Zika Virus Ringing Bells Of Danger To New Borns

Jan. 2016, the most widespread outbreak of Zika Virus in history is ongoing in the US . The outbreak began in April 2015 in Brazil, and subsequently spread to other countries in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean.

In January 2016, the WHO World health Organisation (WHO) said that the virus was likely to spread throughout the majority of the  Americascas by the end of the year. Subsequently, in February 2016, the WHO declared the virus outbreak a public health emergency of international concern. The virus is mainly  spread  by the  Aedes aegypti mosquito, which is commonly found throughout the tropical and subtropical Americas, but also by  Aedes albopictus, “Asian tiger” mosquitoes that now have become widespread up to the Great Lakes area of the United States

The  WHO has declared that the clusters of brain-damaged babies born in Brazil – linked to but not proven to be caused by the Zika virus – constitute a public health emergency of international concern.

The declaration, made by the WHO director Margaret Chan, will trigger funding for research to try to establish whether the Zika Virus , spread by mosquitoes, is responsible for the large numbers of babies born with abnormally small heads in Brazil. It will also put resources behind a massive effort to prevent pregnant women becoming infected and, through mosquito control, stop the virus spreading.

Three years ago, the Zika virus was nowhere to be found in the Western Hemisphere. But in 2015, Brazil suddenly found itself in the throes of an unprecedented Zika outbreak — with more than a million people infected by the mosquito-transmitted disease.

The vast majority had nothing to worry about, at worst getting a rash and flu-like symptoms. But recently, scientists have realized that Zika may pose a unique threat to pregnant women.

• About 1 in 5 people infected with Zika virus become ill (i.e., develop Zika).
• The most common symptoms of Zika are fever, rash, joint pain, or conjunctivitis (red eyes). Other common symptoms include muscle pain and headache. The incubation period (the time from exposure to symptoms) for Zika virus disease is not known, but is likely to be a few days to a week.
• The illness is usually mild with symptoms lasting for several days to a week.
• Zika virus usually remains in the blood of an infected person for a few days but it can be found longer in some people.
• Severe disease requiring hospitalization is uncommon.
• Deaths are rare.
• Diagnosis

• The symptoms of Zika are similar to those of Dengue and Chikungunya, diseases spread through the same mosquitoes that transmit Zika.
• See your healthcare provider if you develop the symptoms described above and have visited an area where Zika is found.
• If you have recently traveled, tell your healthcare provider when and where you traveled.
• Your healthcare provider may order blood tests to look for Zika or other similar viruses like dengue or chikungunya.
• Treatment

• No vaccine or medications are available to prevent or treat Zika infections.
• Treat the symptoms:
  • Get plenty of rest.
  • Drink fluids to prevent dehydration.
  • Take medicine such as acetaminophen to relieve fever and pain.
  • Do not take aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), like ibuprofen and naproxen. Aspirin and NSAIDs should be avoided until dengue can be ruled out to reduce the risk of hemorrhage (bleeding). If you are taking medicine for another medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before taking additional medication

The Dasha in operation in April 2015 was Mer-Sun-Ven till 27th April 2015 and then Mercury-Moon-Moon after 27th April 2015

The current Dasha is Mer-Moon-Sat till 9th June 2016.

Mercury is the 5th and the 8th Lord, Sun the 7th Lord and Moon the 6th Lord , all are stronger than the Lagna Lord Saturn Placed in the 3rd House in Debilitation and Retrogression is a strong negative for untoward happenings in the Country . Moon is Placed with Jupiter the Significator of Children and Expansion in the 4th house in Exhaltation, In Navamsha also Moon and Jupiter both are vargottam and Placed in the 6th house . In Navamsha Sun is Debilitated  and Mercury the 5th Lord of the Rashi Chart is with the 5th Lord of Navamsha in the 2nd house of Marka  and Mars aspects the 5th house and 8th house together with Mercury make clear of the Zika Virus sprouting in the country during this Period. In Jaimini the Dasha is of Leo-Cancer 2/12 from each other and   Leo has Sun amataya Karka and aspected by Gnati Karka  a malefic, 5th house from Leo is Sagitarius and aspected by Mercury DaraKarka . Cancer sign is placed in the 6th from Lagna 6th from Karakamsha Lagna  and aspected by  Putra Karka who is also in affliction by Gnati Karka  the Future Dasha are also not condusive to give any respite till 2016.

22nd Dreshkanne is Virgo and the Lord is Mercury and 64th Navamsha is Leo and the Lord is Sun. Now the Dasha of Mercury -Sun till 27th April 2015 shows the potentialities  to sprout the Zika Virus More so since Mercury is 5th and 8th Lord  and Sun the 7th Lord  placed in the 7th house a Marka house .Mercury the Dasha Lord is Placed in the 8th house in own house and is Exhalted, 5th house is house of Children and 8th house mass happenings, Tragedies and Epidemics,  Sun is the Lord of the 7th house and also the 64th Navamsha Lord hence acquires a malefic stance to sprout the Zika Virus.

It has been observed that When any Epidemic or untoward happening take place in which masses are involved , it could also be the effect of Eclipses occuring before or after the event.

Unfortunately a Lunar  Eclipse took place on the 4th April 2015 08-43 hrs in Brazil  and the chart is below 

As Per the theory of Shri K N Rao   In the Book The Nehru Dynasty  “Astrological Inevitability ” Page 80, When Eclipses fall in the 1/7 axis of the Lagna, Sun or Moon  and  Sub dasha of a Malefic who has the Potentiality to Kill then the native/ nation  can have a fall or untoward happenings can sprout with magnitude , if this Sub dasha Lord is Rahu then the inevitability is certain .

