War Prone and Torn Jammu and Kashmir has Mars and Saturn in Cancer in the 7th house with Capricorn Lagna , showing its Trouble Ridder History of the Past , Future and Present, Mars over Natal Ketu in the sign of Scorpio at Degree Transit will be explosive , Since the Guruchandal Yoga is also Taking place as in the chart in a Square Position from Scorpio, 211 days will be troublesome and explosive for Terrorism with magnitude after 19th Feb. 2016 , since Ketu is at 00.24 degrees and Mars has ingressed over it on the 20th Feb. 2016 and Mars is also influencing Ketu in navamsha as well.

Let us have a Look on the Chart of Kashmir Accession of 27th Oct. 1947 13.21 .43 hrs Below
The Chart is of Capricorn Lagna and Mars and Saturn Conjunction in the 7th house , Makes the State Most War Prone and Torn by the history of the Past. Debilitated Sun 8th Lord in the 10th house with 10th Lord Venus and fallen Mercuryas 9th Lord in the 10th house further adds fuel to the Fire for the State to be involved always in a War Prone Condition.due to involvement in Religious Provocations .
Till 13th July 2016 The Present Scenerio Mars Transit over Fallen Mercury the 6th and the 9th Lord at same degrees has activated Mercury just before entering in Scorpio Sign and then the Natal Ketu has also been activated by Mars which was activated by Saturn when it ingressed in Scorpio on the 2nd Nov. 2014.
Mars Transit over natal Ketu is therefore Explosive specially till Mars is over Ketu in the same Navamsha till 29th Feb. 2016 earlier and now till 26th July 2016 it will activate the Natal Ketu in the Rashi and Navamsha . The Dispositor of Ketu is also Mars and Debilitated , hence this Period can prove explosive for untoward happenings in this State , Unfortunately the Natal Mars is also debilitated and when Mars Conjuncts Saturn also activates the Natal Saturn and Mars in Cancer for 2 Reasons. 1. Mars and Saturn Conjunction, In Transit navamsha Mars and Saturn also Influencing each other in the same axis of the Lagna .
The Transit of Mars and Saturn Over Natal Ketu and Jupiter and Transit Rahu and Jupiter in the 8th house and 8th Lord Sun Transit in the 8th house could Prove explosive after 18th August 2016. Before this the 8th Lord Sun will Transit over the Natal Rahu and Ketu after 16th July 2016 could again Prove Disasterous .
The Current dasha is of Moon the 7th Lord is Prone to wars as we all know and the the Dasha of Mars from middle 2018 will be worst . The Transit of Saturn in Stationary position over Ketu and Jupiter between the 7th August to 18th August 2016 is also indicative of Malefic happenings in the stae more so the Period from 22nd August to 29th August 2016 and then 1st Sept. to 9th Sept 2016 could also be explosive. Since the Eclipses of the 9th March and 1st Sept. 2016 will further Escalate the issues , since the same are taking place in the 1/7 axis of the 8th house and Eclipse Points activated by both Saturn and Mars.
TheDasha Running is Moon-Ven and till the Dasha of Moon which ends on the 16-6-2018 will continue to be like this and May also take a Explosive Turn, But in any case the Dasha of Mars 7th Lord will be disasterous for The State and India
