Health Didn’t Hinder Him From…’: ED On Arvind Kejriwal’s Bail Plea; Next Hearing On June 1

 New Delhi: After the Supreme Court registry refused to list Arvind Kejriwal’s plea seeking extension of his interim bail, the Delhi CM on Thursday filed two separate pleas in a local court for relief. While one petition at the Rouse Avenue Court sought a regular bail in a money laundering case initiated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the excise policy case, the second plea asked for extension of the interim bail for seven more days on medical grounds. The ED opposed his bail petition, asserting that his conduct (doing poll campaign) didn’t entitle him to get relief.

CM must surrender on June 2 if denied reprieve by court

The Rouse Avenue Court has scheduled the hearing of the plea seeking interim bail on medical grounds for June 1 while it will hear the bail plea seeking regular bail on June 7. If Kejriwal fails to get the court relief, the interim bail granted to the CM by Supreme Court will end on June 1 and he will have to surrender the next day (June 2).

 As per the Planetary positions if the Verdict comes between 10.56 hrs to 13-13 hrs then it could be in favour of  Kejriwal

Since 2 applications have to be heard the Possibility of the Court verdict may only come after this time  of 13-13 hrs on the 1st June and hence he may be denied Bail in both Applications. The time frame after the 13-13 hrs is not in favourable for him.
