The Delhi Assembly Elections are scheduled in Feb. 2025 . In this Article I shall Analyse the chances of AAP Party and Arvind Kejriwal gaining in Politics and making any dent in the Elections. Charts of Rahul Gandhi and Congress are weak and already discussed on my webpage. As per BJP foundation chart of the 6th April 1980 11:45 hrs. New Delhi is not very conducive but the Chart of Narender Modi as discussed in this Article and my website is a strong one from Sept. 2024 to Sept 2025 to make a dent in the Delhi State Elections. It has been observed in the past that chart of Narender Modi plays vital role for the NDA success.

 ATISHI SINGH

Authentic Birth details are not available but as per the day of Birth 8th June 1981 she is running Sapatam Shani and after 29th March 2025 Ashtam Shani 8th house from Natal Moon can put her in deep trouble. Also in the 1/7 axis of the Sun in the Oath chart.

AAP PARTY

The foundation chart of the AAP Party is of Capricorn Lagna of the 26th Nov. 2012 12:00 hrs New Delhi. The Chart is below.

The Dasha in operation of the AAP Party is Venus-Saturn-Venus  from the 12th May 2024 to 20th Nov 2024 and both Saturn and Venus are placed in the 10th house forming a very strong Rajyoga.  Astrologers are forgetting that there is Planetary war in the 10th house between Saturn and Venus which is not considered auspicious. 10th house is considered Zenith . If they were well placed then in this Dasha Arvind Kejriwal should have regained the Post of the CM in Delhi again which he could not due this fact. As per Tamil Classics if there is planetary war in the 10th house then the head of the Party suffers. The Dasha of Venus-Saturn is also of 3 years and 2 months and considered enigmatic till 23-5-2026 and then the Dasha of Venus-Mercury and both are placed in the 10th house . Mercury the 9th Lord and the 6th Lord is Fallen Retrograde most malefic for the  party again as per the Tamil Classics and will bring bad name to the party and a crystal clear of what is happening for AAP leaders who are in Judicial Custody and Now Arvind Kejriwal Resigns after 177 days in Jail till the 21st March 2024. The 3 Planets in the 10th  house are forming a Rajyoga which has given  diminished Results due to reasons explained above. First rise and then Fall. Not a single astrologer has pointed out this parameter. What is Bhandan yoga  and how they have calculated the same has also not explained in detail.

Sun is badly afflicted in the 11th house  by Rahu in the sign Scorpio the most dangerous sign for Rahu. The Status of the King fall after 12 years  from  Nov. 2012 is clearly explained by Affliction of Jupiter in the 5th house of Padchuti and a Ministerial Post. Jupiter affliction in the 5th house  with Ketu  shows the allegations on Arvind Kejriwal and the Party.

PROGRESSION CHART AAP

As per the Progression Chart of AAP after completion of 11 years from Nov 2023 to Nov 2024

As per the Progression chart Sun in the 10th house is afflicted badly since with Rahu and Rahu in stationary motion clearly shows the Rahu will swallow Sun the King and the Coming years will be full of trouble for the Party from Nov. 2023 to Nov. 2025. After completion of the 15th year when the 16th year starts will be explosive for the Party since there is eclipse formation between Nov 2028 to Nov. 2029 in the Progression chart and termed as a period of down fall.

GARBSHISHTA PLANETS
The Native is Born with Leo Ascendant and the Garbshishta Planets are Sun and Rahu and ill placed from Venus 10th Lord shows the power loss in the Career, but fortunately the Mid Cusp Lord of the 10th house is Mars and well placed from the Garbshishta is a saving in the Chart but again MCL is debilitated is also a weakness. Another weakness in the chart of Arvind Kejriwal both the Sun and Mars are in Sarp Dreshkanne and the Mid Cusp Lord of the 10th House is Debilitated , who is also the Yogakarka for Leo ascendant diminishes the Strength of the Horoscope
If Lagna Lord is in Sarp D3 then he may not be able to grasp the things. Any thing he will not be able to react immediately . This kind of deficiency one will have in life, if Lagna Lord is also placed in Sarp D3 life may have many emotional hurdles sprouting .In his chart the 9th Lord Mars is in Sarp Dreshkanne , hence he will get benefit from Foreigners also in any shape and is self explanatory since getting benefit from Foreigners .

