2. Mars for Delhi Foundation chart is a strong marka being the 7th and the 2nd Lord.
3. Mars is Placed in the 3rd house exalted in the Progression chart above and is the Lord of the Lagna and the 6th house .
4. Mars is in Planetary War with Saturn and is the winner. The 3rd house is the house of the Boarder of Delhi and the neighbouring states.
5. Transit Mars together with Sun, Venus and Mercury are placed  in Capricorn over the Mars, Sun and Venus activating the Mars, Saturn and Venus
6.  Transit Saturn over the Natal Moon in very close degrees  specially after 21st Jan. 2026 when Saturn entered its own Star U Bhadrapad over the Moon at 5 .24 degrees and the same navamsha .
7. Ketu over the natal Jupiter degree-wise at 15 degrees and Transit Jupiter over the Natal Ketu in the 8th house .
8.  Transit Rahu over the natal Sun.
9.  Between  the 7th-10th Feb. 2026 Transit  Mars will be over the Natal Mars degree-wise between  17.5-19.00 degree over the Natal Mars at 19 degrees.
10. In this very window Saturn Transit will be over the natal Moon at 5 degrees . Transit Moon in Virgo will also be aspects by Transit Saturn from Pisces degree-wise on the 6th Feb. 2026.
11. Hence the Window from 6th-10th Feb. 2026 will be prone to Terrorism in Delhi and the Country.

As per my Prediction from the 21st to 27th Jan. 2026 Rahu the Serpent since afflicted  Can also be responsible for Terrorism.

Where I have warned that the time frame from the 9.30 am to 12.06 hrs is a window to be alert since the Flag Hoisting  Ceremony may face some glitches either due to Excessive rain or Espionage from Foreign Elements

Unfortunately as per the Foundation chart of India the Dasha in operation is also Mars-Mars and will change to Mars-Rahu from the 5th Feb. 2026. Like Delhi is also running the Dasha of Marka  Mars, India is also Running the Dasha of a Strong Marka, hence Espionage from Foreign Elements  cannot be ruled out.

The Eclipses of the 17th Feb and the 3rd march will add fuel to the fire.
