Beginnings of dispute
The first recorded instances of religious violence in Ayodhya occurred in the 1850s over a nearby mosque at Hanuman Garhi. The Babri mosque was attacked by Hindus in the process. Since then, local Hindu groups made occasional demands that they should have the possession of the site and that they should be allowed to build a temple on the site, all of which were denied by the colonial government. In 1946, an offshoot of the Hindu Mahasabha called Akhil Bharatiya Ramayana Mahasabha (ABRM) started an agitation for the possession of the site. In 1949, Sant Digvijay Nath of Gorakhnath Math joined the ABRM and organised a 9-day continuous recitation of Ramcharit Manas, at the end of which the Hindu activists broke into the mosque and placed idols of Rama and Sita inside. People were led to believe that the idols had ‘miraculously’ appeared inside the mosque. The date of the event was 22 December 1949.
India Got Freedom on the 15th August 1947 and India has completer 72 years of Independence and as per the Declination of Planets Sun, Jupiter and Venus will be at Declination point as per the Foundation chart of India.

In the Present Scenario since Jupiter in the natal chart is placed in the 6th house as the 8th and the 11th Lord , it may give the Results of the Jupiter placed in the 6th house since it is exactly over it as per declination , more so in Transit Jupiter as 8th Lord is fallen till 5th Nov. 2019 will join the 8th house where the 9th Lord Saturn and Ketu are placed. Ketu placed with Saturn the 9th and 10th Lord with 8th and 11th Lord Jupiter may bring a new ordinance for the Ram Mandir due to some confusing Results it so seems from the Supreme Court
SUN AND VENUS ALSO AT DECLINATION POINT AND HENCE OVER THE NATAL 3RD HOUSE IN CANCER
In the Foundation chart Venus and Sun are placed in the 3rd house and influence the 9th house of the Foundation chart the sign Capricorn most important as per Varahamihra for India. Hence there will pronounced results from the Planets Jupiter, Venus and Sun

18th Oct. 2019 is the deadline for Ayodhya hearings and the Moon chart is below as per the India Lagna of Taurus 7.43 degrees
From the chart above it is clear that Moon and Jupiter and Influencing each other as per Declination and also as per Transit and Moon will be in the Ascendant of the India Foundation chart and fallen 8th and 11th Lord in the 7th house. This also shows that when Moon will reach 26.42 minutes the Court Hearings will be concluded on the 18th Oct. 2019 in the late evening hours, the Planets most important are Sun, Jupiter and Venus , on the 18th Oct. 2019
Sun will be in Debilitation with Mercury and Venus over the natal Jupiter and all these planets are most impoortant in this transit for the Court Verdict and is evident as explained above

The Day is Friday and the Lord is Venus and placed in the 6th house as the 6th Lord and also placed in the 6th from the Transit Moon, It is evident that the results of the 6th house and the 8th house will be more prevalent and the Verdict will be accordingly
9th Lord in the 8th house with Ketu and the 9th Lord Saturn aspects the 10th house is a clear indication. The 8th and the 11th Lord Jupiter Fallen aspecting the Lagna and the Transit Moon is clear of the Ordinance or Verdit not a healthy one and confusing Which may result into communal Riots also after 5th-9th Nov. 2019 when Jupiter joins the 8th house and Mars activates the Eclipse point of the Lunar Eclipse of the 17th July 2019 on the 9th Nov. 2019. This Time frame till 11th Nov. 2019 Most Crucial. Another factor which cannot be ignored is the Mercury falls on the Debilitated Sun at same degrees on the 11th Nov. 2019
MOST IMPORTANT TIME FRAME
Hence A time frame from the 7th Nov. to 11th Nov. 2019 is most Crucial for Ram Mandirt Verdict and since Mars activates the Eclipse point on the 9th Nov. 2019 the Verdict may come on the 9th Nov. 2019
Karna Lord is Mercury with Debilitated Sun and 6th Lord not good and will be most malefic on the 11th Nov. 2019 as stated above
Mars, Saturn and Ketu influencing the 8th house and almost degree aspect of Mars on Saturn and Ketu on the 21st Oct and 25th Oct. 2019
On the 27th Oct. 2019 Rahu and Ketu will change Navamsha to Aquarius and Leo Navamsha and infliuence the 6/12 axis of the Navamsha of the India Foundation chart for almost 4 months till 20th Feb 2020

Now Considering the 22nd Dec. 1949 when the dispute started the chart is important and is below as per the Foundation chart of India
From the above we find that the 8th and the 11th Lord Jupiter is in affliction and debilitated and after 70 years Jupiter is reaching the same position on the 30th March 2020 with Mars and Saturn degree conjunct at 6 degrees is most malefic component for the same
IMPORTANT PARAMETERS ARE AS FOLLOWS
1. Mars in Virgo with Ketu at 19.59 degrees and Transit Mars at the same point on the 25-26th Oct. 2019 over the natal Ketu degree-wise
2. Sun and Mercury in 8th house in Sagitarius and after Presently Sun with Mars in Vigo and Sun Venus and Mercury ingressing in Sagitarius as follows
Sun in Sagitarius on the 16th Dec. 2019 till 14th Jan 2020
Mercury in Sagitarius on the 25th Dec. 2019 till13th Jan.2020
Venus in Sagitarius after 21st Nov. 2019 to 15th Dec. 2019
Jupiter in Sagitarius after 5th Nov. 2019 to 30th March 2020
Ketu in Sagitarius till 20th Sept. 2020 and in own nakshatra from the 12th Feb. 2020
All the above parameters cannot be ignored at all and this shows that the Solar Eclipse of the 26th Dec. 2019 when there will be eclipse in the 2/8 axis of the India Foundation chart and in the 8th house may be most enigmatic for the country and specially for the Ram Mandir Dispute. I don’t want to eloborate more here
The Lunation Charts of the 28th Oct. and the 12th Nov. 2019 are enigmatic one and do not indicate good happenings in the Country

