I had Predicted that since the Eclipsed Star is Mrigshira and as per the Koorma chakra it falls in the central region of India and Maharashtra Gujrat fall in this region. I had also mentioned that since mars is behind Sun and is in totally watery sign there will be heavy rains in the central region. Mars is also aspects Rahu and Venus in the Airy sig there will be strong winds also. All has been Predicted much in advance
