Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has launched a full-scale war on Ukraine, is reportedly suffering from a brain disorder caused by dementia, Parkinson’s disease or ‘roid rage’ resulting from steroid treatment for cancer. The Chart is below of the 7th Oct 1952 09-30 hrs

The Natal Chart of Libra Ascendant having Venus in own sign making a Pancha Maha Purush Yoga, 2 planets in Exaltation and Exchange between the Jupiter and Mars  between the 3rd Lord with 7th Lord  indicate of a Strong Horoscope . 10th Lord Exalted with MCL of the 10th house Mercury also Exalted  and with Sun and Saturn is indicative of a very strong horoscope and shows that native started  his career very early in life.. In the D10 Dashamsha Chart Saturn and Mars in the Capricorn Lagna shows the strength and the capabilities of the Native . 

In the Present  Putin is under the  Chidra Dasha of Saturn-Jupiter- Moon till the 15-5-2022 after which the Dasha of Saturn-Jupiter-Mars will be in operation till the 8-7-2022 when the Dasha of Saturn-Jupiter-Rahu will be in operation till the 24-11-2022. This Time frame seems to be most Crucial for his health and  the adverse effects of the medicines taken by him for Cancer Disease which may results in Brain disorder. The Other Time frame is the eclipses in the 1/7 axis of the ascendant  from April 2022 to 30th Nov. 2023

 The most sensitive parameters in his chart which acquire an important dimension are as follows for his health.

1. 22DK sign is Taurus and in the trinal sign Saturn fallen from the 12th July 2022 to 17th Jan 2023 where the Rahu is Transiting till the 17th March 2022 and as per the Dreshkanne chart Taurus sign the 8th house  has Sun , Saturn, Moon and Mercury is most malefic parameter for his health related.. Transit of  Mars in the sign Taurus for 215 days from the 10th August to 13th March 2023 will be the worst time for him——– Note these Predictions
2. Ketu the disease Karka is in Sarp Dreshkanne and Transit over the Natal Venus  from the 17th March 2022 and specially when it reaches degree-wise on Venus will be most crucial around the Lunar Eclipse of the 8th Nov. 2022 and till the 30th Nov. 2023 is catastrophic for his health and down fall.
3. Exchange between the Jupiter and Mars . Mars is strong Marak being the 2nd and the 7th Lord . To all this fuel is added by Mars in Ketu star and Jupiter as the 6th Lord placed in the 7th house in the star of Venus the Lagna Lord and the 8th Lord and the 22DK Lord  .Hence the Dasha of Saturn-Jupiter-Mars from the 15-5-2022 will be most crucial for his health and Adverse situations arising due to Medicines taken for his Cancer treatment in the Chidra dasha  ending on the 24th Nov. 2022. and then Dasha of Mercury in operation and Nodes transit in the 1/7 axis of the ascendant as mentioned above. Transit of Ketu over the natal Venus is not supposed to be good can health issues and fall in status also as Ketu Disease Karka falling over the 22DK lord most critical for health issues.
4. 6th From the Lagna is Jupiter the Lord and placed in the marka house and exchange with Marka Mars. 6th from Mars is Taurus and the Lord placed in the Lagna and has aspect of Jupiter the 6th Lord and a Marak. 6th From Ketu the disease Karka is Mars Marak. These Parameters are killing specially when the Anter dasha and the Pyartentar dasha of Mars and Rahu will be in operation in the immediate future , Venus is the 22DK Lord placed in the Lagna and with Mutual aspect of the 6th Lord Jupiter  who has attained the Status of a Marka 
5. Saturn is also in the 12th house in the Star of Mars  and the Transit Saturn is also in the star of Mars  till the 14th March 2023.and when it will be in Capricorn it will be in the trinal house from the 22DK sign. This Parameter is crucial for his mental state and health of the President of Russia.
6. The Eclipses in the 1/7 axis of the Natal chart and close to Venus and Jupiter  will be the most crucial transit fior him in terms of health and In General in the month of Oct 2023. He may not be able to achieve the desired results in the invasion of Ukraine . It is said that when the Dasha or Anter Dasha of the planet in the 7th house  is in operation  for the President then he is in war mood .
7. The Next Dasha is of Mercury and Placed in the 12th house of losses  Hence he could suffer losses starting from the 24th Nov. 2022 and health issues as predicted above.
8. Ketu Transit over his Natal Venus degree-wise after the 8th Nov 2022 will be the most crucial factor in his life and on the 10th Dec 2022 Ketu will be exactly over the Natal Venus may bring  lot of losses in Life specially till 30th Nov. 2023 concerning health and Power.
9. Natal Mercury is just at Mrityu Bhag and also combusted . It is at 29.58 degrees in virgo where as the Mrityu Bhag starts from the 0 degrees in Libra . Dasha of Mercury will start on the 24th Nov. 2022 most Crucial Parameter till 24-2-2024 for Health.

11. Eclipses over the Venus and Jupiter will also prove detrimental for his position as the President of the Country specially when Mars activates the Eclipse point when in Cancer till 30th June 2023. 12. Here in D3 Saturn Sun Moon and Mercury are placed in the 8th house and Venus the Kheresh placed in the sign of Saturn . 6th Lord Jupiter placed in the 5th house and Rahu and Ketu in the 11th house which indicates expansion of the disease and  Jupiter well placed from Venus but ill placed from Mars in the 12th house which gives no resistance to disease . Although Mars is good in Fiery sign for Cure , but placed in the 12th house may not give adequate resistance for cure. The 6th Lord of the D6 is placed in the 3rd house  it is Venus again .

The 6th Lord of the Birth chart Jupiter is placed in the 6th house with Rahu and Ketu is indicative of Crippling disease like Cancer . The Lagna should be strong , unfortunately the Lagna Lord Mercury is Debilitated in the 10th house , but the 8th Lord is strong  which improves the strength  and makes life smooth but since Mercury is weak the Dasha of Mercury from the 24-11-2022 may not give him healthy  results and may bring a failure in  life.