The Planets acquiring most important dimension as per this chart are the Mars reaching the Declination point and Transit Mars reaching the sign Capricorn and activating the Mars at the time of the 6th Dec. 1992. 27 years havce passed and Mulpiple of 9 years and Rahu-Ketu will be nearing the Rahu-Ketu and since they are influencing the 1/7 axis of the Foundation and the Navamsha chart are most important after 12th Feb 2020 Ketu willm be in own Nakshatra and Rahu in own Nak shatra till 22nd April 2020 hence this time frma is most Crucial after 30th March 2020 since then the 8th and the 11th Lord of the foundation chart will be in debiliatationand in the sign Capricorn most Crucial as per Varahamihra . On the 30th March 2020 when Jupiter goes in Capricorn there will be degree conjunction of Saturn and Mars in the sign Capricorn at 6 degrees . This Parameter is most enigmatic for the country and for the Ram Mandir Construction

The Dasha of Moon-Saturn From the 10th Dec. 2019 is also most enigmatic one since both the Dasha LOords are forming a Vish yoga ,Punurfu Yoga and Saturn is the Lord of the Rudramasha Lagna D11 Chart and Placed in the 8th house and we all know what happened at the time of independence after 15th August 1947 when Dasha of Sat-Sat-Ketu was there . This Chart is most important to analyse the situations like war in the Country

1.The Day is Saturday and the Lord is Saturn and Placed in the Lagna with Ketu and the Lagna Lord Jupiter in Gandantha .
2.The Day Lord is ill placed from the 6th house and the 6th Lord Venus.
3.The Day Lord is placed in the yama of Gemini where Rahu is placed and the Yama Lord is Mercury in a Fallen State and with Sun in Debilitation is most Venomous parameter.
4. The Yama Moon is in the sign Leo and the Event Moon is in the sign Pieces and they are placed in 6/8 axis is most Venomous Parameter since in the Lunation chart of the 28th Oct. 2019 also the Yama Moon and the lunation Moon are ill placed from each other . This indicates cancellation of the Event also hence the The Verdict may not be in line with the expectations . This is purely on the Astrological Principles
5. The Sign Sagitarius is the 8th house of the India Foundation chart
6. The Lagna, Lagna Lord in the nakshatra of Ketu, Moon in the nakshatra of Saturn, Affliction to the Lagna, Lagna Lord and Saturn by the Mars from the 10th house
7. Benefic are weak and Malefics in the Kendra
8. The Uday Lagna is Prishtodayo along with Arudha Lagna , The Arudha Navamsha Lagna is also Cancer and Prishtodayo. The Chaitra Rashi is Taurus the 6th house of the Chart and will be aspectd by Mars from the 10th Nov. 2019 may be most Prone to untoward happenings
9. Timing of the Event
Since the Cancer sign is rising in the Naavamsha which is the 8th house of the event chart and Moon takes one Muhurat which is 2 Ghati or 48 minutes Now Moon is in the 4.33 navamsha hence after 4.33 x 48= 208 Minutes the Results of the Verdict may be seen and hence after 3 hrs and 28 minutes from 10.30 = 13.58 hrs
10. The Verdict may not be acceptable to the opposition since the Moon Yama and the Event Moon are in 6/8 axis this is theweakest parameter in the chart
DISPUTE WILL PROLONG DUE TO THE FOLLOWING
10.Lagnesh and Moon are not related the dispute will prolong
11. Lagnesh in Gandantha and the 7th Lord Mercury Fallen and over the Debilitated Sun
12. Malefics in the Lagna and the 7th house
NATURE OF THE JUDGEMENT
13.Mars in the 10th house denotes a Fair Judgement
14.Saturn in the Kendra aspected by Mars leads to unfair Judgement specially is this Mars is placed in the 10th house then the Case goes to higher Authorities . It is evident from the Planetary positions strictly as per Astrology principles that an ordinance for the Construction of the Rammandir may be on the Cards
15. Jupiter in the Uday Lagna and the Arudha Lagna is good till 30th March 2020 only and when it leaves the sign and becomes debilitated will be worst specially when Jupiter Falls back in the sign Sagitarius as a Fallen Planet in June 2020 to Nov. 2020

NUT SHELL
Inspite of the Mars and Saturn aspecting the Lagna since Mars is placed in the 10th house digbali there will definitely be some fairness in the Verdict . The Opposition may not take it in good spirit it so seems since the Yama Moon and the event Moon are in 6/8 axis in the long runspecially around the 26th Dec. 2019. Jupiter placement in the Uday Lagna is good the only Parameter positive for the Verdict. The affliction to the Lagna by Mars and Saturn is a Concern astrologically. My observation any event where Yama Moon and the Event Moon are in 6/8 axis brings no results in the long Run and a Typical case of the Trade war between US and China. Every time they have tried to bring a truce in the trade war Yama Moon and the Event Moon are in the 6/8 axis and till date there have been no healthy Trade war deal
