The Chart is of Gemini Lagna the 3rd house of the natural zodiac and the Lord is Mercury and aspects the Lagna from the 7th house , hence the native will be having lot of initiative and will also be hardworking and much concerned about her image.
GARBSHISHTA PLANETS
She is Born in the balance dasha of Saturn-Sun 8 years 1 month and 29 days
For Gemini Lagna the Placement of the 9th and the 10th Lord in 6/8 Axis is a Rajyoga and hence the Dasha Lord Saturn is In Rajyoga. The Reason is Saturn is the Lord of the 8th and the 9th house and Jupiter the Lord of the 7th and the 10th house , the Lordship of the 7th and 8th confer malefic yogas hence if they are conjunct they do not form a Rajyoga and then Jupiter becomes a First class marak, since then is Marak, Bhadak and has kendraadhipati yoga . In her case this is a big saving and the placement of Saturn and Jupiter in 6/8 axis forms a Rajyoga. Saturn also has exchange with the 12th and 5th Lord Venus who is placed in the 9th house. Venus is a Yoga Karka for Gemini Ascendant since he owns the 5th house and the 12th house and as the 12th Lordship Venus is neutral since he exhalts in the 12th house of the natural zodiac but in Paap Kartari yoga make it weak. One additinal parameter is that since Saturn is the Lord of a Trik Bhava and Placed in Trik Bhava there is a yoga Vipreet rajyoga also, but will give the results of both 8th and both 9th house. If its placement was in a good house then it would have been better.
The Anter Dasha Lord is Sun forming another Rajyoga in the 7th house the 10th house from the 10th house and the 4th from the 4th house.The reason is clear. the 10th Lord from Lagna is Jupiter and 10th Lord from Moon Natal is Sun and both conjunct and aspecting the Lagna . This Conjunction of the Jupiter and Sun is also Termed the highest Rajyoga in Astrology as the Shivrajyoga or the Sanrakshan yoga, further as per Jyotish Classics when Mercury and Jupiter Join a House they increase the strength of the house specially when a person is born and Dasha Lords are connected to Jupiter, Venus, Mercury and Sun or they are placed in the kendra from the Dasha Lords . This parameter shows that the native is born to a well known and a Raj Ghrana of high esteem. Jupiter Forming a Panch Maha Purush Hansa Yoga further adds to the layers in the horoscope and extremely powerful and also has some extent Kendra adhipati dosh also
PANCHANGA ELEMENTS
She is born on the wednesday and supposed to be benefic day when Mercury is also the Lagna Lord and is strong both during the day and the night .
Saturn the mahadasha Lord is a Yogi Planet and the Avyogi is Moon and since in Debilitation gets Vipreet Rajyoga , hence both Saturn and Moon will give good Results. Yogi Point is in Scorpio and Moon is Placed over the Yogi point is good but its placement in the 6th house is not considered good since ill placed from the Lagna and the Lagna Lord. Not talking much on the horoscope as far as other aspects are concerned , let us see what brought her in Politics as per her Natal chart and Transit
The Present Dasha in operation is of Venus-Saturn till 10-3-2020 An Exchange of Saturn and Venus and Saturn Yogi Planet connected to Moon in Vipreet Ragyoga. Saturn forming a Rajyoga with Jupiter although the house is not very good but Saturn is not bad in the 12th house either and also retrograde
Venus is placed well in the Rashi, Navamsha and the Dashamsha and Saturn is also placed well.The parameter weak for Politics is Rajyogas in the 8th from Saturn for this reason it seems she did not enetr into Politics, But Transit Saturn over the Rajyogas has put her in Politics it so seems, since Saturn is the anter dasha Lord alsoin the Present scenario , further Venus is also in paap Kartari yoga makes Venus under Constraint with the 9th house under Paap Kartari yoga
Anter Dasha Lord Saturn ill placed from the Raj yoga of Sun and Mercury did not allow her to come in Politics all this time since both Saturn and Rahu the Karka for Politics are ill placed from the Rajyogas of Sun and Mercury Budh Aditya yoga. It seems her joining the Politics is a pressure from the Family to take the Dynasty Politics to a higher pedastal. She has 12th Lord from Lagna Venus also 12th Lord from Moon having exchange with Saturn and Venus in Paap Kartari yoga is a negative parameter in her chart Hence change in her career in this dasha for limited period till Saturn anter dasha . The Present Dasha may not give mileage in the forth coming Lok Sabha Elections 2019, although for some time she may in the lime light till Saturn and Ketu in Transit join the 7th house on the 23rd March 2019 and then Jupiter joining the conjunction and falling back in Scorpio may spoil the total game for her.
