Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the New Parliament Building at Sansad Marg, New Delhi on December 10, 2020 13-10 hrs . The new building is an intrinsic part of the vision of ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ and will be a landmark opportunity to build peoples’ Parliament for the first time after independence, one which will match the needs and aspirations of ‘New India’ in the 75th anniversary of independence in 2022.

This was done after almost 28 months after the foundation stone was laid. Please read my article on the laying of the foundation stone on the 10th Dec. 2020 which is inauspicious. Please read the Article which is reproduced below.

As per the Muhurta analysis below the score is low due to Planetary positions Sun the Karna Lord Totally eclipsed , Chaitra Rashi in the 8th house having aspects of Mars and Saturn. Another Parameter which is enigmatic is the Yama Moon and the Muhurta Moon and are in the 6/8 axis all these 3 Factors bring down the score of the Muhurta in spite of some favourable parameters. The Project Muhurat is most inauspicious.

The Panchang of the Day
The Day is Thursday and the Lord is Jupiter Placed in the 11th house with the 11th Lord but in Debilitation and almost reaching the deep debilitation point of 5 degrees , In the Navamsha Jupiter is in the sign Aquarius which is the 12th house of the Rashi chart and the 6th house of the Navamsha , Hence The Lagna Lord is weak. The Lagna is having Fallen Mars the Lord of the 9th and the 2nd Houseand the karka for property which also indicate weakness of the 2 houses since the Lord is Fallen. Lagna is also Dagdha. Hence Lagna and Lagna Lord are weak
The Day Lord is Placed in the Junction of the Gemini and Leo Yama and both the yama Lords are Eclipsed in the 9th house which further shows the weakness of the Chart . The Yama Lords are ill placed from the 8th house and the 8th Lord Venus shows the weakness of the Longevity of the Building and Obstructions latter.
The Yama Moon is Placed in the sign Aquarius and Muhurta Moon is in the sign Virgo and they are in 6/8 axis is the most malefic parameter in the Muhurta . As Per the Prashna Jyotish Classics this Parameter is most Malefic for the Project.
Nakshatra Chitra Is Gentle and Friendly but also Tiryang-Mukha Facing Forward is good for construction of Roads and not Buildings
Week Day Is Thursday and a Benefic Day is good
Lagna and Lagna Lord are weak. Lagna is Thrayangmukha rasi rises there will be attainments after endeavours. Lagna is also Dagdha shows the weakness
Hindu Month Margshirsh is favourable
Moon Strength Moon is in the 3rd from the Moon in the foundation chart is ok
Tara Strength is Not good since the 7th Tara from the Star Pushya of the Foundation chart of India
Karna Sun Totally Eclipsed By Ketu not connected to the 10th house for Good Fructifications and Karya siddhi
DBA Planets Mars-Rahu-Saturn Mars is 2nd Lord and Saturn 11th Lord is good but Rahu will offer hinderances and obstacles since in Stationary mode . Asper the DBA I find till the 1-9-2021 there may not be much Progress
The Uday Lagna is Pisces Strength 292 extremely weak
Arudha Lagna Scprpio Strength 453 Sun Eclipsed totally as Karna Lord Most malefic and the Eclipse in this sign on the 14th Dec. 2020
Chaitra Rashi Libra Strength 336 8th house has Venus is good but having affliction of the Saturn and the Mars is the most malefic Parameter for the Tenure of the Building . There will also be bottleneck for the building in totality.
If the Chattira Rasi is in the 8th from the lagna the expected matter will not fructify and there will be no peace with the enemy. Venus occupies the sign is good but aspect of the Malefics is extremely bad for the Venture and the building

