I have clearly mentioned that those countries where the Lunation is taking Place in the sign Sagitarius are Prone to Natural Calamities in my above articles . Let us first have a look at the Foundation chart of the Country of 28th April 1952 of 22.30 hrs Tokyo to see if there are more strong Earthquakes on the cards

The Country is running the Dasha of Mer-Jupiter-Saturn till 24th Aug. 2018 and all Planets under the Malefic influence in the natal chart and In transit in malefic Nakshatras . For Earthquake Earthy signs in the Rashi and Navamsha are essential and in the Lunation chart the same is happening specially Mars Retrograde and Stationary with Ketu and afflicting the planets as explained below 

Mercury is the 7th and the 10th Lord of the Chart and is Debilitated , it is first Rate killer in the Chart , for the 3 Reasons, 7th Lord is marak, Bhadak and also has Kendraadipatidosh. Mercury is also the Lagna Lord of Navamsha and a Bhadak sthan is rising in the Lagna and it has again gone in the Bhadak sthan of the Navamsha and aspected by the Lord of the House is  explosive dasha for Japan. Rahu in the MT house of Saturn who is placed in MY sign of Mercury and in 8th from Rahu and Dispositor of Saturn is Debilitated and Strong killer. Affliction to Mercury is also indicative of Earthquakes 

Let us have a Look at the lunation chart of the 28th june where lunation is taking place in the sign Sagitarius which is the Lagna of Japan of the 28th June 2018 at 13.52.45 hrs Tokyo

The Lunation is taking place in the 7th house from the Natal Moon and in the Lagna of Japan. Rahu-Ketu afflicted By stationary Mars from the 24th June 2018 and Transit Moon and the Natal Moon also afflicted by the Transit Saturn nearest to earth . Transit Saturn is aspects the natal Saturn in the 4th house and the Transit Mars is aspected by the natal Mars from the sign Libra. As per the Natal chart the Rahu-Ketu and Mars in the 2/8 axis is most malefic specially when Mars is Stationary . The D60 Chart makes the things clear Sun Moon and Jupiter , Debilitated Mars aspects the Lagna 

In the Rashi Chart the relation of Moon and Mercury . Mercury in Saturn nakshatra and Moon with Saturn and then next day Mercury and Moon oppose each other are most malefic Parameters. Planets in the earthysigns signs in the Rashi and Navamsha and then those planets in affliction in the D60 are most venomous and the Earthy sign in the 4th house is most crucial for an Earthquake with intensity . The Planet Mars is in Earthy sign and earthy navamsha and with Ketu and Retrograde and Stationary . Mercury is also afflicted in the Rashi chart,Navamsha and D60, hence Probability of an Earthquake with intensity , more so the Number of Planets in the nakshatra of Rahu and Saturn and Ketu are 6 in number and Venus in Mercury nakshatra and Mars and Ketu in Moon nakshatra and Moon is also afflicted . The Most malefic Parameter is the Saturn nearest to earth Retrograde on the Lunation day and Mars Retrograde and Stationary from the 24th June 2018, hence these combinations are prone to give an earthquake of Higher intensity not only in Japan but also other Countries signified by Sagitarius sign mentioned in my earlier articles  

The Time frames when Rahu is adverse may be most prone period along with Mars Stationary from the 24th June to 2nd July 2018 and Rahu adverse Periods as below for Earthquakes, Tsunami like Heavy Rains Untoward happenings and Natural disasters 

17th to 21st June North node will be in adverse motion

Then asper the Eclipses of the 13th and the 28th July 2018 as follows the Prone Periods for the Country 

1st July to 8th July 2018 Most Venomous 

Apart from the Paksha Kundali time frame the Following Time frame is also most venomous for Japan and specially those countries who have Sagitarius Ascendant 

14th to 21st July 2018

27th to 30th July 2018

7th August to 11th August 2018

19th August to 25th August 2018

28th August to 31st August Mars will be in Stationary position and aspect Rahu in the 8th house in the watery sign Jal Pralaya

6th Sept. to 11th Sept. 2018 Saturn will be stationary in the Ascendant of Japan at almost same degrees  could bring disaster for Japan. A Strong Earthquake along with Tornado cannot be ruled out