NAVAMSHA CHART
This chart is also very strong and the 11th house of the Natal Chart is rising and Mars is the Lord and well placed in all the charts Natal, Navamsha and Dashamsha
DASHAMSHA CHART
Both Mars and Jupiter the dispositors of the 10th Lord Jupiter in Navamsha and Dashamsha are very strong and well placed . This chart is also Strong but in the Natal chart Saturn and Rahu the Karka for Politics are not connected to either Jupiter or Mars, although Saturn is not weak in the chart for Politics.
MID CUSP LORD
Mid Cusp Lord of the 10th house is Ketu and 10th Lord is also in the Nakshatra of Ketu and both are Neutral to each other as per the natal chart. Ketu has the aspect of Saturn in the 2nd house of Family from the 12th house who has exchange with 9th Lord clearly indicates the Dynasty Politics. The Anter Dasha Saturn is responsible for the same till the antrer dasha of Saturn for a short period till 2020 only .Neither the Mars, Jupiter the Navamsha Lord and Dashamsha Lords are connected to Ketu, Rahu or Saturn, hence it indicates weak politics.
VENUS DASHA VARGA CHART
She has Venus and Saturn exchange and connected to the 12th house is not very good exchange with a trik bhava. Saturn as a planet in the 12th is not bad but this exchange is not good since in the trik Bhava

Virgo Lagna Venus as Trinal Lord in the Kendra and Mercury as the Lagna Lord in the 5th house of Pad Chuti are strong placement. Saturn and Mars are debilitated and aspect the Lagna Lord . Moon is with Mars in the 11th house . Saturn from the 8th house aspects the 10th house , hence will have to work Hard . Not Many Planets in own houses which promote the Career and also Saturn Debilitated not very good for Politics.
VENUS-SATURN DASHA VARGA CHART CALCULATED MATHEMATICALLY
Venus-Saturn Dasha is also upto 10-3-2020 Hence the Dasha Period of Saturn the Karka for Politics is also for a span of only 13 months may not confer the results desired to put her in a higher pedestal in Politics though some gains cannot be ruled out for short while.
In this chart as many Planets in own house give the good effects of the Houses, also those forming Rajyogas as in the Birth chart will give very good Results if they are also placed well in this Dasha Varga chart.11th house of the Birth chart is rising . Dasha Lords are connected by 4/10 axis is good and Lagna Lord of this chart in the 9th house and aspects Moon and Venus , Jupiter as the 9th Lord is in the 10th house. Jupiter is in Rajyoga in the 10th house as the 9th Lord and also in the Birth chart but weakness here since debilitated .The Planetary positions are good but not that strong that she is able to Reach a Pedestal height .
AS PER ASTROLOGY TECHNIQUES OF THE SOUTH FOR ANALYSING THE DASHA
Bhodkan, Vedhkan, Pashkan and Karkan Planets the Dasha of Venus and Saturn do give results but donot grant windfall gains to reach a higher pedestal in the Politics as is seen from the Birth chart available. It may only change the Stream of Profession with some gain in position which may be lost in the coming time shortly.
VEDIC PROGRESSION CHART
The 3rd House of the Natal chart is rising an hence lot of competitions in life and lot of hard work to be done. The Lagna and the Lagna Lord are placed well and well aspected and Saturn is also placed well in the 10th house to give her a good position in politics but the dispositor Venus in the 8th house. The Dasha Lords Venus and Saturn have to be placed in good houses in this Progression chart , Anter dasha Lord is in the 10th house shows achievement of a Political Post but the dispsoitor is not well placed makes the position weak . In the Dashmasha chart Saturn is placed in the 8th house with 8th Lord does not show good results at all but some suddenly.

Priyanka Gandhi is undergoing the 3rd phase of the Sadisate. The Sign Sagitarius has 28 Ashtvarga bindoos and Saturn has 3 Bhinashtavarga bindoos. The Score if not good is not bad either. Saturn is a Friendly planet for Gemnini Lagna and Saturn is a Neutral Planet for Sagitarius sign and hence the Score of Saturn in the sign Sagitarius as per calculation is 2 out of 4. Taking into consideration 1 point for a Friendly Planet for Gemini, 0 since in the 2nd from Moon, In Sagitarius sign Neutral 0.25 and out of Ashtavarva she gets 0.75 hence a total of 2 as against 4 The Score should be 2.5 to get good results , hence if not good not bad either hence average .
CURRENT TRANSIT on the 23nd Jan. 2019
The Saturn Transit over the Sun and the Jupiter conjunction is supposed to bring a big positive change for any native as per classics and since happening in the 7th house of Name and Fame and public image of the Congress party it so seems for some time , but will gather little strength since Sun and Saturn should not be in 6/8 axis in the natal chart and in Transit 2/12 axis. The Present Dasha of Venus Saturn Exchange is playing the role but weak one as explained above.
