UP Assembly Elections 2017 : What Stars Foretell For the Crisis in The Smajwadi Party

This is with Reference to my earlier Article “Fate of Akhilesh Yadav Chief Minister of UP in the Forth Coming Elections in Feb-March 2017” dated 7th Jan. 2017 vide which I had Predicted that the Father and Son rift will not be solved since the Split took place on the 23rd Oct. 2016 when Rahu was in Adverse motion and is irreverable .

The Dasha of Rahu-Jupiter is in operation and Jupiter is Debilitated . Rahu is with Debilitated 8th Lord Moon and also with 12th Lord Mars in the 12th house . Rahu affliction in the chart and in Transit indicate Violence in the State specially when the Transit Mars also Influences the Transit Rahu in the signLeo till 20th Jan 2017 and after that Mars will be over the Natal Saturn , Sun and debilitated Mercury, and Saturn will transit over the Lagna  after 26th Jan. 2017 . The Anter dasha Lord Jupiter is Debilitated and also activated by the Transit Jupiter , all the above combinations indicate violence in the state. 1st March 2017 Mars will ingress in Aries and will aspect Natal Mars, Moon and Rahu will be crucial for the State Peace in the Present Scenerio

Let us have a look at the chart of the Smajwadi Party to see what could emerge out of the Elections for this Political Party .

Horoscope of Smajwadi Party of 4th Oct. 1992 11.40 hrs. Lucknow

The Current Dasha of Mars -Venus is in operation till 14th June 2017, although Venus is Placed well in the 11th house with 10th Lord Mercury but ill placed from Sun the 9th Lord who is making an excellent Shiv Rajyoga with Jupiter in the 10th house . Mars is the 12th Lord and the 8th Lord from the 10th house and owns the 12th House in the Dashamsha and is also Placed there in Scorpio hence Mars does not Promise a position in the Present Scenerio. Venus who is Placed in the 11th house with 10th Lord is ill placed from Mercury in the Dashamsha . In Dashamasha Mars is Ill placed from the Lagna and the Lagna Lord Jupiter and also ill placed from Sun . The 2 Planets who are making Raj yoga in the Rashi Chart are ill Placed from Mars , hence Mars may not be able to give the adequate strength for a Power in the Present Scenerio.

After 26th Jan. 2017 Saturn will Transit over the Lagna and the natal Moon the 8th Lord will create further rift in the Party , which took place on the 23rd Oct. 2016 when Rahu was in Forward Motion and as per my research it has been observed that such a Rift may not be solved till Rahu is there in the Sign  and The Transit Rahu is the 9th house of the Chart. If we take the aspect of Rahu , it is aspecting the Natal Rahu , hence when Saturn ingresses over the Natal Moon and Rahu will be the worst Period for the Smajwadi Party . I have already Predicted the fate of the Smajwadi Party in my Earlier Article .

In the Horoscope of Akhilesh Yadav the Sun and Saturn Conjunction is making absolutely crystal clear of the happenings. As Per Shastra the Conjunction of Sun and Saturn is a Bhandan Yoga . In Transit the Conjunction Took Place between the 15th Nov. to 15th Dec. 2016  and the effect will be seen till Sun goes in the Sign of Pieces when it will not have any aspect from Saturn in Transit and hence after 1th March 2017, but the elections in the UP State will be from the 11th Feb. to 11th March 2017, hence the Bhandan yoga will not allow the Father and Sun to unite . Hence the Role of the North Node Rahu and the Bhandan yoga may prove to be Bolt from the blue for the Smajwadi Party

The Current Dasha in operation is of Merury-Saturn till 7th May 2017 . The Dasha Lord Mercury is placed extremely well forming a Rajyoga of the Karmadhipati and the Darmadhipati in the 11th House , but Saturn though Placed well is in Bhandan yoga as mentioned above and shows a split and a rift with Father . Although Sun with in 5 degrees of Rahu-Ketu is again making a Rajyoga for Power , like Narinder Modi and Donald Trump, but Saturn anter dasha may not give the Required Strength to come in Power independently , Also the Dasha of Mercury Saturn is also a dasha chidra . In the Rashi Chart and the Dashamsha this comnination of the Mercury and Venus a Rajyoga is ill placed from Saturn the anter dasha Lord . Hence Saturn anter dasha may not give the adequate strength for Akhilesh Yadav to bring him back in power independently

From the above chart  The Dasha Lord Mercury is making a strong Rajyoga  of Mutual aspect of the 9th and the 10th Lord  together with 10th Lord making a Gajkesri Yoga , but again although Saturn is Placed well in the 9th house as a Yogkarka  is ill placed from the Dasha Lord Mercury  in 2/12 position. Never the less , it shows power and again he may not be able to form the Govt. Independently. The Bhandan Yoga does not exist in this chart and shows a Split

