Urjit Patel was born in Nairobi on 28 October 1963 to Manjula and Ravindra Patel. His grandfather had migrated from Mahudha village in Kheda district, Gujarat to Kenya in 20th century. His parents run Raxo Products Ltd, a chemical factory in Nairobi. He studied at Gujarati community run Visa Oswal Primary School and later at Jamhuri High School in Nairobi. He obtained his Bachelor’s in Economics from the London School of Economics , M. Phil. degree in Economics from Linacre College, Oxford University in 1986. He received his doctorate in Economics from Yale University in 1990. He was at IMF India desk during the 1991–94 transition period. He was posted to IMF country mission in India 1992–95. He has also been a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution since 2009. He is single and lives with his mother in Mumbai.
He is the 24th Governor of Reserve Bank of India and resumed Office as the Governor of RBI on the 4th Sept. 2016
As per media reports ” RBI Governor Urjit Patel gets show-cause notice over non-disclosure of wilful defaulters’ list. I dont have the Complete birth details of Urjit Patel but I will play with the 3 dates 1. D.O.B Planetsry positions2. Date of resuming office on the 4th Sept. 2016 and the Present Date 4-5th Nov.2018.
As per Jyotish Shastra the Transit Moon in the 8th from the Natal Moon in the same Pada is most venomous for any Muhurata. Here in this Case apart from this Parameter The Nodes were also in adverse motion which are considered to be most Malefic and bad results can be expected from the Govt. Since the Sun at the time of Joining is totally Eclipsed and he has joined with in 4 days of the Lunar Eclipse

After looking at the charts above the following parameters acquire an important dimension
1.The date of Resuming thr Duties on the 4th Sept. 2018 are most important due to Muhurat Planetary positions and The Governor joined when the Transit Moon was in the 8th from the Natal Moon. Natal Moon is in the Sign Aquarius and Transit Moon in the sign Virgo and also when I am writing the Article after the News on the 4th Nov. 2018 Moon was in the sign Leo and then shifted to Virgo. On the Day of the News Moon is Placed in Leo where the Eclipse had taken place
2. On the 1st Sept. 2016 there was a Lunar Eclipse in the Nakshatra of Phurva Phulgani and the Star Lord was Debilitated and Placed in the 8th house from the natal Moon . The Lunar Eclipse had taken place in the 1/7 axis of the Natal Moon. On the Day of Joining the Moon was over the Star Lord of the Lunar Eclispe which was debilitated
3. Ketu was over the Natal Moon and 4 Planets in the 8th house from the Natal Moon
4. The News comes when Mars and Ketu are over the Natal Saturn and Trasnsit Saturn over Ketu
5. At the time of joining Mars aspected Ketu in Transit and Rahu and Sun aspected by Saturn on the 4th Sept. 2016, Now on the 6th Nov. 2018 Mars transit wll come over the Ketu in Aquarius at the time of Joing vould be Venomous for him
6. 8th Lord from Natal Moon ,Mercury in Transit over the Mars Natal and also over the Mars in Transit at the time of Joining on the 4th Sept. 2016
7. Transit Sun in Libra along with Venus over the Natal Sun , Mercury and Venus
8. At the time of Joining Rahu and Ketu were in Adverse motion and around the 28th Nov. to 1st Dec. Rahu and Ketu will again be adverse and could prove most Venomous
9. Transit Mars reaching Natal Noon in Aquarius on the 6th Nov. 2018 as mentioned above and aspecting the Transit Moon on the day of Joining along with Eclipsed Nakshatra Lord Venus on the 13th Nov. 2018 and the dates mentioned above are not good dates for him
10. As per the above Planetary positions and the main Parameters Ashtama Moon and Adverse Nodes at the time of Joining , specially when Sun is totally eclipsed the Native is bound for Trouble from the Govt. as per the Dates mentioned above . Rahu was also adverse till 3rd Nov. 2018 and the News comes on the 4th Nov. 2018. The period till Rahu and Ketu in Transit and specially when they change navamsha can be most venomous for him after 7th Dec. 2018 specially.The above are Astrological analysis and not my opinion it may please be noted.
