SEBI Chief Scandal: The allegations on SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch has escalated as fresh ones continue to emerge, following initial claims made by American short-seller Hindenburg Research. The controversy, which began with accusations against Buch and her spouse, Dhaval Buch, in connection with Adani Group, has snowballed into a series of serious allegations.

On August 10, 2024 Hindenburg Research alleged that the SEBI chairperson and her spouse held stakes in funds involved in the alleged siphoning of money by Adani Group. The report, released  suggested that the couple owned shares in Mauritius and Bermuda funds implicated in the scandal. Additionally, it claimed that Buch did not disclose her actual earnings, asserting that she made significantly more through a consultancy firm in which she held a majority stake than through her official SEBI salary. By now, there are allegations against the IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus from all four sides – international Hindenburg, domestic Zee’s Subhash Chandra, internal employee protest as well as political  party Congress.

As per Wikipedia she is born in 1966 and their no authentic details. In 1966 Saturn in Pisces, Jupiter in Gemini and Rahu in Taurus are the slow moving planets in the chart. Veenus is afflicted as mentioned above and Saturn is deeply combust  and with Sun and in transit Sun and Saturn form Samsaptak yoga, there will be degree aspect between the 2 in transit on the 7th Sept. 2024 today.  Saturn and Sun will be conjunct on the 11th-12th March 2025 in the sign Aquarius and Saturn will be totally combust in transit and Venus fallen with Mercury in Pisces with Rahu. This time frame will prove a bolt from the blue for the SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch. She may have to stepdown from the pedestal.
