I had Predicted that he would get Minimum 54-56 and taking a Benefic Stance a maximum of 63 Seats as per Proper Calculation on the Planet Mercury influencing the Lagna of the Rashi and Navamsha and since Mercury was in the 7th Navamsha as per the navamsha degrees and Mercury has Rays of 9 I had Calculated as follows 9x 7 =63 Seats . Probably the Figure what he achieved was 62 may be because Lagna Lord Saturn and Sun were in the 12th house and Difference in the rays between the 2 is 1and a loss of 1 Rays hence 62, But this is after Thought and may be a Research For the future

Arvind Kejriwal is set to take oath as the Delhi chief minister for the third straight time. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has retained power in Delhi on the back of an extremely bitter election campaign.
The BJP, the principal challenger, had gone full throttle with Prime Minister Narendra Modi referring to anti-Citizenship Amendment Act protest at Shaheen Bagh had accused the AAP and its leader Kejriwal of supporting anti-national elements.
RESEARCH PARAMETER CALCULATION FOR TODAY TIME OF OATH
As per My calculation the good time of Oath will be with Taurus Lagna after 11.30 hrs since on the day of the Elections the Day Lord Saturn was Placed in the Taurus Yama and the Lord of the Yama Venus was Exhlated in the 11th house.
Another Parameter was Mercury was very close to the MEP of the Lagna and Hence today at the time of the Elections The Lagna degrees will be almost same as the Mercury degrees 18.42 and the Lagna of the Election day will become the 10th house of the Oath chart
Hence Lagna will be 18.42 degrees in Taurus and Mercury 18.42 degress will be placed in the 10th house on the 16th Feb 2020. As per the time Calculation it works out as 12.31.48 hrs today the 16th Feb 2020 but if this time is not achieved it may not be good . Please note this parameter
Let us Have a Look at the chart of the above timings before the actual Oath Takes Place. I am sure no Astrologer will do this excercise to find out the Research Parameter for the Time calculations and all will predict after the Oath Ceremony

The Panchang of the Day
The Day is Sunday and the Lord is Sun placed in the yama of Gemini the Navamsha sign of the Day of the elections and the 2nd House of the Oath taking Chart and the Yama Lord Mercury is placed in the 10th house with Day Lord Sun indicates Success, But Unfortunately Mercury is Placed well but inimical to Sun as per the Prashna shastra . See the Lagna Degrees and the Mercury . Mercury is placed at the MEP of the 10th house and hence very Strong
Tithi is KP8 Jaya tithi but not good for Wealth and New Venture
Nakshatra Anuradha Mridhu and Gentle
Yoga Dhruva and the Lord is Ketu and Placed in the 8th house with 8th Lord Jupiter and Mars is extremely venomlus
Karna Lord is Mars and again placed in the 8th house with 8th Lord Jupiter and Ketu not good it should have connections with the 10th house and 10th Lord which is missing for good fructifications
LAGNA
For Choosing a Good Muhurat the following Signs should be choosen, Gemini, Leo, Virgo , Libra, Scorpio or Aquarius, Here the Lagna is Taurus Prishtodayo and adhomukh not good at all.
Lagna is Prishtodayo and adhomukh is not good and late results may be expected for the work in hand
3rd and the 11th from Lagna should not have aspect of Malefics , here the Saturn and Mars spoil the game
There will be no success and realisation of the object if the Lord of the Rashi occupied by the Lord of the Lagna is in trik Bhava and here in the 8th house
This Parameter is extremely malefic for good fructifications PLEASE NOTE THIS PARAMETER
Natal Moon of Arvind Kejriwal is in Aries and signs falling in the 3,6,11th from Natal Moon are considered good here the sign is the 2nd from Moon .
Lagna Lord is not in Lagna and is Placed in the 11th house in Exhaltation and in Navamsha in inimical sign of Scorpio the 7th house of the Muhurat chart is agin not good.
Lagna Lord and its dispositors should be placed well in the chart and not under affliction, Here the Lagna Lord is placed in the 11th house and the dispositor is placed in the 8th house with Ketu and Mars , hence the Lagna Lord is loosing strength more so Lagna Lord is under the aspect of both Mars and Saturn from the 8th and the 9th house , Hence concerns of the 8th and the 9th house will be seen in hius work . . Lagna Lord is squared by Malefic 7th and the 12th Lord , hence he is subject to Espionage by Foreign elements and more so by the opponents , hence very strong opposition.
Uday Lagna Taurus —– Prishtodayo Strength 445
Arudha Lagna Capricorn —– Praishtodayo strength 310
Chaitra Rashi ——– Libra Strength 448 The CR and UL are in 6/8 axis and CR and AL are in 4/10 axis and none of the above have aspect of the benefics , rather Malefics in the Arudha Lagna
Since the strength is of CR and aspected By Saturn Tough situations till April 2022 and specially after 30th March 2020 some Mixed and malefiuc results also. Over all Not good at all.
Jupiter Mars and Saturn will Transit in Arudha Lagna on the 30th March 2020 hence Not good
Since CR aspected By Saturn the Native may face tough situations till April 2022 till saturn aspects the CR
Lagna aspected By Debilitated Planet , Hence none of the 3 signs attribute Benefic stance
The Day Lord is ill placed from the 9th house and the 9th Lord Saturn ., hence issues of the 9th house may crop up.
All the above shows Hinderances from the Opponents and delayed success