The Dasha in operation is of Rahu-Moon  although both are connected to the 11th house , the Bhandan yoga of the Sun and Saturn may not give good results more so since the Bhandan yoga has taken place in the transit in the 8th house from the 10th house in the sign Scorpio between the 15th Nov. to 15th Dec. 2016 and the effects will last 15th March 2017 as explained above . The Bhandan Yoga is most Prominent in the chart in the Navamsha and the Dashamsha as well. In the Dashamsha Chart the Dispositor of Rahu is in the 12th house and Dispositor of Moon is Sun , hence this Bhandan yoga may not attribute good for the Party to come in Power

The Dasha of Mercury -Mercury-Venus will be in operation at the time of the elections till 27th April 2017 . Merucry is Strongly placed in the Rashi, Navamsha and also in the Dashamsha chart but is Debilitated in the Dashamasha Chart .

 The Chart is strong but does not show coming in power independently

The Chart has a strong Rajyoga of the Venus and Moon in the Lagna , hence she can come in Power  with the support of another Party since Venus is the 7th Lord and the Dasha Lords Mercury and Venus are both placed well in the above chart

Now see this horoscope of BJP given above. This chart is the one which Shri K.N. Rao uses for this political party.

Chart of BJP is  Very weak for the simple reason. For Dual Lagnas the Kerndras/Lords  have to be strong , otherwise the chart topples down like a pack of cards , Both Mercury and Jupiter the Kendra Lords are under utmost affliction. Mercury in Rahu-Ketu axis and aspected by another  2 malefics Mars and Saturn . Jupiter Lord of 7^th and 10^th house   for Gemini Lagna is Marak, Bhadak and has Kendraadipati dosh, if this Jupiter is afflicted then it becomes a first rate killer .Jupiter can be compared with an Elephant  and when this Elephant is angry it has the capability to ruin the Jungle, similarly, Jupiter here is under  acute affliction and in close degrees with Malefics Rahu and Mars  . Saturn in conjuction with Jupiter the Lord of the 8^th and 9^th is Retrograde and Fallen from Virgo sign, it is also the Karka for Politics. Jupiter is Retrograde and with 2 another planets who are also retrograde , Making the combination  a Guru Chandalk Yoga  as well. Combination of Jupiter and Saturn for Gemini Lagna cancels all rajyogas in the chart if any for the simple reason , Jupiter owns the 7^th and 10th house  and Saturn the 8^th and the 9^th , Saturn connection with Jupiter cancels all rajyogas therefore , they should be poles apart and in 6/8 axis . will give vipreet rajyoga. For this reason only BJP has not been able to sustain the Positions even if the Party member has become the Prime Minister of  the country . We all know the details Of the Prime Ministers who were Victims. Chart of Narinder Modi as discussed above is Extremely strong and with multiple layers of Strength, for this reason only NDA has come in power. I am making the Predictions with respect to Narinder Modi only since the Candidate for Chief Ministership has still not been declared , Much will depend on him as well.  Dasha in operation is of  Sun-Jup-Rahu-Ven-Ven. Sun is Placed in the 10^th house digbali, but the Anter dasha Lord is badly afflicted and will work as a first rate marak  and Sun and Jupiter are placed in 6/8 axis in Lagna   chart and the  Navamsha chart, Rahu is afflicting Jupiter and Venus aspected by Saturn  who is also a Marak in this horoscope as it acquires a negative status for the following reasons.

1.  Fallen from Virgo sign.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           2. Jupiter first rate  killer with Saturn the 8^th and the 9^th lord  ceases to be yoga Karka .Navamsha and Dashamsha are not good either 12^th house in navamsha rising and 8^th house in Dashamsha rising of the Birth chart . Jupiter and Saturn opposition in navamsha , In Dashamsha Saturn Fallen is the Lord of Lagna  even worse

The Dasha in Opretion is of Sun-Ketu , Sun is Placed well but Dispositor of Ketu is Saturn and Fallen in the Horoscope is a strong negative for the Party coming in Power . It is only the chart of N modi which is extremely strong as compared to the charts above discussed ,but  since the BJP 7th Lord Jupiter is with a Fallen Planet the Allaince with any Party may not last long as Jupiter is a First Rate Marak in the Chart

There has been a controversoy among the astrologers over the Janama Lagna (birth ascendant) of  Shri Narendar Modi , There are a number of Birth time in circulation. Narendara Modi was born on 17-September-1950 , in the afternoon around 12 noon at Vadnagar in Mehsana district  to a family of grocers.

The 8th house of the natural Zodiac Scorpio  rising at the eastern horizon at the time of Narendra Modi’s birth. Shows that the amount of hard work he will have to do throught his life to achieve his Targets, Broad shoulders is also signifying he has Scorpio  Lagna  .

The reasons for Scorpio Lagna rising could be due to the Following Parameters in his chart.