DRESHKANNE CHART
Achievements in life are also seen from the Lagna of the Dreshkanne chart showing our poorva janma karmas . Here the Lagna is represented by Jupiter in the sign Sagitarius and the dasha of the same was also in operation and with Rahu placed in the 8th house as the avyogi planet will give vipreet rajyoga, Rahu is also placed well from the Garbshishta and also from the MCL of the 10th house Mars . Dasha Lord Jupiter is well placed from the 10th house and the 10th Lord, but ill placed from the Garbshishta and the MCL of the 10th house Mars. Hence Jupiter Dasha may not give him adequate power in the Career  The Anter Dasha in operation is of Rahu  and gains strength as explained above. Hence although the Jupiter-Rahu dasha is Chidra Dasha may give some good  in the Politics . Strong Planets in the Lagna of D3 Jupiter, Venus and Moon most favourable in the Present Scenario NOTE THIS PARAMETER WHICH IS GOOD FOR CAREER. The Dasha is also Dasha Chidra. CAREER ANALYSIS

10th house from the Lagna is Taurus and the Lord is Placed in the Lagna is good but the 10th house is vacant and can face  politics against him in his career . For good career the 10th house should not be vacant.

10th house from the Moon is Capricorn the 6th house  having 10th aspect of Saturn  retrograde and debilitated which is also harmful. Saturn aspects own house is good but debilitated.

10th house from Saturn is also the same as above since Moon and Saturn are together in the 9th house . This house is also having aspect of the Lagna Lord Sun and the MCL of the 10th House Mars . Now Debilitated Planet Mars is also not harmful since placed in the 12th house forming a vipreet rajyoga first fall and then rise. Hence the Native will work with heart and soul in his profession. Unfortunately the Bhandan yoga falls in the 12th house and he has Lagna Lord and Debilitated Mars. The Calculation of the Bhandan yoga is given below in the Article.

MCL OF THE 10TH HOUSE  IS WEAK AND NOT WELL PLACED 

MCL of the 10th house is Mars and Debilitated . The following parameters acquire an important dimension.

1. MCL of the 10th house is Mars and Debilitated
2. MCL is placed well from the Garbshishta planets
3. It is placed well from the 10th house
4. It is ill placed from the 10th Lord Venus not good
5. MCL Mars and the 10th Lord Venus are not friends hence no stability in Profession
6. MCL Mars and the star Lord of the 10th Lord Venus is Ketu and not friends , hence the native will not have satisfaction in the Career  since Ketu and Mars are not friends, although placed well from each other
7. MCL Mars is vargottam in the Dashaamsha chart, since placed in the sign of cancer
8. MCL of the 10th house should be placed in the Kendra from the 10th house or the 10th Lord, which is missing in the chart.
9. MCL is the single planet which controls any thing regarding the Profession
10. There are 5 conditions with MCL of the 10th House. It should be placed in the Kendra  or Trikona from the 10th house or the 10th Lord  which is not happening in the Horoscope, further it should be placed in the 3rd from Saturn or 11th from 10P or placed in the 7th from Bhavant Bhawam, all the 5 conditions are missing  for a good Career . Further MCL is placed well from the Garbshishta Planets is a saving grace in the Chart
11. MCL Mars is placed well in the D11 rudramsha chart is good  for economic growth.
12. In Transit  Sun and Mars are  NOT ACTIVATED AT THE TIME OF ELECTIONS  OF 2025

DASHAMARUDH    10P

The 10th Lord is placed in the Lagna and hence the 10P is Scorpio and there are benefics in the Kendra from the 10 P give support. Malefics in the 3,6,11th house are good  and having Saturn and Ketu. In the D10 this sign is in the 10th house is very good but the Lord is placed in the 6th house gives tensions and sufferings. Dashamarudh sign and Lord is placed in Scorpio in the 12th house, HENCE SATURN DASHA MAY ALSO GIVE ISSUES TO HIM IN CAREER

BHAVAT BHAVAM

The 10th from the 10th house is Aquarius and the Lord is Saturn and as a Kendra Lord Placed in the Trinal house is very good also the 10th Lord Venus and Saturn are placed in the 5/9 axis is good, for good Profession the connection of the 7th and the 10th Lord is very good which is missing here .