Now from the chart above the Dasha Lords are connected to Rahu and Rahu is in Adverse motion and Pioson . Mercury the Dasha Lord is totally eclipsed by Ketu degreewise and in same navamsha and Moon is also in Close degrees with Rahu in the 6th house . The Lumanaries and the Anter dasha Lords at the time of Zika Sprouting are also in very close degrees of Rahu-Ketu, the Eclipse has tak place in the 2/8 axis of the Foundation chart and as per my research of the 8th house/lord and Navamsha signs and 8th lord of navamsha if they are in affliction at the time of Eclipses then also there can be a disaster in the country

In the Foundation chart of brazil , 8th Lord and 8th house 8th Lord of navamsha and Navamsha sign Lord of mercury, who is Saturn is also afflicted by Mars by 8th aspect , hence all  are afflicted badly along with Jupiter who is in nakshatra of mercury, Retrograde and its dispositor is in the 6th house which is the 8th house of the Foundation chart making the Most Vunerable Position for the Country to Face Disaster relation to epidemics regarding Children

As We all know the Slow moving Planets Saturn is Kaal , Jupiter Jeeva , Nodes the the Activator Eclipsing the Planets and Mars the Activator of the untoward happenings  being the lagan lord and the 8th Lord of the ntural Zodiac and  Moon the Delivery Planet, All  Saturn, Jupiter , Nodes and Mars have already activated the 6/12 axis of the natural Zodiac meaning the Virgo-Pieces axis till 9th Jan 2016 from 2010-2011. Jupiter and Saturn in 1/7 axis at the time of 2010-2011 almost three times there was degree opposition and they are responsible to bring a change in the globe with magnitude.

Now Let us see the Parameters in Jan. 2016 which were responsible for the outbreak of the Zika Virus in Jan. 2016

1. The Moment Rahu has ingressed on the Stationary Jupiter (Significator of Children) on the 9th Jan. 2016  who Retrograded on the 8th Jan. 2016 and Rahu on the Mouth of Jupiter and Eclipsed Jupiter stationary degree wise in the same navamsha and aspected by Saturn  , the outbreak of Zika Virus sprouted with magnitude.At this Point there was also exchange of Jupiter and Sun as well
2.  Mercury the 5th and the 8th Lord of the Foundation chart of the country was in Stationary Position on the 6th Jan. 2016  and aspected by both Mars and Saturn , it was in the Navamsha sign of the 8th Lord of the Foundation chart and aspected by the navamsha sign of the 8th Lord Saturn , the Disease Sprouted with magnitude , Mercury went in Retrogression on the 6th Jan. 2016  and fell back in the Sagitarius sign on the 15th Jan 2016 when it was also totally combusted by Sun. A Fallen Planet is most Venomous and Hence Mercury will behave like a snake bite for the People suffering from the same. Mercury will Cross the Retrogression degrees on the 14th Feb. 2016 will further escalate the disease in the Country , since Capricorn being the navamsha sign of the 8th Lord mercury of the foundation chart.

6.   Mercury ill again go in Retrogression in the sign of Virgo the 8th house on the 30th August 2016 m and again attain a fallen Status on the 10th Seot. 2016, There are also Eclipses in Sept. 2016 and again in the 1/7 axis of the Lagna  will be most crucial for the Country and will reel in the Epidemic of this disease in complete 2016

Unfortunately  The Chart of USA is also of Leo Lagna and  Eclipses falling in the 1/7 axis and the 5th and the 8th Lord Jupiter under accute affliction after 9th Jan. 2016 is most Crucial Parameter for the country . since all the above Parameters as explained above are afflicted from 6th Jan. 2016, USA is also reeling in this out break of this disease Zika, In the Case of USA Jupiter is the 5th and the 8th Lord and Ecplains the event crytal clear

Jupiter the Significator for Children , 9th and 12th Lord of the natural Zodiac was afflicted in Stationary Position on the 9th Jan 2016 in the Bhavat bhavam the 9th from 9th house , when Rahu ingressed over it and in Degree conjuction in Leo the 5th house of the natural Zodiac and also Exchange of Jupiter and Sun and aspected by Saturn is the main Parameter for this Virus specially those countries where the Conjunction in Leo is taking Place in the 1/7 axis of the Lagna, Moon or Sun. US as already mentioned has this conjunction in the Lagna and is the Most Influenced Country . China has this Conjunction in the 8th house and India has it in the 4th house of the Foundation chart, It is Said when Jupiter is afflicted it is not good for Marriages and Child birth. Both in Beeja Sputha and Kshetra Sputa for Male and Female respectively Jupiter is an Important Planet . And after 9th Jan. 2016 Jupiter is highly afflicted in the Rashi, Navamsha and Saptamsha. In Transit it is afflicted in all the 3 charts in Male Signs , and Malefics in the Kendra from these Sputas will hamper the Growth of the New Born Children, specially for those Parents who have these afflictions in their chart as well  
10. The Eclipses in Sept. 2016 will further aggravate the situation .
11. Jupiter will be in Leo till 12th August 2016 but the moment it goes in the sign virgo the 6th house of the natural zodiac, 8th house of Brazil, 2nd house of USA, it will be in debilitation in navamsha hence not good to give any relief till it is in Debilitation navamsha , in the 7th Navamsha it will be exhalted and hence after that there could be some relief to the above Countries. USis also Running the dasha of Mars -Mercury and then Mars Ketu from 12th April 2016 which could Prove disterous for thCountry in this respect and otherwise also.
12. All Countries who have Mercury, Jupiter as the 5th Lord , will be prone to this Virus outbreak, till Jupiter is in Retrogression and till  in Debilitation navamsha after 12th August 2016
13. For this Reason Parents in these countries are advised to deffer their Planning Children for 2 complete years and an alert for Pregnent Women