1.     The Debilitated ninth lord Moon in the Lagna and Garbshishta connected to a malefic Saturn who is functional malefic for Scorpio Lagna and in  inimical rashi , Moon  a Avyogi Planet placed in the Lagna  and  confers Vipreet rajyoga since in Debilitation . Astrologically explains  his low middle class upbringing. He used to run a tea stall with his brother in his childhood Mars Karka for coborns with Moon in Lagna and 3rd Lord Saturn in the 10th house with Venus confirms the same  .

2. Mercury 8th and 11th Lord in Retrogression totally combusted and about to fall in Leo  as a Fallen Planet will offer maximum struggles in his life after Saturn maha Dasha , it is also in close degrees with Ketu. Rahu-Ketu are also in Forward motion  and acquire a special dimension. Mercury results will be given by sun in its dasha  and strong one . how ever Dasha of mercury may not be a good one and full of struggles  Hence the most struggling period in his life will be that of  Mercury from  January 1961 to January 1978. Mercury is also  afflicted in Navamsha chart by  Debilitated  Mars .

3. Narendra  Modi has done  Post- graduation in Political Science and the combination of the Dasha Lord and Karka for Political Science is with Mercury .  10th house from Mercury is again Gemini  and as per Nadi principles the Mid Cusp Lord  of the 10th house from Mercury is  Rahu and is placed in the 5th house whose lord is Forming a Rajyoga in the 4th house of Education , 4th from Mercury is also the house of Jupiter and aspects Venus and Saturn in the 10th house.

4. Marriage  7th lord from Moon and Lagna is Venus and in own nakshatra  are combinations for remaining Bachelor. MCL of 7th house is Mars and see the degrees in Even sign is weak and Debilitated in navamsha. 7th house from Lagna and Moon are influenced by Mars and Saturn and Venus also afflicted by Saturn. Dispositor of Venus should not be in 2/12 with Venus and dipositors dispositor is also in the 2/12 position hence there will be no Benefits out of marriage for Narinder Modi. Venus in Leo sign is also not good for marriage Being a dry sign.

Analysing the Navamsha Chart 

There are lot many Horoscope in circulation for  Narinder Modi ,Different astrologers have taken different Navamsha for Narendra Modi’s chart.  My associate was advised by a very senior astrologer to work on “Scorpio” Navamsha only. Hence I am taking the Scorpio Vargottam Navamsha only .As it explains well the Placement of planets for his becoming the Prime minister . Jupiter the 2nd and 5th lord in Lagna .  Lagna Lord placed in the 9th house aspected by Jupiter by 9th strong aspect.. Jupiter controlling the Trinal houses  has a major role. Vargottam Lagna matches his qualities of hard work and Patience .

His success and fame as the Chief Minister is well explained by his dasha Period of Sun from  January 2005 to January 2011.Sun is also DK

Moon Mahadasha in Vimshottari started from 31-12-2010 and will continue till 30-12-2020. . He became the Prime Minister in the Dasha of Moon-Rahu and is well explained for the reasons. Moon gives Virpeet rajyogas, Rahu is Yoga Karka  and also Stationary in his chart  hence will give very Strong Results. More over Narinder Modi has 9th lord and Lagna Lord together in Lagna is a strong Combination ot the Trinal lords

Mid Cusp lord of the 10th house is Sun and Sun is the Lord of the 10th house and placed in the 11th house  with 11th lord whose results will also be given by Sun since Sun is combusting Mercury and Rahu-Ketu are Stationary and in Yogas.

Dasmarudh is Libra and the Lord is Venus in the 10th house with Karka for Profession Saturn , but Saturn and Sun are in very close degrees  is good.

The Present Running Dasha is of Moon-Mercury till 6th March 2017  and then Moon-Ketu till 6-3-2018 . The Dasha Lords are Placed well and shows Success after lot of Struggle

I had mentioned in my Article cited above in the last Para as follows —— In any case the Year starting from Sept. 2016 to Sept. 2017 will be crucial since the Moon nakshatra Lord Ketu  will be placed in the 6th from Moon and the 9th from Lagna. . Let us have a Look at the Chart below of the year from Sept 2016 to Sept 2017

The Following Parameter s acquire an Important Dimension from Sept 2016 to Sept. 2018 . Considering the Placement of Ketu and Venus respectively in the years Sept 2016 to Sept 2017 and Sept. 2017 to Sept. 2018

