The Doctors have given the date of the 4th April 2019 where the C-Section Date after I got the information on the 21st March 2019 is as above and 24th March 2019 at 17.47 hrs Canada .
Transit Mars is connected to the Ketu and the 8th Lord Mercury who is placed in the Lagna of the Mother in Transit and Retrofgrade and influencing the Natal Mars in the 12th house
Transit Mars is also aspecting the Karka for Children Jupiter and also Moon who is the 6th Lord of the Natal chart of the Mother
Lagna Calculated is Virgo the 8th house of the Mother Chart
As Per the Virgo Lagna Mars is also connected to the 6th Lord Saturn by 8th aspect and Mars is the 8th Lord
Both the conditions are fullfilled and the the Lagna Degrees have to be that of the Mars
