As per the past I have already Predicted that any President  of the US who takes Oath when there is Conjunction of the Saturn and Jupiter  may not be able to complete his tenure  and at the time of the Oath Mrityu Yoga of the Day Lord Mercury and the Ashtami Tithi explains the same. How  well  Joe Biden will  rule is explained by these 2 parameters . Aries Ascendant rising  and Having Moon and Mars forming Chander Mangal yoga and a Panch Maha Purush yoga is a Strong Combination in the Lagna.  Mars is also the 8th Lord and aspects the 8th house where  Ketu is placed . Ketu in 8H is clearly showing the intrigues. 8th house is houses of loss , surprises  and change as well which is not desired . There is cluster of Planets in the 10th house . Conjunction of 5L Sun, 9L Jupiter and 10L Saturn could have been tremendous but there is so much weakness. Saturn and Sun placed there clearly showing the opposition and obstacles lined up, Mercury as 3L cum 6L shows the opposition from colleagues and neighbours. There is also Shasha yoga in the 10th house but Saturn and Sun together spoil the show. Sun and Saturn together shows the tension at the government level. Jupiter in the 10H is debilitated, all wisdom goes for a swing. Conjunct along with is Mercury, which as 3L and 6L brought in lots of antagonism from subordinates. Saturn and Jupiter conjunctions are a time of big change, a clear change is already showing in USA.