1. The year Sept. 2016 to Year Sept. 2017 will be a Tiring one , This wll not give concrete Results and efforts will go in vain.In this connection the Year Sept. 2017 to Sept 2018 will be even more Taxing  and worst results are expected.
2. Influence of Ketu on the Lagna Lord Saturn in close degrees is not good this year from Sept. 2016 to Sept. 2017 and specially when the Dasha of Moon-Saturn is running in the Natal chart till 15-10-2016. Ketu is a Disease Karka and also a Enigmatic Planet and ill placed from Moon  and 6th house from Ketu is Jupiter the 12th and 3rd House , showing concern for Health and some untoward Happening.
3. 8th Lord Sun as a Luminary is not bad but in Vishghati , hence physical discomfort and diseases may sprout from Sept. 2016 to Sept. 2018.
4. Parameter which is alarming is the 10th Lord of the Birth chart and the 1oth Lord of the Progression chart are together in the 11th house is a Very good Parameter specially Venus becoming Poorna Yoga Karka with Mercury the 9th Lord , but both Sun in Vish ghati and Venus Combusted totally , this will be most Alarming Parameter next year from Sept. 2017 to Sept. 2018 though the effects will be felt even from Sept. 2016 also  and Lot of Anguish and Pain for the Prime Minister , Since Saturn is also aspeting the 3 Planets in the 11th house.The effects will be most Taxing .
5. Poorna Yoga Karka Planets Mercury and Venus under the Influence of Sun and Saturn most Crucial
6. Affliction to the 3rd, 6th and the 11th house , hence much anguish and pain for 2 years starting from Sept. 2016 to Sept. 2018. The Placement of Rahu-Ketu in the 3/9 axis and influenced by Mars and Saturn will give much Anguish and Pain  and Even Surgical intervention .
7. The Maha Dasha -Anter Dasha in the Natal Chart is as Follows . Moon -Saturn till 15th Oct. 2016  Not Good . Moon-Mercury  till 16-3-2018 Results as explained above Mercury is also the 6th Lord  and Not good Results . Moon-Venus from 15-10-2018 , The Periods Sensitive ones are explainerd above
8. The Garbshishta Planets Saturn and Venus are also afflicted in the Progression chart is again a very Sensitive Parameter for the coming 2 Years , Anguish and Pain, Health Troubles, Trouble from Enemies  and alround Efforts going in Vain specially the year Sept. 2017 to Sept. 2018 .
9. The most Critical Factor in the Progression chart in the coming 2 years is the affliction to the 2nd Lord Saturn and the Karka for Longevity Saturn Eclipsed By Ketu in very close degrees , Hence Physical Harm in the Current year cannot be ruled out . In the Interest of the Country the Security Measures should be tightened .
10. The Yoga Karka Planets in the Natal are are in 6/8 axis showing the Turmoils he has to under go for 2 years . Hard work  going invain.
11. Rahu Afflicted in the 3rd House , Ailments  and Surgical interventions cannot be ruled out , specially in the Current year  running.
12. Next Year from Sept. 2017 to Sept. 2018 the Dasha Lords will be connected to the 6th and the 8th houses  will give Negative and Malefic Results
13. Health Related Problems Pertaining to Heart  and Veins of the Heart. Lungs associated Problems but more on the Heart .

The Above Predictions are made strictly considering the Chart of Narinder Modi of Scorpio Lagna , and D.O.B 17th Sept. 1950 Around 12-09 noon  Gujrat Mehsana

The Dasha of Moon-Ketu from the 6th March 2017 may not give good results and all efforts going invain

From the above it seems that  Feb-March 2017 may not be good for the Elections in the UP state since there will be no Party which will form a Govt. Independently

The Prospective  Parties could be Mayawati, Ahilesh Yadav  and BJP  in order of Strength and Hence Only a Party with Allaince will only form a Govt.

The Results will start to come on the 11th March 2017 when Rahu will be in adverse motion  and will favour only the People who have strong Rajyogas of the Rahu-Ketu in the chart . Narinder Modi and Akhilesh Yadav have strong Rajyogas  concerning the Nodes , Hence they stand a good chance in the Coming Electins of the UP state

The Elections will commence on the 11th Feb. 2017 at 07-00 hrs in Lucknow . The chart is Below

As per the above chart  which shows clearly that the Ruling Party is stronger than the Opposition Parties , But Rahu-Ketu in the 1/7 axis indicates a split in the Party  and the Party will only come in power with an alliance with another Party , since the Moon the Karna Lord is aspected by 7th Lord Sun and the Mercury the 5th and the 8th Lord  who has an aspect of Jupiter .

Day Lord Saturn  who is the Lagna Lord is in the Yama of Taurus the 4th house of Throne and the Lord Venus  is Exhalted forming a Rajyoga of the 9th and the 10th Lord in the 2nd House , Hence It is Possible that Akhilesh Yadav may regain the throne with the alliance of another Party  in the UP State Elections .

As per the Birth charts of Narinder Modi and Akhilesh Yadav both have a Very strong Rajyoga of Sun with Ketu with in 5 degrees  and there will be tuff competition between the 2 in the UP State elections . According to My analysis Akhilesh Yadav possibility is 55 %  and N Modi BJP only 50 %
