Delhi Excise Policy Case: Supreme Court ‘May Consider’ Granting Interim Bail To Kejriwal In Wake Of Polls”
On Friday, the Supreme Court mentioned the possibility of granting interim bail to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in light of the upcoming polling in the capital within three weeks. The decision on the AAP chief’s plea challenging his arrest in the excise policy case may be delayed as it involves broader issues related to actions under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
As per Astrology parameters on the 7th May 2024 Tuesday the time frame from the 10-30 Am to 14-51 hours is favourable for Arvind Kejriwal getting interim bail in wake of Lok Sabha Elections 2024. After the 14.51 hrs if the Court decides then there is no possibility. Hence mostly the Supreme Court decision may come before the 14.51 hrs on the 7th May 2024 and may be in his favour for a short period but around this time frame if the Court Proceedings are not completed then he may not get bail on the 7th May2024 and another date will be given

MAY7,202414:37The hearing concludes, no order on interim bail passed
The hearing has concluded. The matter is to be heard next either on May 9 or the following week.
Justice Khanna says the matter may tentatively be listed the day after tomorrow. “Next week would be tough as it is the last before the court before summer vacations”, he says.
Now Court has decided to take the case on the 10th May 2024
NOW MY PREDICTIONS FOR 10TH MAY 2024
As per the Planetary positions on the 10th May 2024, if the Verdict comes before 12-30 hrs. then there are no chances of getting interim bail. If the order comes after 12.30 Hrs then there are chances of Arvind Kejriwal getting Interim Bail although out 5 parameters only one parameter of DBA planets are favourable. Hence weak chances but but on cards.
