Another parameter as per Prashna Jyotish is the navamsha Lord is Jupiter and at 19.50 degrees in Virgo in the Lagna and has completer 6 navamshas and is in Retrogression the Timing says tthe Results will come after 7×3 = 21 months , Now adding to 18th May 2017= 18th Feb 2019 which is the day of Hearing today which has been adjourned for the day. “India submits that Pakistan has egregiously violated Article 36 of the Vienna Convention and demands that Jadhav be released forthwith,” Harish Salve concluded India’s oral round.
“Pakistan’s conduct doesn’t inspire confidence that Jadhav can get justice there. Pakistan has in custody an Indian national who has been publicly portrayed to be a terrorist and Indian agent creating unrest in Balochistan. Pakistan used Jadhav to build a narrative against India, a pawn to further their propaganda,” Harish Salve said in court.
As Per the Time and Date as given above it will be the 19th Feb. 2019 at 10-00 hrs when the Court will give its verdict. Have a Look at the chart Below
The Day is Tuesday and the Lord is Mars placed well in the chart above , it is placed in the yama of Taurus and the Lord is placed in the 10th house a=with Saturn the 11th and the 12th Lord . The Day Lord Mars is placed well and aspects its 9th own house by strong 8th aspect is very strong to give good results for the Plaintiff. In this Case the Plaintiff if India and signified by the Lagna since India had gone in the ICJ. The defender is Pakistan and signified by 7th house and 7th Lord .
The Chart is of Pieces Lagna and aspects by Jupiter rom the 9th house is the most benefic parameter at the start of the hearing today.
Asper the house governed by the Plaintiff all the benefics are in the side of the Plaintiff, except moon who is in Poornima in the nakshatra of Ketu. Hence as per the above the Court Verdict will be in favour of India
Between the Lagna Lord and the 7th Lord they have almost same strength, but the Lagna Lord is placed well and safe gauring its 9th house of Legal affairs

Plaintiff is Stronger then the defender .Hence India wuill win the case . The Following points are acquiring an important dimension
1.2nd Lord in 2nd house and 9th house has benefics
2. Saturn, Mars and Jupiter are strong
3.Venus in the 10th house

WILL DISPUTE WILL PROLONG ?
Yes the dispute will prolong between India and Pakistan since the Lagnesh and Moon are not related
Lagnesh and 7th Lord are almost of same strength
WILL THE QUERIST GET BAIL
May not get relief meaning Kulbhushan Yadav, since Moon and Lagna are not in movable signs
Lagnesh and Moon are not in Kendra
DBA Planets are Ketu-Venus-Mars
After 26th April 2019 he may get some relief as far as the Bail is concerned
NATURE OF JUDGEMENT
Strong Lagnesg as the 10th Lord in the 9th house favours the plaintiff
Venus in the 10th House fair Judgement
Saturn in Kendra and the 10th house , case taken uop by higher Court , there is no higher Court then ICJ, it is being taken up already
At the time of the hearing on the 18th May 2017 Navamsha sign was Pieces and the same sign is rising and Hupiter aspects the same is most benefic Parameter
It seems although the ICJ will give a verdit in favour of India Plaintiff . Pakistan may indirectly or directly not adgere to the Verdict and may not release Kulbhushan Yadav for some other excuse or Retaliate in some other form and like the Kulwama attack.
It is Possible that the Verdict comes when there is Gemini and the Lagna Lord and the Moon are connected to end the Hearing it so seems or another hearing when the Lagnesh Jupiter and Moon are connected on the 26th-27th Feb. 2019
