Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis took place on the 31st October 2014 at 16-27 hrs in Mumbai . Devendra Fadnavis is the 27th Chief Minister of Maharashtra and the first from BJP in the state. Fadnavis, a fourth-term MLA from Nagpur, will be the 18th person to hold the post. He will also be the fourth politician from Vidarbha region to become Chief Minister and at the age of 44, the second youngest person to hold the top post in Maharashtra. Devendra Gangadharrao Fadnavis, a law graduate — to become the chief minister. It is Big day for Maharashtra and BJP, for the first time the national party will have its own Chief Minister in Maharashtra.Fadnavis, who comes from a typical middle class Brahim family, was sworn in as the chief minister at the Wankhede stadium in South Mumbai in the presence of Prime Minister Narinder Modi, his cabinet colleagues and many other celebrities from different walk of life.

Mercury also suffers from Kendra adipatidosh and is placed in 7th house in Dagdha Rashi losses power and can give strong negative results, by the opponents, since 7th house is the house of opponents, the Good Part is there is close ithasala of the Lagna Lord Jupiter and Mercury and future ithasla with Moon. Moon is also under the benefic aspect of Jupiter is a good Parameter but unfortunately Jupiter is also placed in the nakshatra of Mercury hence will not be able to give the required protection, more so Saturn and Mars both aspecting the Lagna Lord Jupiter is a critical parameter .Jupiter is also placed in the 8th house from the 10th house and connection with 8th house of the chart by Saturn who is placed with Deblitated Sun with Deblitation lord ,may offer obstacles from opponents to the extent of deception, intrigues, stabbing at the back. In the debate in the house the opposition could make highly volatile frontal and malicious attack on BJP for gaining political mileage.

Simhasan chakra is like seating arrangement in the Kings Court, where the king sits at the highest pedestal of the throne. The place is known as simhasan , Here Rahu and Mercury are placed.
Next place is Simha reserved for royalty or top executive , decision making power which in modern times may be linked with the top minister or Prime Minister or Chief Minister . In the chakra here Sun, Venus and Moon are placed , Since Moon is Placed in Simha nadi the power of the king increases. Hence the chief minister may rule with power , like a loin.
Next highest is council of Ministers is Patta nadi and Saturn afflicted is placed , Saturn is the planet of masses, it is significator of Death and destruction.
Next is Aasan . The seat of Bureaucracy or high officials Jupiter is not placed in aasan nadi which is a protection against all evil.
Next is Aadhar nadi and Jupiter is placed in Aadhar with Mars and Ketu is not very good . 
In this chakra placement of Moon and Saturn is most important , Moon is placed well in Simha nadi but Saturn placed in Patta nadi is not good as pointed out above.
