Let me again read the Planetary positions to see when the Convicts will be finally punished and the Verdict for the same will come
The Chart of the uneventful happening on the 16th Dec 2012 at 21.30 hrs is below
In this Article I am going to make some Predictions based on my research using the Day of Rape, since there have been n number of Court cases and noting conclusive till date . Please excuse me if my Predictions go wrong since there are no specific time of the hearings in the Court. I am forced to use the 7 years old chart of the 2012
This is a Research Article and after using the Navamsha Degrees I have Predicted this Time Frame
The Chart is Below
I Had earlier Used the chart of the 9-11th Feb 2020 to give my Predictions for the Court verdict.
Now see the chart of the 19-20th March 2020 which seems most Venomous for the Convicts . The Navamsha sign is the 8th house of the Time of the uneventful happening and Saturn is placed there hence when Saturn reaches this point will be the foremost planet to activate the happenings
I am using the same Lagna and the Navamsha
The following Parameters acquire Important dimension on the 19th-20th March 2020
1. Saturn and Moon both in ther 7th house and aspect Lagna
2. Saturn and Sun relation in both Rashi and Navamsha and degree-wise aspect , it is parallel to the Time of the uneventful happenings in both charts
3. Mars and Jupiter with Ketu in Sagitarius over the Sun and Mars at the time of the act and the 9th and the 10th Lord over the Sun and the Mars at the time of the act
4.Rahu and Ketu in the Navamsha of Cancer and Capricorn respectively at the time of the act and on the 19th-20th Rahu over Ketu and Ketu over Rahu in the same axis in the Navamsha in both cases
5. Mars Vargottam at 17.4 degrees in navamsha and on the 19th March Mars reaches in Navamsha Sagiatrius same sign at 11.00 degrees and jupiter at 16.40 degrees . On the 20-21st This Parameter is also activated degree-wise in the navamsha
6. On the 20th March Moon in Rahu-Ketu axis in navamsha
7. Rahu in 12th house in navamsha the karka for Strangulations
ANOTHER DATES MOST IMPORTANT
8. Another Date which could also be instrumental in the Verdict is 30th March 2020 when Jupiter Saturn and Mars willbe in the 7th house of the Chart of the uneventful happenings
9. The above are research Parameters and It is possible that the Court may also give decisions after 28th Feb 2020 when the Venus the Planet will ingress in Aries after 28th Feb 2020 and action by the Court may take place
DATE OF VERDICT BY SUPREME COURT IS 11TH FEB 2020
ARIES LAGNA FROM 10-07 TO 11.45 HRS
The Day is Tuesdsay and the Lord is Mars and at the time between 10.07 to 11-45 am the Sign rising is Aries and Mars is not connected to Moon as per this the Dispute will prolong and Strong 7th Lord is connected to the 10th Lord favours the Convicts during this time Frame, Also 10th Lord is connected to 7th Lord hence the Culprits are at fault. There is no strong benefic in the 10th house for the hearing to be decisive.
SUCCESS IN APPEAL
There will be success in Appeal since the 3rd Lord, Planets in the 3rd house Nakshatra Lord of 3rd Lord in navamsha is related to 11th house , hence the Convicts will get Success in appeal for Remedies if the Hearing takes place between the 10-07 TO 11.45 HRS
TAURUS LAGNA FROM THE 11.45 TO 13-40 HRS
Moon is not connected to the Lagnesh and hence the Dispute will prolong
7th Lord Mars is not connected to the 10th Lord Saturn
Mercury in the 10th House hence Nature of Judgement will be a mixture of Right and wrong and Dispute may Prolong
SUCCESS IN APPEAL
As per the principles of Success in appeal it seems the convicts will get Success in Appeal
Hence till 13-40 Hrs the Court will give Favourable decision for the Convicts for Success in Appeal for the remedies
Hence from the above it seems that till 13.40 hrs the Court may not give any strong Verdict pertaining to the Convicts and the Case will proceed firther since the Lagna is Fixed and the Convicts will get Success for Remedies
GEMINI LAGNA FROM THE 13-40 HRS TO 15-51HRS
Moon is connected to the Lagnesh Mercury and both in fixed signs
7th Lord is stronger than the Lagna Lord and Venus Exhalted in the 10th house denotes Fair Judgement
Planets are there in the 7th, 8th and the 9th house Court favours the opponent and the Convicts and seems the Court may give time for the Convicts to use their remedies
SUCCESS IN APPEAL
The Planetary positions suggest that the Convicts will get Success in Appeal for Remedies Till the Case is taken up when Gemni Lagna is rising till 15-51 HRS
CANCER ASCENDANT FROM 15-51 TO 18-10
Success in Appeal is indicated as per this Lagna also
Hence the Immediate future of the Convicts is secure to get Remedies
The Exact Predictions can be made as per the Navamahs sign and I shall up date the same but it seems the Ultimate Date for the Convicts is 19th-20th March 2020
