I will use the major planetsat the time of birth along with transit and progression to see what will happen on the 16th of Oct 2022

2. Saptam Shani is Not good for 2.5 years starting from the 12th July to 17th Jan 2023.
3. Transit Saturn over the natal Rahu.
4. Rahu Transit over the Natal Venus where the Lunar Eclipse of the 8th Nov. 2022 will take place in the same star of Venus in close degrees . The Effect of the Eclipses is seen even before they happen .
5. Mars and Saturn aspect in the Natal chart and when there is vedha between Mars and Saturn in the  Nakshatra and Rashi Sanghatta chakra then it will be time from Trouble . Hence from the 24th Sept to 13th March 2023 will be time of Agony and pain for Xi Jinping .

Now have a look at the chart of Xi Jinping and the Chart of the 16th Oct. 2022 below. The Left side are the Planets in the chart of the President of the 15th June 1953 and the Right side of the Transit on the 16th Oct. 2022

Comparing the Chart of Xi Jinping and the Transit on the 16th Oct. 2022 the following parameters acquire an Important dimension and most venomous for Xi Jinping coming back in power for 5 years 

1. Natal Saturn Fallen and Retrograde from Virgo aspects the Transit  Mars and Moon in Gemini . Extremely bad .