VIVASAHAYA BALAM

The sign is Gemini and not afflicted in the Transit also the Lord is in the Lagna with the 10th Lord Venus is good

SATURN

Saturn Retrograde and Debilitated is not bad , also Saturn is vargottam but forming a vish yoga is definitely harmful

SUN

Sun is placed in the 12th house as the Lagna Lord with MCL of the 10th House Mars  and is placed well in the navamsha and the Dashamsha

VIVASAHAYA SAHAM

The sign is Sagittarius and will be activated by both Jupiter and Saturn after the 15th May  2025 ONLY AND NOT NOW AT THE TIME OF ELECTIONS OF 2025.  No substantial rise is seen for Arvind Kejriwal .  He may get some conducive time after March 2025 only. This can influence the Elections also in Feb 2025 to some extent.

 Saturn dasha in the trikona is good for Politics but afflicted in the progression chart and weak  There may be little gain in the Dasha of Sat-Sat  from the March 2025 onwards and specially after the 15th May 2025

D10 DASHAMSHA CHART

The dasha lords Sat-Sat placement in the D10 chart of Career are not in Kendra or Trikona. Saturn is debilitated in the 3rd house with  Rahu . This Placement is not good at all for healthy results till  as explained till  2027. 

The 7th house of the Rashi Chart is rising and the Lord is Saturn well placed in in all the charts and is vargottam. in the D10  is placed in the  3rd house  will require lot of hard work before he gets any rise in life. Hence Dasha of Saturn will not bring good results from the 29th March 2024 onwards till 1-4-2027

There are no Planets in the Kendras is a short coming in the horoscope of Arvind Kejriwal, how ever planets in the trinal and the 11th house will bring good results . The Planets are Sun  Mercury and Ketu. Hence these planets anter dasha could bring good results after 1-4-2027 in a nut shell

 D6 OF D10 CHART

The Chart is of Gemini Lagna  and the 11th House of the natal chart is rising and Jupiter placed in the 10th house with Moon in the sign Pisces and  Mercury placed in the 3rd house with Saturn Rahu and Ketu in the Sign Leo. The 10th Lord of the Rashi Chart Venus is placed in own house Libra is very good for the Career and Sun in the Kendra in the 4th house . Mars is placed in the 7th house is also good Hence the over all chart shows that success in the Politics can only be achieved after hard work  only and lot of struggles after Saturn-Mercury dasha starts

DASHA VARGA CHART OF SATURN  D19

MOST IMOPORTANT CHART AS PER TAMIL CLASSICS WHICH NO ASTROLOGER KNOWS THE TECHNIQUE.

The Chart is of Leo ascendant and the Lord is placed in the 6th house with Mercury Rahu and Ketu not good. The Lagna should be strong  but is weak.

The Chart has 2 planets strong Jupiter Exalted and the Venus in the own house the 10th house ,  Dasha of Saturn Saturn the native will  not enjoy good Career and Politics. Saturn is placed in the 9th house is also good as the Kendra lord but debilitated, Hence over all Saturn-Saturn dasha may not be very rewarding.

D11 RUDRAMSHA CHART

Saturn dasha will  not give good results since Saturn is deb in the 8th house

MAIN PARAMETERS FOR PROMOTION AND RISE IN STATUS ARE WEAK

1. MCL of the 10th house Mars  debilitated not activated by Saturn transit.
2. Vivasahaya Saham is Sagittarius and not activated by dual transit of Jupiter and Saturn.
3. D10 Chart Saturn is not placed in favourable condition in the 3rd house.
4. Saturn the Planet of Politics is activated by both Jupiter and Saturn is good
5. D11 As mentioned above placed  in the 8th house .
6. 10th house and 10th Lord Venus activated by both Jupiter and Saturn is good.
7. Saturn does not aspect the Sun and Jupiter for a big rise.
8. Transit of Rahu over the natal Rahu in the 8th house and Ketu over the natal Ketu in the 2nd house is another parameter which is disturbing.

Arvind Kejriwal has better chances of rise in Politics then Rahul Gandhi but both may not be able to make a major dent in Politics in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and now of the Delhi State elections of Feb. 2025. Arvind Kejriwal will be in deep waters soon around the Eclipses in March2024 and then around the 29th March 2025 Lunar Eclipse

He may suffer again due to the allegations on him for the Liquor Scam and other irregularities.

