The Canadian real estate market—once one of the world’s most overheated housing sectors—has entered a prolonged period of correction since 2023. In my earlier article (2023), I had predicted that Canada’s real estate sector would face a major collapse after the 29 March 2025 Solar Eclipse.

Today, those astrological conditions have intensified dramatically. A series of powerful eclipses on the Aquarius–Leo axis, from the 7th Sep. 2025, 17th Feb and 3rd March 2026  combined with Saturn’s transit over the natal Ascendant, the operation of Saturn–Mercury–Rahu Dasha, and global recessionary pressures triggered by U.S. tariff policies, point toward a much deeper and long-lasting financial strain for Canada.

The coming months and the year 2026 appear highly challenging for Canada’s real estate market, banking structure, and overall economic stability.

1. Canada’s Foundation Chart: A Piscean Nation Under Saturn’s Weight

• Mars in the 6th house (Leo) → debt, disputes, and financial stress show sudden spikes when activated.

  The Dasha in operation is of Saturn and since the Dasha Lord is placed in the 8th house  in fallen state and aspects the 10th house will put the Head of the Country in Hot waters . For the Following parameters . In Jupiter dasha lot of Terrorist groups find Canada a safe heaven and shift to Canada.

  1. Saturn as a fallen planet in the 8th house is most venomous for the growth of the Country.
  2. The Lagna Lord Jupiter Retrograde and with Ketu in the 12th house  and 4th Lord Mercury having aspect of Fallen Saturn crystal clears indicates what ever is happening in Canada.. The Dasha of Saturn-Mercury will therefore be more venomous.
  3. Saturn aspect on the 10th house
  4.  Saturn placed  in the 12th house of the Dashamsha Chart and aspects the 10th Lord Mars in the 6th house .

  6. Dasha of Saturn-Mercury will also be most enigmatic since the 22 DK Lord and as stated above
  7. The Country may have Housing Crisis which may lead to Economic down fall after the Solar Eclipse of the 29th March 2025 falling in the 1/7 axis of the Foundation chart asppredicted in my earlier Article written in 2023
  8.  The Relation between India and Canada went for a Toss in G20 only when Rahu the demon was in forward motion. The relations can never become normal due to this factor and it will be suicidal to rely on such commitments.

Why These Eclipses Are Extremely Dangerous

• Canada’s natal Jupiter + Ketu lie in the 12th house Aquarius → Both are eclipse-sensitive and govern national finances, foreign capital, immigration, and institutional stability.

• The 6th-house Mars with Rahu in Leo will also be eclipsed → debts, unemployment, litigations, trade disputes, and internal economic pressures erupt.

• Eclipses over both the 12th and 6th simultaneously create a financial axis collapse—a classic Mundane Astrology signature for recession and real estate crash.

This double-axis activation is rare and acts as a ‘bolt from the blue,’ exactly as predicted in 2023 for the years 2025 to 2027.

3. Saturn’s  Transit: The Most Critical Blow

Saturn transiting Pisces (Ascendant)

• Saturn moves over Canada’s Lagna from 2025–2027, becoming fallen during critical windows in July 2028 when it enters Aries and goes in Retrogression and Falls over the Ascendant in July 2028 , this will also activate the Natal Saturn fallen  will be the most challenging time for Canada .

• A fallen Saturn afflicts:

  • 1st house (national confidence)

  • 2nd house (wealth, banking, savings)
