Yamuna Crosses the danger mark again after 45 years from august 1978 when it  crossed the 207.45 meters . In the present scenario it has crossed the 208.62 meters and a warning to the people of Delhi since the water may enter the houses and the roads of the areas adjoining to the Yamuna. The Danger mark is at 205.32, clearly points out emergency like situations in the NCR from Floods Fury

As per the latest news on Times Now, the Delhi government has set up 2700 relief camps have been set up which have the capacity to accommodate almost 27,000 people. The state government claims to have taken serious steps toward ensuring that people are not affected as a result of what’s been happening. Several people have been evacuated from many low-lying areas. The condition is serious since the level of Yamuna is rising and may touch the highest level  in the coming week.
