Red Planet Mars In ‘Nigad’ Dreshkanne Bane Or Boon For Salman Khan The Bollywood’s ‘Macho-Man’

District and Session Judge Chandra Kumar Songara ordered the arguments to begin but Salman’s lawyer Mahesh Bora wanted some time.

Heeding to his request, Songara adjourned the hearing till July 17.

Salman was seen leaving the Jodhpur trial court soon after. He had arrived here on Sunday.

The actor was convicted and handed a five-year imprisonment on April 5 by Chief Judicial Magistrate Dev Kumar Khatri for killing two blackbucks 19 years ago. He spent two nights in the Jodhpur Central Jail, before he was granted bail by the sessions court on April 7.

Both Khatri and District and Session Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi, who gave him bail, have since been transferred.

Salman’s Bollywood colleagues Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre were acquitted by the trial court. Another accused Dushyant Singh, an area resident, was also acquitted. 

Salman was accused of shooting and killing blackbucks in Kankani village near Jodhpur on October 1, 1998, during the shooting of the film “Hum Saath Saath Hain”.

As per the planetary positions on this day  the Moon was placed in the sign Capricorn sign over the natal Mars and Venus on the 1st Oct. 1998 . Mars the 8th Lord from Lagna was placed in the 8th from the Transit Moon with Rahu and totally eclipsed and also in the 8th from the 10th house .This 8th Lord Mars was placed in the 8th from the 10th house indicating some event which could bring death of 8 types , insult, defamtion, humiliations etc. Now see the Chart of the 1st Oct. 1998 below along with the Transit is on the 14th July 2018 at the time of writing this Article and then the Planetay positions on the 17th July 2018

1. Rahu the North Node was in Forward motion with Lagna Lord and the 8th Lord Mars totally eclipsed in the 5th house of our Poorva Janma Karma. Mars is also the 8th Lord and Placed in the 8th house from the 10th House and also from the Transit Moon. This Parameter is the Most malefic Parameter in the Chart at the time of the event, more so Mars the Lagna Lord and the 8th Lord of the Natal chart is in Nigad Dreshkanne . Since Rahu is in forward motion the case may Prolong even more then 18 years and Results may be felt when Planets specially the Rahu and Ketu influence the Natal Mars at the time of the Eclipses, since the Happening took place after the Eclipse of the 22nd August 1998 which took place at very close degrees in the 1/7 axis of the Natal Moon in the sign Leo  . The Eclipse point was 5 degrees and the Natal Moon is 1.31 degrees . Now the Eclipses point on the 28th July is 10 degrees and Mars natal in Capricorn is 9.50 degrees and that also in the 10th house of the natal chart

2. Jupiter the Planet of Divine Blessings is in Fallen State and with Ketu and aspected by Mars . Jupiter is in most Venomous condition and hence will not be able to give Protection to the Native in this case

3.Transit Saturn in the Lagna of the Natal Chart and Debilitated and in Retrogression aspecting the Transit Moon, Natal Mars and Venus and the Natal Jupiter in the 3rd house . Saturn Transit aspects the Natal Mars in Very close degrees .

4. Transit Mars totally Eclipsed by Rahu and aspects the natal Moon in very close degrees . This Parameter is most malefic for the native 

5. Venus Debilitated with Sun and Mercury in the 6th house of the Natal chart and in the 8th from the natal Moon in Aquarius.

Now have a look at the Planetary positions on the 17th July 2018 with respect to the event on the 1st Oct. 1998 in the chart below

1. Transit Saturn in the 9th house in the 5/9 axis from the Saturn at the time of the Event and on the 17th July at the time of the case will be coming close to the degrees of Saturn at the time of the event and shall be in the same navamsha on the 23rd July 2018 .

2. The Transit Moon will be in the 7th from Natal Moon and 8th from the Moon at the time of the event in 1998 

3. Venus  Placed over the Rahu and Mars at the time of the event in 1998

4. Saturn on the 17th July aspects the Planets Sun, Venus and Mercury in the 6th house at the time of the event

5. Saturn Transit also aspects the Transit  Sun till 16th July 22.27 hrs . Hence the Most Important Planet  for the event is Sun.This Sankranti may not be good specially when the Eclipse also took place on the 13th July 2018 

6. Mars the Lagna Lord and the 8th Lord of the Natal Chart was totally eclipsed on the 1st Oct. 1998 and on the 17th July also eclipsed ,Retrograde and behaves like a Debilitated Planet. Mars will also be in Nigad Dreshkanne at the time of Lunar Eclipse on the 28th July 2018

7. The Planet closest to the Lagna degrees of the Ascendant is Jupiter and aspects the Natal Jupiter, Lagna and the Natal Saturn and Moon from the 7th House , but also aspects the Fallen Jupiter at the time of the event , Jupiter has already activated  the Jupiter at the time of the event on the 9th March 2018 when it turned Retrograde at 29.07 degrees and the Fallen Jupiter is 27.13 at the time of the event  which was activated exactly on the 5th April 2018 when he was imprisoned for 5 years .. This also proves that the Jupiter in his chart is also not very strongm . This Jupiter in Transit now is also aspecting the Saturn in the Lagna at the time of the event . Jupiter activated the Lagna degreewise on the 19th June 2018 and Now Jupiter in the Nakshatra of Rahu who was in Forward motion at the time of the event and also Now on the 17th July 2018. This Parameter is Most malefic and Venomous for Salman Khan 

8. Moon is the Delivery Boy and shall be at 27-28 degrees and influencing the Fallen Jupiter degree-wise at the time of the hearing could be most Venomous , This Moon will also be over the Mars and Rahu at the time of the event .

