I am not Reproducing the Text , but the basic Parameter that Mars over stays in a sign after every 2 years and approx. 2 months and when Ingressesa sign is in square position with Sun then it over stays in a  sign for more then 6 -8 months . In the Present Transit of Mars in Scorpio took place on the 20th Feb. 2016 in Scorpio when Sun was in Square Position from Mars. Mars will Stay totally in Scorpio for 211 days from 20th Feb. 2016 to 18th Sept. 2016. During this Stay in Scorpio Mars becomes Retrograde on the 17th April 2016 at 14.9 degrres and Falls in Libra in Retrogression on the 17th June at 23.45 hrs  and attains a most malefic Stance since I have already explained that a Fallen Planet is worst then even a snake Bite and most erractic and Explosive for the significations of the Planet Mars. As per Tamil Texts  A fallen Planet ceases to become a Chara  Karka in Jaimni Astrology , where as Parashar has no Explanation of the characteristics of a Fallen Planet and 99.99 % Astrologers donot considerthis aspect of this Red Planet .
