since the query was raised by the querist , there has to be a reason behind it and is crystal clear from the Prashna chart.

Case 3.

Query raised by Querist on the 12^th March  21-01 hrs. 2015 Delhi chart is below.

The chart above is clearly showing the Lagna Lord and the 7^th Lord going apart at the time of the Query and again shows break in Marriage fixation. Coincedently the Native has Capricorn Lagnaand as per the birth chart Lagna Lord and the 7^th Lord are conjuct, but as per Prashna there is ishraaf yoga and Moon is deblitated in the Query, The Prashna chart clearly shows Break in marriage , if you see the Difference in degrees between the lagna Lord and the 7^th Lord there is difference of 8.28 degrees and the Marriage fixation took place exactly 8.5 months before, then Mars and Venus were together in Pieces The Engagement took Place one day before the Solar Eclipse and Saturn and Moon were in samsaptak satisfying the Piya Milan condition. As per Prashna raised it showed break in marriage fixation. Mars and Venus going apart Venus has just changed sign and a Planet which changes sign at the time of query acquires a special dimension to give results.

Case 4.

The query chart of 12^th Feb 2015 5-33 hrs Delhi  below.

The chart is showing clearly that the Lagna Lord and the 7^th Lord are together of the birth chart of Taurus Lagna  the Piya Milan parameter, but at the  time of query when the 7^th Lord of the Birth chart is about to leave the Lagna Lord in the Aquarius sign,and Planet about to change sign also acquires a special dimension in Prashna Jyotish. The Lagna Lord  Saturn and the 7^th Lord Moon  in the query chart are in 2/12 axis . The boy in question had come to see the girl, but due to difference in opinion the marriage did not take place , as indicated by the Prashna chart and by me to the querist .
