All this happening after Mars and Saturn meet in Aquarius which can prove explosive for the world as mentioned in all my Articles.

The Natal Chart of Libra Ascendant having Venus in own sign making a Pancha Maha Purush Yoga, 2 planets in Exaltation and Exchange between the Jupiter and Mars between the 3rd Lord with 7th Lord indicate of a Strong Horoscope . 10th Lord Exalted with MCL of the 10th house Mercury also Exalted and with Sun and Saturn is indicative of a very strong horoscope and shows that native started his career very early in life.. In the D10 Dashamsha Chart Saturn and Mars in the Capricorn Lagna shows the strength and the capabilities of the Native .
The running dasha is of Mercury-Mercury-Mars from the6-2-2024. The Dasha and Anter Dasha Lord Mercury is exalted . Mercury is also Vargottam. From Lagna and the Moon the 7th Lord is Mars of wars.
The Total Solar Eclipse in the 1/7 axis of the Sun Saturn and Mercury placed in the 12th house on the 8th April 2024 and then Mars activating the Eclipse point of 25 degrees on the 26th May 2024 can escalate the Present Crisis with Ukraine and also with the West and NATO Countries . The Solar Eclipse of the 8th April 2024 will be at very close degrees of Sun and Saturn. Hence then chances of the Brawl between Russia and NATO countries can go for a toss.
PROGRESSION CHART OF PUTIN BELOW AFTERCOMPLETION OF 71 YEARS
Moon in the star of Ketu and placed in the 8th from the Moon and the Lagna and having malefic aspect of both heavy planets Mars and Saturn.
The Lagna Lord is afflicted Badly.
7th Lord in the 12th house
Sun and Moon Having aspect of Saturn.
All these combinations are not good for Putin and specially for his health.
AS PER VARSHPHALA CHART
1.Lagna Lord Jupiter afflicted badly
7th Lord Mercury Combusted and is Muntha Lord with Sun.
Moon in the8th house
Hence the combinations are not conducive to give healthy results as per the Varshphala and the Progression chart

The Dasha running is of Rahu-Sun from the 15-2-2024. This dasha astrologically is not supposed to be good, specially when Dispositor of Rahu Mercury in the 12th house with Sun.
Macron has lot of Rajyogas connected to the 6,8 and 12th house named as vipreet raj yogas. Apart from these he has the highest Raj yoga in the chart is the connection of the Jupiter 5th aspect, Mars 4th aspect and Saturn 3rd Aspect on the 10th house as per the Nadi Astrology, but again the constraint is Retrograde planets should not have connection with 10th house . Saturn 3rd aspect on the 10th house gives him strength as a Politician. In the Navamsha and Dashamsha also Saturn connection to the Kendra and Trikonas houses is a boon for him as a Politician.
GARBSHISHTA PLANETS
The Garbshishta Planets are Venus and Jupiter, Although Rahu the Maha Dasha Lord is placed well from the Garbshishta planets and the MCL of the 10th house Jupiter , Venus is ill placed from the 10th House and the MCL of the 10th house Jupiter , hence Rahu-Dasha may be very rewarding but Rahu-Venus will not bestow good results till 15-2-2024 and as per expectations. Venus is also the 8th Lord in the Dashamasha chart and may give sudden bad results , specially when the dasha of Rahu-Venus most enigmatic dasha in operation. Rahu-Sun will also not bae a good dasha as explained above from the 15-2-2024
PROGRESSION CHART OF EMMANEUL MACRON BELOW AFTER COMPLETION OF THE 46TH YEAR
For Country to be in War the Head of the Country should also have afflictions as below
Moon in the star of Venus the 7th Lord of Wars and afflicted since combusted. For War in the Annual and Progression chart the following combinations put the Country in War like conditions.
1.Lagna Lord Mars in affliction since Retrograde and Debilitated.
2.7th Lord Venus afflicted badly since combusted and has aspect of Mars debilitated.
3.7th house afflicted by Mars.
4. Moon in the star of Venus 7th lord.
VARSHPHALA CHART BELOW
1.Lagna in Paap Kartari yoga.
2. 7th house aspect of Saturn
3. Muntha in Scorpio and Lord Mars Placed in own house having aspect of Saturn
All these conditions are not conducive to give good results in the running year as mentioned in this Article
Hence from the above it is indicative that from Dec 2023 to Dec 2024 Macron will have an aggressive stance and may be his Country may plunge in Ukraine-Russia Crisis.
Hence there is a possibility of the Brawl between Russia and France goes for a Toss and hence war like conditions will be activated . Unfortunately the Mars and Saturn Conjunction in the 6th house of Russia and 12th house of France is not good . The Solar Eclipse of the 8th April 2024 will fall in the 1/7 axis of both the Countries , this is my fear for things to become ugly.