Lagna Nakshatra is Saturn and Moon Nakshatra is Mars when they oppose each other there could be issues for the said Project and there could be issues in the Venture.
Hence Troubles for the Venture from the 1st July and after the 10th Dec. 2021
The Muhurta shows there will be some accidents and some legal hassle in the Construction of the Project as per the dates and the time frames mentioned in this Article
The Muhurta score is very low for a good Muhurta and most inauspicious.
Some petitions are pending in the Central Vista Project in the Supreme Court . This will delay in the demolitions and construction work in the Area.
INAUGURATION OF PARLIAMENT BUILDING
Now have a look at the time of Inauguration on the 28th May 2023 at 07-59 hrs New Delhi.
Taking about the 5 limbs of the Day.
The Day is Sunday and the Lord is placed in the sign Taurus in the 12th house and does not have any benefic influence.
The Nakshatra is P Phalguni and not suited for the muhurat since it is Ugra and Kroora and also down ward looking and also considered inauspicious as per Muhurata Chintamani. This star is suitable for killing, poisoning and cheating as per Maharishi Vashistha.

Kota Chakra
The Kot Swami is Moon and not placed well and Kota Paal is Rahu is placed well Sun and Saturn are also not placed well Hence the Muhurat is not an auspicious one.
Tara shuddi As per the India foundation chart the Star is Pushya and P Phalguni is the 4th Tara from Pushya is good but Moon placed in the 2nd house from Natal Moon is Cancer is not good since in 2/12 axis. Also Moon should not be connected to the 8th Lord for auspicious muhurat, here Saturn the 8th Lord aspects the Moon is also inauspicious
The Yoga is Harshana
The Tithi is Ashtami and till 09-56 hrs and then Navami. Not considered very auspicious
The Hora is of Mercury
Lagna is shirshodayo and gemini having a yoga karka venus for Gemini Lagna is good but unfortunately gemini lagna is a dagdha rasi spoils the game, Lagna Lord Mercury is placed in the 11th house is good with malefic Rahu and Mercury is Exhalted in the navamsha . The inauspicous parameter is the Lagna a dagdha rasi and in paap kartari yoga, since3 we have malefics on either side of the Lagna. Gemini sign is the most difficult sign as per classics of Astrology, since the connection of the 7th Lord Jupiter and the 8th Lord Saturn is most inauspicious. Jupiter as the 7th and the 10th Lord as a benefic forgets the beneficence and behaves like the planets which are conjunct or who aspect Jupiter. Here Jupiter with Rahu who is in forward motion and almost degree-wise is totally eclipsed and also has the aspect of Saturn. Hence Jupiter as the 7th Lord becomes a first class marak for the gemini ascendant, in navamsha also Jupiter with Rahu and Venus in the Gemini sign the Lagna of the Rashi chart and Saturn in the sign Capricorn the 8th house , Hence Saturn will give the results of the 8th house and Jupiter as the 7th Lord in the Lagna afflicted will totally spoil the muhurat chart. Saturn also has the aspect of the debilitated Mars from the 2nd house who is the 6th Lord further aggravates the situation for the 9th house .
In the Muhurat chart the Ascendant signifies the Ruling Govt. is not very strong due the reasons mentioned above and as per rashi tula navamsha . Initially it may look strong but as time passes by there will be inauspicious events in the Parliament Due to Jupiter affliction as the 7th and the 10th Lord of governance and we all know in Astrology Jupiter is considered like an elephant and when this elephant goes mad it has the capacity to ruin the jungle and in this case the Parliament and the ruling party may be subject to untoward happenings.
Vastu Dosh The Parliament building has Vastu dosh and has been made in Triangular shape.
All the above parameters indicate very low score for a good muhurata and due to the above parameters there could be fire and untoward happenings . The Muhurat indicates that the ruling govt. may suffer and there may not be harmonious relations amongst the members of the Parliament leading to era of Coalition Govt.
Affliction to the 10th Lord Jupiter who is with Rahu in close degrees and Rahu the demon in forward motion having aspect of 8th Lord Saturn is the most crucial parameter in the muhurat chart which has the capacity to bring havoc in the Parliament building The affliction to the 9th house and the Lord Saturn shows no ethics and morals leading to more corruption in the coming days and no stability in the Govt.
