I have mentioned in my Articles that The Jupiter Fallen in the Sign Scorpio a Watery sign and the dispositor Mars again in Debilitation and in the sign Cancer and aspect of Jupiter on it is most malefic. The Eclipses are taking place in the Sign Gemini and Sagitarius and Governed by South East and North West Direction and we are noticing heavy rains in the North West Part of the Country and Mumbai. The North Node Rahu is adding Fuel to the fire in the Affliction to the Watery signs and Rahu also in the Nakshatra of Jupiter . This Parameters is most malefic till Rahu is in this nakshatra and specially for the Month of July and August when the North Node is adverse Mars will change sign on the 8th August and will also be in Gandantha for 3 days can also be Prone to untoward happenings in the Country in the directions mentioned above

On July 2, as life in Mumbai once again crashed to a halt under a monsoon battering, among the thousands left stranded in knee-deep waters was Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray. Thackeray, whose party has ruled the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) since 1997, could not step out of his residence, ‘Matoshree’, in Bandra as the area remained flooded for almost 10 hours. His son Aditya managed to get out with the help of friends to inspect the affected areas. Hours later, Aditya concluded that it was the 374 mm of rainfall, the second heaviest downpour in a day in 45 years, and not the BMC that was responsible for the mess. “No city corporation in any part of the world could have sustained in such heavy rains,” Aditya reasoned.

Flight operations were severely hit due to heavy rain and poor visibility at the Mumbai airport on Monday, while the city and the coastal Konkan region were put on ‘red alert’.
A Mumbai International Airport Ltd. spokesperson said that on account of fluctuating visibility issues, there were no flight movements for at least 20 minutes till 9.31 a.m.
Although there were no cancellations, at least three flights were diverted to other airports, five go-arounds and delays of 30-45 minutes.
In a special bulletin, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here has placed Mumbai and north-Konkan on ‘red alert’ for extremely heavy to very heavy rains over the next 24 hours.
