The Day is Thursday and the Lord is Jupiter Fallen and Retrograde placed in the 5th house with Moon Debilitated who is also the Lagna Lord at the time of Ingress. The Day Lord Jupiter is placed in the yama of Pieces the 9th house of the Chart and the Yama Lord is again Jupiter and with a Planet in Depression and the Lagna Lord id most venomous parameter at the time of Ingress.
The Lagna Lord Moon is Placed in the yama of the sign Virgo the 3rd house of the chart and the Lord is placed in the Lagna and the Sign Virgo is aspected by Saturn the 7th and the 8th Lord is another parameter which is venomous. Both the Lagna and the Lagna Lord are weak since the Lagna is also in Paap Kartari yoga . Saturn the 7th and the 8th Lord connects the houses of War like situation and more for Boarder clashes
The Sun in Paap Kartarri yoga,Moon Debilitated and has aspects of Mars, 7th Lord in the Rahu-Ketu axis and placed in the 6th house shows the Nation may be involved in War like situation and more of Boarder Clashes since the 6th house is connected to the 3rd House

After Moon joins the Sign Capricorn on the 14th and 15th it will get vedha from Rahu this vedha indicates that there could be war like situation in this fortnight till 15th August 2019.The Worst is Rahu is also adverse during this time frame.Hence a period from the 11th to 15th August 2019 is most Precarious both in the Nakshatra Sanghata Chakra and the Rashi Sanghata Chakra and to this Rahu adverse will add fuel to the Fire as mentioned below for Time frame of Rahu in direct motion and considered most venomous.
