My Personal Experience with Astrological Predictions: A Reality Check

My personal experience—both for myself and for my son—has often been deeply frustrating when consulting reputed scholars and astrologers who rely primarily on conventional North Indian methods and do not apply the Tamil classical texts in their predictive framework in the year 2009-2011 when I was In Bhartiya Vidhya Bhawan New Delhi

My Own Horoscope

4th May 1948 08:24 hrs New Delhi

In my case, a highly regarded astrologer once declared my horoscope to be extremely weak and devoid of promise. Time, however, proved the assessment to be completely inaccurate—the reality turned out to be quite the opposite.

My Son’s Horoscope

19th Aug 1980 01:42 Hrs New Delhi

The same pattern repeated in my son’s case.

My son has a Gemini Ascendant, with:

• Mercury and Rahu in Cancer (2nd house)

• Sun and Jupiter in Leo (3rd house)

• Mars and Saturn in Virgo (4th house)

• Moon in Scorpio (6th house)

• Ketu in Capricorn (8th house)

During the Mercury–Rahu Dasha from 26-6-2011 to   12-1-2014, several well-known astrologers predicted a sharp professional decline, repeatedly warning that this period would be unfavourable.

In contrast, my Guru, who taught me predictive techniques strictly based on Tamil Jyotish classics, gave a diametrically opposite prediction—that this period would bring exceptional professional growth and the Same happened and he got three Promotions and rose to the Post of a Director of the Company for his wing.

What unfolded was remarkable:

• My son received three consecutive promotions

• He rose to the position of Director in the company

• His career growth exceeded all expectations during the very same Mercury–Rahu period that others had termed “dangerous”

Dubai vs Singapore: A Crucial Turning Point

At one stage, my son was working in Dubai and received an internal offer from the same company to relocate to Singapore in 2009 and then 2011

When consulted, several astrologers advised:

“Do not move to Singapore. Continue in Dubai.”

By that time (2011), I was already under the direct guidance of my Guru and had begun applying Tamil classical predictive principles myself. Based on this analysis, I advised my son:

• To accept the Singapore offer

• To negotiate firmly, assuring him that all reasonable demands would be accepted

That is exactly what happened.

Within 5–7 months of his relocation, the Dubai office was shut down, and many employees there suffered severe professional setbacks. Had he stayed back, the consequences would have been serious.

A Broader Realisation

I do not wish to name or criticise any individual astrologer. My intention is not to discredit anyone, but to share an honest experiential insight:

• Predictions made without Tamil classical depth,

• Without applying conditional strength, dasha subtleties, and event-trigger logic,
  often fail—sometimes with serious real-life consequences.

Even in my recent personal matters in 2024-2025, several predictions have once again proved inaccurate. For instance, I was advised that unless I undertook specific temple visits in South India and performed remedies, it could take five more years for government clearance related to lease-hold property conversion—a prediction that has already begun to unravel. The reverse happened

Conclusion

This experience has reinforced my conviction that astrology must be predictive, verifiable, and accountable.
Blind reliance on reputation, without classical rigor, can mislead—even when intentions are sincere.

I share this purely as a learning for serious students of astrology, not as criticism.

Another Experience: Remedies vs Reality — A Personal Observation (2024–2026)

I wish to share another important personal experience, drawn from recent predictions taken during 2024 and 2025, concerning my ancestral property, which had been pending with the Government as leasehold since January 2023 which had to Free-hold.

The Astrological Advice I Received

Almost unanimously, astrologers—many of them reputed—gave the same advice:

“Unless you visit certain temples in South India and perform prescribed remedies, your property matter will not be resolved.”

Some went further and stated that without remedies, it could take another five years for the government to grant clearance for freehold conversion.

My Logical Objection

At that time, nearly 65,000 properties in Delhi were pending government approval due to:

• Revision of circle rates

• Reassessment of conversion charges

• Administrative and policy-level delays

My simple question was:

How can the fate of 65,000 properties be altered by the remedies performed by a single individual?

This reasoning alone made me deeply skeptical of such predictions.

