He has filed a writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution challenging the arrest by the ED. His lawyers are seeking an urgent hearing tonight itself and have given a request to the Registry
Hence as per the time frame it seems ED may get remand of Arvind Kejriwal and will remain the Lock-up Of the ED

My short analysis of today hearing.

The Court is going to take up the matter today so the Houses belong to the Court are from the 9th to 2nd and houses from the 3rd to 8th belong to Kejriwal since he is the defendant in the Court today

The following parameters are of Concern.

1.The No. of benefics in the Case of defendant are only one Moon and that alo becomes malefic in the Krishna Paksha.

2. Between the Lagnesh and the 7th Lord who so ever is having connection is at fault. 7th Lord Mars with Saturn and Saturn also aspects the 7th house hence Kejriwal has malefic intentions.

3.Lagnesh is stronger then the 7th Lord Mars hence Kejriwal will loose.

4. Lagnesh and Moon are not related the dispute will prolong.

5. Fixed Lagna the Court will proceed further.

Will Kejriwal get a bail ?

Lagnesh and Moon do not satisfy the Conditions, hence no bail, Also The 2nd condition is also not satisfied .

In the DBA Planeta the Planets shoulkd signify important houses of Bail, But Rahu in the 11th house is adverse and karka for Jail, Hence the combinations are weak although if Rahu was in normal motion then Kejriwal could have got the bail.

When the results will come from the Court the Lagna may Change and Sun will be in the 10th house with Adverse Rahu will give severe and punitive punishment

Hence it seems that Kejriwal may not get any relief in the Case filed by him on the 21st March 20-57 hrs .

ONE PARAMETER WHEN HEARING STARTS AT THE TIME WHEN GEMINI LAGNA RISES HE HAS LITTLE CHANCES OF SOME LITTLE RELIEF, BUT IF THE HEARING STARTS FROM 10.30 THERE WILL BE NO RELIEF WHAT SO EVER. BUT PUNITIVE PUNISHMENT IS ON THE CARDS FOR SURE.

Some Parameters conducive for Kejriwal

1. Lagna and Moon in movable sign another date will be given.

This combination is also good for some relief to Kejriwal for bail , but not in kendra to give strong results and other combinations are extremely weak and the decision may come on after 9 days from the 27th March 2024 due to degree difference of Mars and Saturn placed in the 6th house of disputes.—– note my predictions
