Let me put my predictions here for ready reference and the important text showing predictions are on dot , even when I dont have the exact Time of Birth in his case

Robert Vadra has weak Saturn and Rahu-Ketu in the Pieces-Virgo axis in the Rashi chart and in Navamsha in Leo-Aquarius Axis respectively . The Transit Rahu and Ketu in these axis in the Rashi or Navamsha may put him in deep trouble it so seems when Sun is also afflicted bu nodes in these axis in the rashi or navamsha after Rahu and Ketu are also in their own Nakshatras in the Gemini-Sagitarius axis after 23rd March 2019 and specially after Sept. 2019”
Rahu and Ketu acquire an important dimension when a person is involved in these type of Acts. In the case of Robert Vadra the Rahu and Ketu are in the Pieces-Virgo in Rashi chart respectively and in the Leo-Aquarius axis respectively and Sun in navamsha is with Ketu.
Now Have a look at the present Transit Positions after 27th Sept. 2019 in Transit Rahu and Ketu will be in the Pieces-Virgo axis in Transit Navamsha and after 27th Oct. 2019 they will be in the Aquarius-Leo axis and Sun will also be afflicted in this axis as per the Below Chart of 1st Nov. 2019 below
The Transit Rahu and Ketu will be the key factors for his getting into hot waters after 27th Sept. 2019 when Rahu and Ketu as explained in my prevous prediction will activate the Nodes axis in the Rashi and also in Navamsha on the 27th Sept. 2019 and 1st Nov. 2019 Respectively and also afflict Sun in the same axis as the Birth chart and put him in deep trouble as can be seen from the planetary positions although I donot have his birth time even then the predictions seem to be coming true what I had indicated in my previous article . Jupiter is in affliction in his case both in the Rashi and Navamsha and Jupiter ingressing in Capricorn after 30th March 2020 may further aggravate the issues relating to Money Laundering

Robert Vadra seems to enter hot waters from the 27th Sept. and 1st Nov. 2019 and after 30th March 2020 may prove to be a Bolt from the Blue for him as per my Research of Rahu-Ketu in the Birth chart and Transit
