On 17th July 2019, the International Court of Justice (“ICJ”) pronounced its verdict in the much talked about Kulbhushan Jadhav Case. The case which has generated a lot of interest in both India and Pakistan concerns India’s dispute with Pakistan on upholding the right of detainees to consular access.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case and said that truth and justice have prevailed through the verdict which stayed the death sentence awarded to the Indian national by Pakistan.
PM Narendra Modi’s reaction came hours after The Hague-based ICJ asked Pakistan to put a hold on the death sentence awarded to Kulbhushan Jadhav by a military court and also granted consular access to India, observing that “Pakistan deprived India of the right to communicate with and have access to Kulbhushan Jadhav, to visit him in detention and to arrange for his legal representation and thereby breached obligations incumbent upon it under Vienna Convention on Consular Relations.”

The entire world watched on Wednesday as the International Court of Justice at the Hague delivered its verdict on the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. It was around 6:30 in the evening when the 16 judge bench began pronouncing its verdict and it soon became clear that it was in India’s favour….a huge victory for India ..Not only did the ICJ reiterate the stay on the death sentence for Jadhav, it even granted India’s request for consular access to the former Indian Naval officer.

The News exactly comes as predicted by me after 13-00 hrs Hague and as per India Time which is 4.5 hrs ahead and at 17.05 Hrs Today. I also Predicted that the dispute will prolong since the Lagna Lord and Moon were not connected. The Court is now adjourned and will resume at 02:30 pm IST tomorrow (February 19) for Pakistan’s oral round.
“India submits that Pakistan has egregiously violated Article 36 of the Vienna Convention and demands that Jadhav be released forthwith,” Harish Salve concluded India’s oral round.
“Pakistan’s conduct doesn’t inspire confidence that Jadhav can get justice there. Pakistan has in custody an Indian national who has been publicly portrayed to be a terrorist and Indian agent creating unrest in Balochistan. Pakistan used Jadhav to build a narrative against India, a pawn to further their propaganda,” Harish Salve said in court.

The Day is Tuesday and the Lord is Mars placed well in the chart above , it is placed in the yama of Taurus and the Lord is placed in the 10th house a=with Saturn the 11th and the 12th Lord . The Day Lord Mars is placed well and aspects its 9th own house by strong 8th aspect is very strong to give good results for the Plaintiff. It seems although the ICJ will give a verdit in favour of India Plaintiff . Pakistan may indirectly or directly not adgere to the Verdict and may not release Kulbhushan Yadav for some other excuse or Retaliate in some other form and like the Kulwama attack.
It is Possible that the Verdict comes when there is Gemini and the Lagna Lord and the Moon are connected to end the Hearing it so seems or another hearing when the Lagnesh Jupiter and Moon are connected on the 26th-27th Feb. 2019