My Stand on Remedies

I have never believed in remedies—whether they are:

• Temple visits prescribed as solutions

• Stone or gem therapy

• Costly ritual-based assurances

My belief is simple and unwavering:

• Faith in God

• Good karma

• Ethical conduct
  are far more meaningful than mechanical remedial measures.

I have always felt that stone therapy and similar practices often serve more as psychological crutches than as real solutions.

What My Guru Taught

My Guru, Shri K. N. Rao, has repeatedly emphasized that:

“Most astrologers today are not real astrologers; they are either remedy astrologers or post-mortem astrologers.”

He also taught that:

• Paristhiti (external circumstances) cannot always be changed

• What can change is Manasthiti (mental state)—how one faces difficult periods

• Any act that strengthens inner resolve may help psychologically, but it does not alter destiny itself

Even this psychological aspect is something I personally do not rely upon.

What Actually Happened

On the very first day of the New Year—1 January 2026—the Government granted approval for all applicants who had applied earlier for freehold conversion.

The long-pending cases, including mine, were cleared at a policy level, and applications are now set to be processed. This was all answered by Communication with nature which is written Below

This happened:

• Without any remedies

• Without temple visits

• Without ritual intervention

The Unanswered Question

This leaves a fundamental question unanswered:

If remedies were truly essential, how did a mass clearance of thousands of properties occur simultaneously?

For my property—which remained a hanging fire for nearly two years—the predictions of prolonged delay proved completely incorrect.

I share this experience not to criticise any astrologer, but to highlight an important reality:

Astrology must be grounded in logic, classical understanding, and accountability.
Predictions that rely excessively on remedies often fail when policy, karma, and collective destiny are at work.

My connection with Nature began soon after my marriage in 1973, when my Jupiter in the 7th house in Sagittarius became fully activated. Since then, whenever I have had a genuine problem, I received astonishing clarity simply by observing the signs around me.

Over the years, Nature answered questions about:

• A minor heart issue

• Even my health predictions, including a knee problem in 2018

In 2018, when I asked whether my knee issue would become serious, Nature clearly indicated nothing major would happen for 5–7 years — and that proved absolutely true.

Recently, I had two major concerns weighing heavily on my mind:

My ancestral property was delayed because the government had not issued Freehold approval yet, and construction was still ongoing.

Walking even 1 km caused discomfort. Should I continue with treatment or go for surgery?

A Strange—but Powerful—Sequence of Events

The very next day, while driving past my ancestral property, a property dealer (whose office I had been avoiding for long) saw me unexpectedly and forced me to join him for a coffee with my wife.

His office was in a basement — going down 8–10 steps is generally not considered auspicious when discussing a major property deal. Still, out of courtesy, we went.

As we returned and climbed the stairs back up, I slipped and almost fell, barely escaping a major accident — all because of my knee.

💡 The Message From Nature Was Crystal Clear

• Do NOT deal with this property broker.
  If I did, I would likely land in trouble.

• Seek medical advice for the knee immediately.
  The fall itself was Nature’s alarm bell.

🔶 How the Answers Matched Perfectly

That same day, when I opened my laptop, the first thing I saw was an article on Robotic Knee Surgery — a safer and more advanced option compared to knee replacement.

I immediately researched the best doctor, took an appointment, and even though he was in the OT, he spoke to me via video call. He asked me to come back for consultation after 1–1.5 hours.

I instantly converted that omen as:

• 1–1.5 hours = 1–1.5 months before undergoing robotic surgery

• Similarly, 1–1.5 months for Govt. giving clearance for Lease Hold Properties and for completion of construction about one year.

Later, both the builder and the property dealer independently confirmed:

• Construction will indeed finish in 8-12 months

• Government formalities may take 1.5  months

Nature had answered everything.

Nature communicates loudly and clearly — but only to those who have:

• Honesty

• Diligence

• Hard work

• Purity of intention

• Faith

You don’t need gemstones, rituals, or unnecessary remedies for day-to-day issues.
Communicating with Nature is the best remedy in life.