8th house should not be stronger than the Lagna Lord , Unfortunately the Lagna Lord has inimical ithasla with 8th Lord Jupiter . The Venus 15.53 degrees and Jupiter 22.45 , hence a difference of 7 degrees and since both are in the dual signs and Lagna is Fixed hence the Position after 7 months may be Status Quo
SUN
Sun is a Royal Planet and the Day Lord also placed in the 10th house digbali is good but making the Yama Lord uncomfortable shows some bickering in the Work . Sun is also In Uttarayana is good in the 10th house specially when the dispositor is in the 9th house
MOON
Moon is in the 8th house from the natal Moon and in Debilitation and the 7th house of the Muhurat chart is a malefic Combination and not good For the Longevity of the Govt.
CHANDRA TARA SHUDDHU
This is necessaary parameter
Moon is in the 15th Nakshatra from the natal Krittika Nakshatra is in Sadhak Tara is good
10TH HOUSE FOR LONG DURABILITY OF GOVT.
10th house is strong as can bee seen
Benefics are not there in the Kendra nd Trikona and Malefics are not there in the 3.6.11 house , this parameter is weak
8th house should be vacant and here as explained above Ketu Mars and the 8th Lord Jupiter and not good since also the dispositor of the Lagna Lord in the 8th house. This parameter shows the Muhurat chart is loosing strength
Malefic Rahu in the 2nd house is not good
Nakshatra Anuradha is Good
Sunday is Prefered Day more so the Lord is Placed well in the 10th house
NAVAMSHA
Gemini and the Lord is Debilitated and connected to Moon
Sun Debilitated . Navamsha is Shirshodayo sign as per above calculations and time as per research for a Good Muhurat in the given circumstances
AS PER SHIMASAN CHAKRA THE PLANETS ARE PLACED AS BELOW
Lagna in Simha —— Good
Moon Anuradha Aasan Power is weak The Parameter is not good for Good Tenure and Power in the Job held
Jupiter in Aasan Nadi Give Protection to all evils
Saturn – Pata Nadi weak
Sun Simhasan — Good
Hence from the above it is clear that the Native will face tough oppositions and limited Power in the tenure and for 2.5 years till Saturn in Capricorn may pose Tough situations, strife and quarrels with the opposition Parties.
MOST IMPORTANT PARAMETER PLEASE NOTE SINCE PREDICTIONS MADE BEFORE THE OATH TAKING
In case the Oath is taken in Taurus Navamsha and around 12.15 hrs the Combinations will be bad since in the Navamsha Lagna will also be Prishtodayo and Mars Placed in it and Venus in the 7th house —— This shows even worst results specially before 12.24 hrs.The Navamsha will change to Gemini will be better since shirshodayo, Hence before 12.24 Not very Good .
