PATNA: Governor Ram Nath Kovind on Saturday invited JD(U) leader and caretaker CM Nitish Kumar to form next Government in Bihar. Nitish will take oath as CM for the fifth time on November 20. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at the Patna Gandhi Maidan at 14.00 hrs on Friday, the Raj Bhavan as per News http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/elections/bihar-elections-2015/news/Nitish-Kumar-to-take-oath-as-Bihar-CM-for-fifth-time-on-November-20/articleshow/49784718.cms. Soon after being elected the leader of the Mahagathbandhan legislature party, Nitish accompanied by RJD chief Lalu Prasad, JD(U) president Sharad Yadav, Congress general secretary C P Joshi and Bihar Congress chief Ashok Choudhary, called on the Governor at the Raj Bhavan and staked claim to form the Government. He informed the Governor he has support of 178 MLAs of the Mahagathbandhan in the 243-member House. The Mahagathbandhan comprises three parties RJD 80 MLAs, JD(U) 71 and Congress 27.
