Let us first See the Eclipse chart of the 9th March 2016 of 07-24 hrs below
The same has been discussed earlier on my webpage and need not be eloborated for the Effects .
In this article I am only drawing the conclusions as per the Chakras used in Mundane Astrology to find the effects
The developement of the Chakras took place in the Kings Court , when the King wanted to know the Auspicious Times for the Muhurat as per the Horoscope. The Ancient Astrologers developed certain chakras with the help of which one could ascertain the good and the bad times . The developement of the Chakras took place nearly 2000 years back and even before there are references available to Prove that even Prior to the 9th and the 10th century the use of many chakras was Prevelant . The use was more widespread in the north india than the other parts of the country. These Chakras give wealth of Information regarding the Future happenings
Let us see what is indicated by the Chakras, although this Parameter is a research and may or may not work 100%, but definitely indicative factor.
Let me Take up the Kota Chakra used By the Kings in olden times the Kotpaal and the Kota Swami both are afflicted , hence a Kota Bhang is indicated and bad for the Country 
The above chart is on the 7th March 2016 and not favourable just before the Eclipse from 7th March to 9th March then 13th to 15th March , then 20th, 21st , 22nd March and then 28th to 30th March 2016 are un favourable Periods as indicated by the above Chakra
Let us now see the Koorma Chakra on the 9th March 2016 the day and time of Eclipse For India independence chart
This chart gives the direction of the Problems liable to be faced around the Eclipse
Varahamihra in his monumental work has divided India according to the direction represented by the 27 Nakshatras . The figure is like a Tortise
As Per the above Koorma Chakra the Eclipse is in P Bhadra Nakshatra and as per the above Chakra the Direction is North
As per the direction the Central Asia, North West India , Pakistan , Part of Kashmir, Some Parts of Punjab , Harayana,Northern UP, Uttranchal, North of Himalayas, Sikkim, Ferozepur, Rawalpindi, Bank of Jhelum could be influenced by this Eclipse. Terrorism from the north west side cannot be ruled out after 6th March 2016 and the critical dates mentioned in this article
Lagna, Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu are Malefic as per this Chakra. Hence the Northern Part of India will be Influenced most by this Eclipse
Let us also see the Trishul Chakra on the 9th March 2016 at 07-24 hrs
This chart shows the difficulties anticipated after the Eclipses , since the nakshatra is on the trident
The Nakshatra at the time of the eclipse is P Bhadrapad and is on the Trident the Nakshatra number 25 , hence will bestow malefic Results.There is also a Panchaka Yoga considered highly unfavourable and any activity done in this period has to be done 5 times . Also out flow of Money should be avoided
Let us now see the Nakshatra Sanghata Chakra on the 9th March 2016 at the time of the Eclipse in India
In this Chakra the Veda on the Lagna Nakshatra and the Moon nakshatra is to be seen from malefics , in the below chart Lumanaries are influenced both by Rahu and Ketu , Lagna by Afflicted Jupiter but a weak Planet will not be able to give any Protection, since aspected by Stationary Saturn in the chart, Hence Economy and Finance will influence the world.
Now Let us see the above Chakra on the 23rd March 2016 on the 9th March and 23rd marc 2016 both days the Day is Wednesday and the Lord is Mercury, it will be in the 4th Yama of Mercury and Mercury is Debilitated and totally Combusted in the 8th house is indicative of malefic happenings in this Fortnight with Magnitude, may be it Earthquake, Terrorism, Cyclones, Political turmoils, Strikes, Weather changes and abnormal Stock Market Trends along with Gold Prices Volatile. see the chart below of the 23rd March 2016 Paksha Kundali
From the above it is clear that the Period from 7th March to the Fortnight ending on the 7th April 2016 is not a good One , specially the Dates are mentioned and seems that the fortnight from 23rd March 2016 will be an Enigmatic one . I have not discussed beyond the Above Paksha kundali since then the Pieces New Moon chart will be applicable and that to is also not a healthy one and i have already discussed the same on my website. The Above analysis has been made till the fortnight of the 23rd March 2016 ending on the 7th April 2016 only