9. Saturn will be in stationary mode from the 6th Sept. to 11th Sept. 2018 and at this point Transit Mars and Ketu will be over the natal Mars  and both Natal and Transit Mars will also be in Nigda Dreshkanne  and Transit Mars will be stationary over the natal Mars between the 28th August to 31st August 2018. This Time frame from the 28th August to 11th Sept. 2018 will be the most agonising period in his life and may put Salman Khan in hot waters  not only in this case but may be some act relating to the 9th house activities. We all know the 9th house of Bhagya, Religious inclinations, temples, pilgrimages, name and fame 

Hence from the above it seems that the Planetary positions are not condicive to give good results from the Court regarding the case of 5 years imprisonment , though bail may be granted as per the time frame mentioned by me , but the most Venomous Parameter is Rahu in adverse motion in both the cases at the time of the event and the Court case now on the 17th July 2018 

Let us now Use the Panchang of the Day to find what could be the results of the hearing on the 17th July 2018 for the bail application according to the time and when the Court could give the decision.

The Day is Tuesday and the Lord is Mars Retrograde and Eclipsed in Rahu-Ketu axis and nearing the Nigad Dreshkanne  and will be degree conjunct with Ketu on the 27th July 2018

Tithi is SP-5  till 16.19 hrs .

Nakshatra  U Phalguni A fixed Nakshatra 

Karna Lord is Moon  Placed over the Mars and Rahu at the time of the event and aspects the Fallen Jupiter degree-wise at the time of the event activating these planets and hence the results pertaining to them 

Yoga Variyana and the Lord is Jupiter aspects the Lagna and the 11th house where Jupiter and Ketu are placed at the time of the event .

Chandra Balam and Tara Balam as per the Natal Moon in Aquarius in Dhanistha Nakshatra , for this reason the hearing may have been postponed , since earlier it was 7th July  2018

The different Lagnas on the 17th July will be as follows 

08:16 – 10:31 Simha
10:31 – 12:44 Kanya
12:44 – 15:02 Tula
15:02 – 17:19 Vrischika

For getting the bail the following Parameters have to be at the time of the Case hearing 

1.Lagnesh and Moon have to be in Movabale signs .  Lagnesh will be in movable sign at the time of Virgo Lagna  but not Moon , hence this parameter is not fullfilling the requirement 

2. Lagnesh and Moon are in Kendra . This is not possible in Virgo, Libra or Scorpio ascendent 

3. Lagnesh is in the 12th aspected by a malefic 12th Lord , Only Possible when Virgo Lagna is rising , then Sun 12th Lord will be with Mercury the Lagnesh in Cancer sign , Hence a Time between 10.31 to 12.44 hrs . From 11.08  to 11.55 hrs also he can get bail

4. Benefics are in Kendra . This is only poossible when Scorpio sign is rising  after 15.02 hrs.

5. DBA Planets signify Bail . The DBA Planets are Sun-Moon-Rahu and they are not indicating any bail. With Libra Lagna  From 12.44 to 12.54.30 hrs he may get a Bail since then the DBA will be Sun-Mars-Jupiter . 

In case of any appeal we have to see the success and I will write then Once I know the exact time of the Start of the hearing 

6. When Virgo Lagna is Rising the Day Lord Mars will be placed in the Yama of Mercury till 11.55 and after that in the yama of Sun till 14.55 hrs and since the Lagna will be Virgo till 12.44 It is most malefic since the Yama Lords are connected to the 8th Lord Mars , Hence no success in the Basic Case till this time 

7. After 12.44 hrs to 15.02 hrs  the Lagna will be Libra and Yama Lord  Sun will be placed in the 10th house with Mercury there will be severe and punitive punishment till 14.55 hrs and after that since the yama Lord will be Mercury again it will be a mixed Judgement of right and wrong due to placement of Mercury in the 10th house

8. After 15.02 Hrs till 17.19 hrs the Lagna will be scorpio and the Day Lord will be placed in the Yama of Mercury and the 11th house and and Placed in the 9th house with Sun and Rahu and Rahu is in most Venomous Motion may not give results and may give some surprise judgement also

The Planetary Positions are extremely venomous and it seems since Rahu is the main Planet connected to Sun and Mercury  and their Yama would be in operation there may not be good results for Salman Khan for the Case of 5 years imprisonment 

9. One very good Parameter for Divine Blessings is that Saturn is influencing the natal Sun and Jupiter may ward off the negatives if  they come , But only after it happens 

From the above although the Planetary positions are extremely Venomous for Salman Khan but if the hearing Takes place between the timings mentioned above there may be some relief for Salman Khan for the Bail application. But seems he may suffer in Profession due to Mars in Nigad Dreshkanne after the Eclipse of the 28th July 2018 and the Basic Case for the 5 year term of Imprisonment may not bring any relief it so seems 

Salman Khan plea challenging the Trial Court order sentencing him for 5 years Jail Terms may not bring good Results it so seems , Lagnesh and the Moon are not related in case of Virgo Lagna till 12.44 hrs hence the Case may Prolong then , with Libra Lagna Mercury will be afflicted in the 10th house hence the Dispute will Prolong if the hearing takes place till 15.02 hrs .In any Case due to Rahu involvement in the case at the time of the event and the Court case may not bring any relief . hence Mars in Nigad Dreshkanne may prove to be Bane for him along with most Venomous Planetary positions . The Mars and Saturn Stationary points in his chart may bring most agonising time frame from the 28th August to 11th Sept. 2018 and specially after Saturn becomes Stationary from the 6th Sept. to 11th Sept. 2018.
