Ayodhya dispute
The Ayodhya dispute is a political, historical and socio-religious debate in India, centred on a plot of land in the city of Ayodhya, located in Ayodhya district, Uttar Pradesh. The issues revolve around access to a site traditionally regarded among Hindus to be the birthplace of the Hindu deity Rama, the history and location of the Babri Masjid at the site, and whether a previous Hindu temple was demolished or modified to create the mosque.
The Babri Masjid was destroyed during a political rally which turned into a riot on 6 December 1992. A subsequent land title case was lodged in the Allahabad High Court, the verdict of which was pronounced on 30 September 2010. In the hearing, the three judges of the Allahabad High Court ruled that the 2.77 acres (1.12 ha) of Ayodhya land be divided into three parts, with 1⁄3 going to the Ram Lalla or Infant Rama represented by the Hindu Maha Sabha, 1⁄3 going to the Sunni Waqf Board and the remaining 1⁄3 going to Nirmohi Akhara. While the three-judge bench was not unanimous that the disputed structure was constructed after demolition of a temple, it did agree that a temple or a temple structure predated the mosque at the same site.
Beginnings of dispute
The first recorded instances of religious violence in Ayodhya occurred in the 1850s over a nearby mosque at Hanuman Garhi. The Babri mosque was attacked by Hindus in the process. Since then, local Hindu groups made occasional demands that they should have the possession of the site and that they should be allowed to build a temple on the site, all of which were denied by the colonial government. In 1946, an offshoot of the Hindu Mahasabha called Akhil Bharatiya Ramayana Mahasabha (ABRM) started an agitation for the possession of the site. In 1949, Sant Digvijay Nath of Gorakhnath Math joined the ABRM and organised a 9-day continuous recitation of Ramcharit Manas, at the end of which the Hindu activists broke into the mosque and placed idols of Rama and Sita inside. People were led to believe that the idols had ‘miraculously’ appeared inside the mosque. The date of the event was 22 December 1949.
India Got Freedom on the 15th August 1947 and India has completer 72 years of Independence and as per the Declination of Planets Sun, Jupiter and Venus will be at Declination point as per the Foundation chart of India.

From the chart above it is clear that Moon and Jupiter and Influencing each other as per Declination and also as per Transit and Moon will be in the Ascendant of the India Foundation chart and fallen 8th and 11th Lord in the 7th house. This also shows that when Moon will reach 26.42 minutes the Court Hearings will be concluded on the 18th Oct. 2019 in the late evening hours, the Planets most important are Sun, Jupiter and Venus , on the 18th Oct. 2019

Now Considering the 22nd Dec. 1949 when the dispute started the chart is important and is below as per the Foundation chart of India
From the above we find that the 8th and the 11th Lord Jupiter is in affliction and debilitated and after 70 years Jupiter is reaching the same position on the 30th March 2020 with Mars and Saturn degree conjunct at 6 degrees is most malefic component for the same
IMPORTANT PARAMETERS ARE AS FOLLOWS
1. Mars in Virgo with Ketu at 19.59 degrees and Transit Mars at the same point on the 25-26th Oct. 2019 over the natal Ketu degree-wise
2. Sun and Mercury in 8th house in Sagitarius and after Presently Sun with Mars in Vigo and Sun Venus and Mercury ingressing in Sagitarius as follows

All the above parameters cannot be ignored at all and this shows that the Solar Eclipse of the 26th Dec. 2019 when there will be eclipse in the 2/8 axis of the India Foundation chart and in the 8th house may be most enigmatic for the country and specially for the Ram Mandir Dispute. The Supreme Court is expected to pronounce its judgment before November 17, the day when Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi retires. The Planetary Positions after 5th Nov. 2019 are not conducive as stated above and I will write more one the date is announced .

I dont have the exact time but what ever conspired before his retirement is seen from the Capricirn Lagna since ill repute comes in the life of the native if a Fallen Planet is connected to the 10th house and specially when the Venus also reaches there in Declination. He has Venus Fallen as the 10th Lord and his age is 64 and Venus us in Libra as per Declination and also asper the Trasit Venus has entered the Sign Libra on the 3rd Oct. 2019. The Planet Venus is most important for his decisions for the Ayodhya Case and since Fallen in the chart the decision may not be appreciated it so seems also the Lagna Lord Saturn is placed in the 12th house with Ketu and aspects the 9th house where Mars is placed and Sunjust enters the 10th house over the Natal Saturn, Venus and Mercury and Sun is the 8th Lord most inimical to Saturn placed there

Nodes over the natal Nodes meaning Rahu over Ketu and Ketu over Rahu and in very close degrees as per Transit and Saturn over the Natal Rahu in the sign Sagitarius , in his case both Rahu and Ketu are in own Ferrocious Nakshatra. In trnasit Rahu has entered Ardra Nakshatra and over the Natal Ketu in Ardra Nakshatra
2. Venus Fallen in the Chart and asper Declination also over iot and also as per Transit
3. 8th Lord Sun entering the 10th house and the Native is about to retire more so over the Natalm Saturn Fallen Venus and Mercury
4. Natal Saturn is 20 degrees and Transit Saturn is also at 20 degrees in the 12th house with Ketu . Natal Saturn aspects the natal Rahu and the Transit Saturn and Ketu
5. On the 18th Oct. 2019 Sun will be in the 10th house in Debilitation with Venus and Mercury. Mars and Saturn will have mutual aspect in Transit and the 9th and the 12th house will be activated
6. The Planet most Important in this Time is Venus since over the Natal Venus in 2 Respects Transit and as per Declination and Venus is Fallenin the natal chart, hence bound to gibve him some controversy on the Verdict of the Ram Mandir

The Lagna rising is the 11th house of the Independence chart of India and Rahu and Ketu in the 1/7 axis and a Pieces Lagna rising and in Transit this axis has been activated by Rahu-Ketu in the navamsha Transit till 27th Sept. 2019. In the navamsha the Rahu -Ketu are in the Taurus-Scorpio axis hence when Transit Rahu and Ketu activate this axis after 22nd April 2020 the amendments ordinances will be passed after this date and Construction will start then. Since Rahu and Ketu are in the 1/7 axis they hold the Primary frucifications for any good Ordinance and Amendment. The results are obvious that Central Govt. will pass a legislation in the parliament or bring an ordinance to remove any obstruction that may come after the Supreme Court Verdict on Ram Mandir Dispute as predicted above . The Centrel Govt. may then give the entire disputed land Jor Construction of Ram Temple after Saturn and Jupiter ingress in the sign Capricorn the 9th house of the Foundation chart after 30th March 2020 till 4th April 2020 since Jupiter will be in the Sign Capricorn till 4th April 2020
