‘BJP Stealing Elections In Goa, Manipur,’ Says Congress’ P Chidambaram
The petition has been filed by the congress which says that the Governor decision to invite the BJP to form the Govt. is Illegal. The single largest party Congress should have been asked to Prove its Majority. The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the Petition this Morning .
Litigations in the Court . The Plaintiff is the one who approaches the Court to seek justice. The defendant is the one against whom the Petition has been filed. Hence Congress is the Plaintiff and BJP the Defendant.
9th to 2nd house are considered the houses of the Plaintiff and 3rd to 8th the houses of the Defendant.. The Plaintiff or the Defendant group wins which ever group of houses have more benefics .
Since the time of the hearing is not mentioned Let me first put the Parameters of the Day with respect to the Panchang and the Ascendants
The Day is Tuesday and the Lord is Mars and placed in its MT sign

As Per the above chart till 11.31 hrs there are equal number of Benefics in the 2 Groups mentioned above
Between the Lagna Lord or the 7th Lord of Oppositions Mars is stronger , The 7th house is the enemy and his Lawyer and stronger than the Lagna Lord who is Retrograde.
4th house is judgement and has Rahu and 10th house is the Judge and the investigation
Between the Lagnesh and the 7th Lord who so ever is aspected by the 10th Lord is at fault here none is aspected by Saturn .
Benefic Jupiter aspects the Lagna hence the Congress going in the Court is innocent.
Lagnesh is aspected by 8th Lord Jupiter , hence the Plantiff may lose the case and Court may ask the Defendant to Prove its Majority with in 15 days .
Since the Yama Lord is Venus till 12.32 and is aspected by 8th Lord Jupiter , the Plantiff may lose the Petition .
Dispute will not Prolong since the Lagnesh and Moon are related.
Malefic in the 10th house nothing concrete and conclusive , but since Sun is there in the 10th house a Severe Judgement will come .There is strong Possibility of the decision coming at this time frame

The Querist will lose and hence the Plaintiff since the Lagna Lord is Combusted and Debilitated in the 10th house

The Yama Lord is Venus till 12.32 hrs and after that Mercury , hence The Plaintiff may lose the Case after 12.32 hrs and till 13.46 hrs
Possibility 3 between 13.46 to 16-06 hrs
the Basic Parameter of 2 benefic in the 2 groups remain the same .
Mars in the 10th House fair Judgement
Lagna Lord is Moon in the House of Mercury who is Debilitated also aspected by 8th Lord . 7th Lord is Vargottam , hence the opponent is stronger then the Lagna Lord
from the above it seems that the decision will come before 13.46 hrs and the Court may ask the contenders to Prove their Majority on the floor with in 15 days . The Combinations for the Plaintiff are although weak , but will be given a chance to Prove their majority .
The Yama Lord from 12.32 to 15.32 is Sun and from13.46 hrs the Cancer Lagna is rising and Sun in the 8th house aspected by 8th Lord Saturn, hence the Plantiff loses the case
From all the 3 Possibilities of the Court decision 2 Benefics each in the 2 Groups showing equal strength , but the Yama Lord not favourable for the Plantiff , indicate that the Court will give a Fair Judgement , since all the cases Sun, Venus and Mars are placed in the 10th house respectively and the Parties will be given 15 days to Prove their Majority .
The Congress seems to be weak in Totality to Prove its Majority but between the 9.36 to 11.31 if the Court takes a Decision then , Court may take a strict decision and give a chance to BJP/Congress to Prove the majority .