TRANSIT PLAYING THE GAME
In Transit Venus is aspecting the Natal Saturn from the 6th house and Transit Saturn is aspecting the Natal Venus in the 9th house from the 7th house .
The Navamsha Lord of the 10th Lord Jupiter is Mars and Dashamsha Lord of Jupiter is Jupiter and both are in the Kendra of the Natal Chart and have exchange in Transit till 5th Feb. 2019. This Transit has given her the Position although the Natal chart has weak promise for Politics
Have a Look at the chart of Today when she was announced as the Congress AICC General Secretary of the 23rd Jan 2019 at 12.50 hrs.
After having a look at the Transit Chart of the 23rd Jan. 2019 above you can see for yourself the Kambool Yoga of Moon with Jupiter Venus and Saturn But the Placement of the Mars in Ishraaf yoga with Saturn may not give her substaintal gains in the long run it so seems to reach a higher pedestal in her Political Career . Lagna Lord and Sun are in the 8th house with Ketu Perplexed by the move it so seems. Sun and Saturn asexplained are in 2/12 axis in Transit .
The Transit Parameters are more encouraging in the Present stance then the Natal chart although she may gain some thing but not every thing as expected by Congress it so seems. She may not be able to make a big dent in the Political Arena as seen from the Birth Chart. This is not my personal opinion and as per the Astrology parameters . Please donot consider the failure of Astrology if the Predictions fail, since the Birth details what ever are available have been taken into consideration and if they are not correct then Predictions may Fail. But looking at the Transits and the Birth Parameters Priyanka may achieve some good results in the begining and then lose shine due to Kambool Yoga good and poor results due to Mercury and Sun in the 8th house and house of Struggles and in the Transit chart and Ishraaf yoga of Mars and Saturn on the day of Announcement may prove Venomous for her .
Ketu the Midcusp Lord has the aspect of Saturn in the natal chart and when Saturn and Ketu Join after 23-3-2019 in Transit it may seems she will gain in the Political Ground but the Moment Jupiter Joins the Conjunction on the 29th March 2019 then her shine in Politics may seem to wether away and More so after the Eclipse over the Sagitarius sign and after Jupiter the 7th and the 10th Lord Jupiter is Fallen from the 23rd April to 5th Nov. 2019. Hence In Politics for a Very Short while and a maximum to 10-3-2020 only. The Transit Parameters are only conducive for short while and the Ishraaf yoga of the Mars and Saturn at the time of Coming in Politics may play the game at the time of the Eclipses and after 14-15th June 2019 with magnitude
ECLIPSES IN THE SIGN SAGITARIUS AND TRANSIT OF KETU IN THE 7TH HOUSE AND IN 2ND FROM MOON
Asper Classics the Eclipse in the Sign Sagitarius in the month of July may bring bad results for the Kings and Head of the Organisations and the Eclipses in the case of Priyanka will take place over the Natal plantes in the 7thhouse and over the natal Sun which is not supposed to be good for her and her husband more for her husband it so seems and may put him in hot waters
The Eclipses in the sign Sagitarius after Rahu and Ketu change nodes on the 23rd March 2019 may put her Husband Robert Vadra in Trouble . The Sun at 27 degrees and Saturn stationary and going in Retrogression on the 30th April 2019 and when the 10th and the 7th Lord Jupiter is Fallen in Transit after 23rd April 2019 may be difficult times it so seems specially Saturn 26 degree stationary on the Sun 27 degrees in Transit on the 30th April 2019 The 17th July 2019 could be Venemous for her Husband when the Malefics will be over the Natal Sun at 27 degrees and all the Malefics Rahu-Ketu Saturn and Mars will be at 25 degrees. The Saturn and Mars Ishraaf yoga on the day she is declared the General Secrataty of AICC may give venomous results when Mars and Saturn will be at 6/8 axis , then sapsaptak and forming exact degree aspect on each other on the 14th-15th June 2019. Malefics in the 1/7 axis of the Ascendant and in the 1/7 axis of Sun, Jupiter and Mercury will definitely give some Venmous results more so on the Natal Sun at 27 degrees and the 4 malefics at 25 degrees . This may the time of the Election Results to be declared .
NUTSHELL
She has a better horoscope then Rahu Gandhi and hence she will definitely improve the image of the Congress and add to Dynasty Politics Strength for a short while as explained above.The Transit Parameters are playing the game of first bringing her in the lime light and then weak results asper Transit and Birth chart, hence no substaintal Gains