10th Lord of the Progression chart in the 8th house having aspect of Fallen Saturn extremely bad for him in Politics , he may get a bad name for his administration and work and may get into hot waters again even if he is able to get some relief. 10th Lord from Lagna is Exalted. The Dasha Lord Saturn-Saturn is fallen and with Rahu in the 6th house and Transit Rahu and Saturn will come over the Natal after 29th March 2025 can again put him in deep waters. Mars aspect on the conjunction in the 6th house further spoils the 6th house and afflicts both Rahu and Saturn

10th house from Moon is placed in the 11th from Moon with Rahu and both planets signify politics, but unfortunately the Planets are not connected to the Kendra or Trikona for good Politics and Saturn is also a Fallen Planet in the Progression chart.

Finally Narendra Modi will take Oath as prime minister for the third time on June 9 at 7:15 pm, the Rashtrapati Bhavan said on Friday. The members of his council of ministers will also be sworn-in on that day. The time frame as analysed by  my 7 techniques is pious one since In Amrit Kaal and  Both Rashi chart and the Navamsha has aspects of Jupiter who is in Pushkar navamsha. Apart from Jupiter nector giving Moon is vargottam is also in Pushkar Navamsha  and to this is added by Saturn who is also in Pushkar navamsha

SHORT COMING IN OATH CHART AS PER BV RAMAN METHOD OF PRASHNA AND TRANSIT BUT HAS GRACE ALSO TO SUSTAIN SOME PERIOD 

The short coming is the Lagna Lord placed in the 6th house but grace is it is in own house but also aspects the Moon hence there may be controversies. Moon Placed in Patta Nadi as per Simhasan Chakra  only gives moderate power . Between the Lagna Lord and the 7th Lord  the Lagna Lord is stronger since Mars in own house and Venus though in the own house is totally combusted by Sun. Sun is in Simhasan Nadi is also good for the King. As per BV Raman Method of Prashna the  Uday Lagna is Scorpio is very good having aspect of 4 planets and Arudha Lagna is Virgo having Ketu is not good but aspect of Jupiter is good. The Constraint is the Chaitra Rashi Falls in the 8th house in Gemini which is not good and transit of Benefics will improve the situation while malefic will spoil the future. The Good thing is between the Uday, Arudha Lagna and Chaitra Rashi Uday Lagna has the strongest bala.

The Transit of Jupiter will improve the situation from May 2025 to May 2027  since transit of Jupiter in the 9th house will be good to aspect the Uday Lagna. Unfortunately the Transit of Mars in Gemini in the 8th house from the 26th August to 20th Oct. 2024 and then from 21st Jan. 2025 to 3rd April 2025 will be time of Troubles since the Mars will go in the 9th house Cancer and shortly fall back in the 8th house Gemini. This Period is certainly a cause of Concern. As per condensed dasha in Vimshotari the Dasha of Saturn will also be in operation, but since in pushkar navamsha may be a grace.

As per the Progression Chart of Narender Modi of the Natal chart  for the year  Sept 2024 to Sept. 2025 is very powerful but Sept. 2025 to Sept. 2026 is also a cause of concern since there is a split in the Rajyoga in the Progression chart  and most venomous . Hence both from Muhurta chart and Natal chart of N Modi time of concern specially between Sept 2025 to Sept. 2026. But the Present is very conducive to give very good results for the Delhi State Elections in Feb 2025

NARENDRA MODI BIRTH CHART 

17th Sept 1950 12-00 hrs Vadnagar Gujrat

The Birth Details of Narendra Modi are not authentic as far as the time of Birth is concerned ,  He is Born on the 17th of Sept. 1950 Vadnagar Gujrat. There are different Horoscopes for him with Libra and Scorpio ascendant and Scorpio Moon . I will analyse the chart with Scorpio Lagna  since most of the Astrologers and my Guru also takes the chart of Scorpio Lagna. Progression of Planets  and Declination of Planets to give my Predictions which as per my research also give lot of information and  lot of predictions  can also be made from them, but when Authentic Birth chart is available it adds to Authenticity of the Predictions

3. Dual Transit of Saturn and Jupiter activate the 10th house Leo is very good.

5. Dasha of Mars-Saturn in operation and has activated the 10th house . Now when Mars reaches Aquarius with Saturn there will be elections in March-April 2024 , shows success.
